Great location & terrific house!

Beautiful spacious property. Great location- walking distance to the main shopping area and the beach. Also right across from the pool too! Property was well stocked with items in the kitchen and beach towels.

spring break fun!

The house was perfect for our group, we were able to walk everywhere, close to the pool, beach, town square. Fantastic communication with management company! We had a great time and hope to come back again next year. Thank you!

Beautiful home, great part of town, comfortable beds, and rooms as advertised. Would have been 5 stars if the cleanliness had been better. Pest control had to come to treat ants in both kids bedrooms, there were many. That said, management was extremely responsive, addresses the issue, and got completely new bedding in place in time for the littles to go to bed. We had a wonderful vacation and the house was as expected.

The carriage house was well appointed and enough space for us to spread out. The front porch was our favorite place to sit in the morning and enjoy the quiet. This is at the end of the street so it’s a quiet spot in Seaside. The two full baths in the carriage was nice as we both had a space to get ready. We walked or rode bikes everywhere we went! The location is central to the beach and downtown Seaside.

Great location

The house is very nice and the location is great. We come to Seaside every year and this was the first time we rented outside of Homeowners or Cottage agency. We've always had very professional service and great communication from those agencies and had some minor issues this time. We booked in January and it took 2 weeks to get a code to rent beach chairs, check-in could have been smoother and was made worse by the passive aggressive, text only communication. There was shattered glass all over the rooftop porch and the front yard when we arrived. Minor improvements and client service training could make a huge difference!

Enjoyed our stay at Just For Fun

We loved everything about Just for Fun - especially the location - it’s diagonal to the pool and a brief pleasant walk to the beach or the square. We were able to bring our pet which was so nice - always feels like something is missing when we travel without him. He loved hanging out with us on the balcony and watching people pass by. The layout of the house feels safe with the master on the bottom floor by the entry door and kids areas upstairs. If you decide to bring groceries to cook, be sure to bring everything you need such as spices. Plenty of food options in the area, and if you don’t make reservations there are walk-up places nearby at the square. The only thing I wished we had were beach chairs - $80 plus tip to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella for the day is high. Maybe even add those for guest use. There were beach towels which was nice. Thank you for sharing your vacation home!

The location is great - easy walk to the Seaside town square yet away from the traffic and noise of 30A on quiet street. Reserved parking beside house was an added bonus for us never to worry about where to park. We loved the upstairs living area which gave us added privacy with lots of space to spread out. The spacious outdoor porches on three levels gave us many places to spread out. The beds and bedding seemed new and were above average. In addition to the 4 bedrooms with private baths, our grandkids enjoyed the sleeping loft with TV as their own private space for entertainment and sleeping. The kitchen is well equipped and had top of the line appliances. We had several meals outside on the large dining table. Some days we could hear the ocean from the lookout tower with ocean views. We will return!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tastefully designed and decorated. Furniture and amenities all very high end. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. My wife and daughter loved the rooftop sundeck for tanning and we all enjoyed the panoramic view of Seaside and the ocean. Rental is pet friendly but still very clean. Outdoor lounge area is very comfortable to have morning coffee. Had a large family get together, and this rental was big enough to fit everyone. Would rent again.

The pet fee is more than I'm used to but the agent on the phone explained that it was due to the caliber of homes they have. I understood once we were there. The house is someone's home. It isn't cheaply designed. I can understand that the owner expects to maintain their home at a certain level. Overall, we were very comfortable. It was easy to get to seaside and watercolor so the location was great.
