Nice rental

Nice house. The bedrooms were great. Each had its own bath! Lots of room. The location to beach was good but parking in this one cul de sac was tough. Lots of cars. Difficult to park and back up the way neighbors parking is. We only had 3 cars and it was a challenge. We were disappointed in pool not because it was small but because it needed attention as well as area surrounding pool area. Nice hikes for use. They had beach chairs. The washer needed cleaning. Our clothes smelled horrible after using and I looked in rim etc and it was loaded with gunk. I reported to property management. The Dunes realty were very responsive to our questions! Never an issue with them.

Nice family vacation spot

Overall everything was nice. However we had problems with the air circulation in the home. The room with the bunk beds air conditioning didn’t work properly and we had to wait until late into day 2 to get this rectified. 3 technicians had to come in order to get remotes to two tvs working. Property manager did well with communicating. No concessions provided for our inconvenience.

AMAZING SPRING BREAK

This property was excellent!!!! The location and the house layout were fantastic for our family!! The property manager, Debra, and the entire team were responsive and patient with us. “best time ever” - direct quote from my 17-year-old!!

Great time at the beach

Great house, with all the amenities. Two blocks to beach and just close enough to Seaside downtown to be able to access it (including by bike), without having to get stuck in traffic during minor errands. Bikes were great to have, and the grill worked well. The pool was a good retreat from the beach on windy or cold days. The only minor nit was the lack of dish towels, but that’s so minor it’s almost not worth mentioning. We’d rent this house again!

Great house/location.

The kitchen was a great gathering space. The elevator was very useful especially when carrying in groceries and luggage. More dish towels and cookie sheet pants would have been healthy.

Summer Family Vacation

This house was great for our family of 11! We enjoyed the layout which allowed for multiple families to to have private space. The elevator was especially helpful for my dad who has trouble walking! The location was convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We used a golf cart for back and forth trips to the beach also a short bike ride. You do have some views of the ocean from the home! The rental agency was especially responsive with our issues and was able to resolve them quickly. The property manager visited us personally with some supplies needed and brought muffins. We greatly appreciated her help. Our top floor AC went out and was fixed within the day. The rental agency brought fans to help! The kitchen was missing a few items such as dish towels and hot pads which were brought to us the same day when requested. We felt like the kitchen could have been a bit better stocked. Also, could have used another ice maker as there is only one in the refrigerator which was slow to make ice. Even after the AC was fixed it was somewhat still warmer in the bunk room. My kids did sleep with two portable fans on them. Overall we were happy with the home, property manager, and location!

Outstanding Accommodations

The house is well maintained and in a great location. It is on a quiet and private street within walking distance of the beach. It’s spacious and would comfortably sleep multiple families. We would definitely book again.

Exceptional house in beautiful setting!

House was perfect in every way. Clean, well stocked, beautiful decor and incredible views! A very quick walk to the beach and close to everything! Highly recommend! *Please make sure to update the description to include the 6 beach chairs the owners have available! They came in handy for our family!

Great location

The house is classified as 4 kings. That is a must for our group. However, it actually only has 3 king beds and a full. We were very disappointed. Also one drawer in a night stand was filled with trash.

Great vacation house!

Super clean, modern, spacious house with generously sized bedrooms. 5 bikes included, 10 beach towels, beach chairs and a few beach toys. It’s a 5 minute walk or 2 minute bike ride to the public beach access. Smallish pool (with option to heat for additional $) that’s great for a dip after the beach. Only con of the whole house is that it’s a 4 story “upright” house so LOTS of stairs. We all got a good calf workout. I’d stay there again without question.

Incredible

The house was immaculate. Check in and communication with the property manager was outstanding. Plenty of room to spread out. Only complaints are: 1. need new cookware, very worn and warped. 2. The stairs can be very treacherous due to being all wood and slick. 2 of us fell the first night, no injuries, but slick. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again!!! Definitely recommend.

Outstanding property located close to Seaside and Seagrove gathering points. Easily biked to The HUB and Seaside food and shopping areas. Great public beach access. Wonderful home where we could spread out and be close at the same time!

VRBO is EXTORTION!!

VRBO is charging ridiculous fees that are NOT clear until it’s too late! I will never book through VRBO again and will be much more careful! Live and learn!!!

Wonderful New Beach House

We stayed for Spring Break 2019, with 12 people from three families. Since the house is new construction, it is very nice and clean. The rooms are big, the decks and pool are nice, and the amenities are what you would expect from a new house. The location of the house is perfect for getting to the beach, and the bikes available are a huge plus. Only issues we had were the Wi-Fi connection, which was very spotty - we had to reboot the router several times each day. This gave us a good excuse to keep the kids outside, though! The rental company said they would look to get that replaced when we left. Other than that, the kitchen could have a few more cooking bowls and service dishes. We cooked a lot of big meals, and sometimes we had to get creative in the cooking and serving process. Only other recommendation is changing out the deck rail slats with see-through slats. The deck rails were pretty much solid, so if you sat in the deck chairs, you could not see much if you are short! Other than those very minor issues, this was a wonderful stay in a wonderful spot. I highly recommend it to large groups like ours.
