The property was in a great location, walkable, bikable and very close to the beach. We had an issue with the pool, but the property managers were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

The PERFECT house for our family. We had 6 Teenagers and 2 adults. Everyone had the best time, which included lots of rest and relaxation! The homeowners maticulously decorated this lovely home. All the beds were super comfortable, linens fabulous and kitchens well stocked. Cannot recommend this home enough.

Loved the location of the home. Easy walk to beach. The pool really isn’t a pool and is not heated. There should be instructions for the door leading to where the pool is. Chelsey was easy to get ahold of with questions I had. We would for sure go back. Just wish the pool was heated.

Beautiful four story beach house

Our family stayed in this beautiful, four story home and loved how we could walk two blocks to the Seagrove beach. The home has living rooms on all three floors with bedrooms. That allows your family to spread out and enjoy different activities/movies. There are balconies on every floor, too, plus a small pool in the shade! The rental company was always available and very helpful! There is a full one bedroom apartment on the first floor, too! You will need to be able to walk stairs in this home.

Perfect girls trip!

I stayed here for my 40th with 8 friends. The place was so nice. It looks exactly as pictured if not better. There was so much room for us to spread out with the various living areas and outdoor space. The pool and grille were ideal for a night in. Loved the location just quick walk to the beach and shops in seaside. We did rent a golf cart for a couple of the days just to haul stuff to the beach from the house which did make it easier Property manager was very responsive and helpful! I would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing Home

What an amazing time at Seagrove Magnolia. Communication with Chelsea was quick and friendly. Home was perfect for our group of three families. Kids stated it was the best vacation they could remember. Just close enough to get to the center of town and far away enough to avoid all the crowd. We will definitely be back!

Amazing and accommodating

My daughter chose Seaside/Seagrove as the location for her 16th bday trip. Our group had 6 adults, 2 teens, and 2 young children. This home was perfect for all of our family and friends to have our own spaces for relaxing, and perfect spaces for hanging out. The walk to the beach was short, and the house’s wagons and beach gear was all we needed to make our beach days perfect. And, the bikes were perfect for a scenic ride to the center of Seaside. The property manager was very prompt and responsive. We hope to stay here again!

40th Anniversary

Our grown kids and grand babies enjoyed our time thoroughly. Walking to the beach and riding bikes to Seaside we’re the perfect distance away. The beds were great and the kitchen had everything!

A wonderful home to Stay in!

We enjoyed our time spent at Seagrove Magnolia. The space was perfect for our family of 12. We loved that it was an easy. 5-7 minute walk to Seagrove Beach. Walking to the village of Seaside was also a short walk. This home will definitely be on our list to stay at for future trips to the beach!

Perfect House and Location for Birthday Celebration

I chose Seaside Magnolia to host my 50th birthday celebration with friends and it was perfect. The house is everything and more than described online. We were four couples and the house was plenty big. The bedrooms and baths are spacious, the bunk room has substantial looking twin beds (we didn't use the space but it's well done), the downstairs living suite is an added bonus, giving three living areas in the house - so much room to spread out. The dumb waiter was a life saver when arriving and departing from our stay. With two porches on every floor plus the roof top decks there is always a place to have coffee and watch sunrises and sunsets. The pool was an added bonus - the perfect place to cool off after a day at the beach. The corner location with an access to a 2 car garage and driveway, plus a circular drive at the front of the house allows for plenty of parking, often an issue at beach rentals. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk from the house along quiet and shaded streets. We reserved beach chair service for our stay, but the house has beach chairs and umbrellas along with a wagon if needed. The Seaside lawn is a 13 minute walk, again on shaded streets; the only time we drove anywhere was to PCB to ride jet skis. The house had everything we needed - the kitchen is well equipped and stocked with basics, hair dryers in every full bath, huge closets, two laundry rooms. We definitely felt pampered. The management team was super helpful and we used Vaycazen for beach service and other bookings. Enjoy your stay!

Fun family spring break

This was our favorite 30A property so far. Lots of space for 6 adults and 2 kids. Very well stocked kitchen and super clean. Was even better than photos. Great response from Mgmt. Only improvement we’d hope for is better internet. Well, and a bigger pool but that’s hard to come by in the area and it was great for kiddos to play.

Spacious house with great location!

The house was perfect for our family and friends! Very spacious with plenty of amenities. The location was perfect, close to the beach and town but secluded and quiet. We used the bikes each day to ride the roads and trails close to the house. The pool was also a nice treat each day! Property manager was very easy to work with and responsive. Definitely would stay here again!
