The perfect home away from home

The house was so incredibly beautiful and perfect for our two families. It was cozy and relaxing. It included everything we needed for daily cooking. The location was perfect for us bc of the quick walk to the club and easy access to the main road. We will definitely stay here again!

Just what we needed!

We needed a centralized place where our daughters could have freedom to explore on bikes and we moms could swing on the porch ant talk for hours. Close to everything and felt like a home away from home.

The perfect vacation home

Hands down one of the most beautiful homes I have ever stayed in. The location was perfect, easy access to the cutest shops and the beach. Very safe, Nice, quiet, family neighborhood. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed. No expense spared on this home. The setup was perfect for our family and friends. we enjoyed our week here so much! We will definitely be back!

Family Vacation

Great house located extremely close to watercolor club and beach! Only about a 5-7 minute walk. Only issue was small kitchen (all adults so it was a bit of a cram) and lack of cleaning supplies/cooking supplies. Other than that it was great! Loved the loft upstairs if you have kids.

Beautiful Home - Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was so cute and charming. A short, 3 minute walk to Watercolor Resort was really convenient. We used the bikes that came with the home and rented a couple extra. We also rented a golf cart during our stay which made getting around Watercolor and Seaside a breeze. We rented kayaks and efoils at Western Lake and played tennis at the tennis center. All in all an amazing trip. This home was right in the middle of it all.

This was by far our favorite home that we have stayed in on 30a. The upstairs is perfect for kids and my 8 year old daughter couldn’t wait to get back up there every night to sleep. The home has such an open and inviting feel but also very cozy. The mattresses are awesome and you can’t beat the location. Easy walk to Watercolor beach club as well as Seaside. Enjoyed every second of this wonderful trip!

Almost 5 stars

The property was nice, spacious and elegantly decorated. We arrived and had everything as expected until the second evening. We were awoken to water flooding into the master bedroom bed. The water pan in the AC was over the master and was flooding on to the first floor master suite. Luckily we were able to get a pot and catch the water so the bed was not ruined. The management company did respond immediately and sent a plumber to fix the issue. Needless to say we didn’t get back to sleep until 3 am. The next issue was that there were 4 complimentary bikes for our use that were not properly maintained and we had to rent bikes. Manager was notified issue not resolved. We were given a gift card for the inconvenience of the AC issue which was appreciated. However, if I were the owner of the property, I would have easily given a complimentary one night stay and provided a voucher for bikes.

Our party of 8 felt like honored guests in this lovely and comfortable space. The amenities of the Watercolor neighborhood were all icing on the cake: Beach Club! Lake Club! Bikes provided! Walking distance to lots of fun at Seaside! We had a tremendous time and sincerely appreciate the care with which this home is treated.

Memorial Day Vacay

Great location and super clean property. It was surprisingly quiet. The front bedroom was a little warm (could use a small fan?). Otherwise a fabulous place and we would stay again!! Thank you!!

The only issues we had was some electrical outlets that did not work and a lock on the master bedroom door jammed and we had to craw through a bedroom window to get the lock unjammed for some kids locked in the room.

Lots of storage room for clothes and suitcases. Front porch is great for relaxing or morning/evening reading and conversation. The cleaning crew does a FANTASTIC job. It was spotless. Rental management company has excellent communication and response time—best we’ve ever dealt with. The upstairs can get a bit warm so be sure to use the ceiling fan and any other fans. Would definitely book again.

An extremely dark home

The photos online showed the home as bright with a lot of light. This was not the case. It was always dark. We had to ask for extra lamps so we could see to cook dinner. We were told that all lights were working before our arrival. There were several lamps not working, missing light bulbs, missing turn on knobs, etc. On a better note, the home was perfectly located with easy acccess to the beach and Seaside.
