Easy check-in and dog friendly. We really enjoyed the fenced back yard which is rare on 30A. Great property and clean with comfortable beds and nice linens. Short walk to the beach and a lovely neighborhood for walking the dog.

Very clean home with 5 minutes walk to beach. Great tall fenced in back yard for dogs or kids. Bring a wagon to pull your stuff to the beach parking at beach is sparse. Home has everything you need to be comfortable with great location. Do have to climb outside stairs with baggage and groceries but I didn't mind the exercise. Loved the outside shower to wash the sand off it even has warm water. Definitely would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and lovely close to the beach and great places to eat! The yard was an added bonus and my daighters loved the hammock! Our host, Traci, was super responsive. Highly recommend!

Dune Fine
This was our second visit to Dune Fine. The property was excellent for the two of us and our little dog. Very clean and comfortable. Short walk to the beach. Check it out if you're looking for a place to visit on 30 A. We will definitely be back!!!

Just a short walk to the beach & 30A trails.
The house was perfect for all of us with ample room to spread out. We all loved the beach themed decor & the outside shower with hot water was so nice to have. Our dog was thrilled about that huge backyard & the trail being so close for her morning walks.
Definitely recommend staying at 74 Dune for an awesome beach vacation!

Amazing vacay
What a beautiful property, close to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. Has everything you need for a glorious beach stay. Traci was so accommodating and went above and beyond to answer any questions. Furniture is comfortable and it’s beautifully decorated with an ample back yard for our fur baby. We will definitely return here.

Great spot, especially for dog owners
We had a great stay at Dune Fine. It's a great house with good amenities and good proximity to the beach. Traci was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Our dogs loved it too. The privacy of the yard and the outside shower was nice too.

Great location
Traci was great to book with. She was very accommodating and the house was exactly how described. Easy walk to the beach. I travelled with a large group for this trip and we had another rental house which was managed by an agency, I recommend going with Traci since the communication and accommodation are much more personable. I would definitely stay here again.

Another Great Stay at Traci’s Place!
This is the second time we’ve stayed at Dune Fine and this was another great stay! Traci allows dogs, but you would never be able to tell based on the cleanliness of the house. The upgrades to the house since our last stay were very nice, and the dogs thoroughly enjoyed sniffing around in the new sod in the yard. The house is close to a nice public beach access and it’s just a short walk away. (We rented a golf cart during our stay but it’s not necessary to get to the beach.) The outside shower was perfect after days at the beach, and the shaded front porch with seating was a nice escape from the sun. (We brought a portable electric fan to make it even cooler when we sat on the porch.)
30A is becoming more and more developed so there was construction next door and with a few other houses on the street but it wasn’t an issue for us. The neighborhood is really nice and makes for a great beach vacation. Santa Rosa Beach was not crowded during our stay and it was definitely less busy than Destin. We enjoyed the slower beach pace at Traci’s house again this year. Great stay!

First Time on the Gulf
Every vacation search starts with a pet friendly location for our family. Well, let me assure you this house will not disappoint. This was one of the cleanest, well kept properties we've every stayed at. The back yard was huge and I felt safe letting our dog run around inside the fence.
This area is beautiful but it is changing rapidly. Dune dr felt like a construction zone with all the new houses replacing old houses, and just new construction in general. A lot of times during the day this street is one way with all the dump trucks and contractors trucks on the side of the road.
The Dune Allen beach access is also very nice, but the public beach is only about 150' wide and it gets very crowded. You'll also notice signage stating that the beach on either side is private property. We walked about 350' west down the beach until we didn't see any private beach signs, and about the time we got ready to leave the owner of the house said we could finish the day, but to not come back tomorrow. The next few days we went to the beach access just to the east of this location, it has a much larger "county owned" area. I'd also learn how to use a county gis map to see who owns the property near the water.
Rent a golf cart, it's much easier to go to the beach access areas and you really can experience the area better, not to mention easier to park.
Traci was wonderful and I would recommend this property 100%!! The minor issues we mentioned are for renters to plan accordingly.

Beautiful home
The property was beautiful and very clean. It was well stocked with all the amenities you could need. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach! My son loved finding and taking pictures of all the different lizards and frogs in the backyard. Traci checked in a few times during our stay. My family really enjoyed our time there. Would definitely return!

Fine Dune is great!
This rental is beautiful decorated, organized and detailed. I gave it 5 stars all around with the exception of the neighbors and that i am sure is only temporary as new construction was going up right next door and was a bit noisy at times but that is nothing that Tina could have done about that. If there was I am sure she would have as she is that determined to make her guest happy. I could have missed the listing stating the 2 flights of stairs to climb to get to the entrance, that could be my bad... definitely dog person as the house and yard is perfect for your 4 legged family. Doggie decor all around the house is amazing and let us know we chose the perfect house. Even had vet clinic magnets on the fridge for emergencies ❤. Tina had helpful information all around the house. Everything is updated with new and attractive appearance everywhere. We were very happy with the house. Thank you!

Home Away from Home
Dune Fine was exactly that…perfectly fine!! The home had all the amenities needed and a few extras. The outdoor shower was very nice to have, we used it for more than a “rinse the sand off” shower. The yard was a perfect size for our 2 furry, four legged children. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely sized and laid out. The front porch, especially the swing, was a great place for morning coffee time and evening drinks. Home away from home
This house was a perfect get away spot to be within walking distance to the beach. Kitchen is well stocked with items needed for cooking. Backyard is fenced in and spacious for dogs and family. Bedrooms were spacious with comfortable mattresses and bathrooms were perfect. The owner gave clear instructions and checked in by phone during our stay to make sure we did not have any problems. We really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely Beach Cottage
Everything about Dune Fine was perfect. It’s clear the owner took extra steps to ensure that everything that guests and their pups need is there. The cottage was very clean and exactly as pictured. The yard is nice and large, and the fence is very secure so that even a small dog can’t find an opening to slip through. 4 - 5 minute walk to the beach entrance. We loved our week stay and hope to come back next year!

Beautiful property, fantastic location
We had an amazing trip and this house was everything we wanted! It was extremely clean when we arrived and the owner’s attention to detail was impeccable. There were dog bowls waiting for us, places to hang leashes and harnesses, a huge fenced in backyard with shower for the dogs to play. The walk to the beach was about 5 mins so it was the perfect location. This area was never really busy like Desitin so it felt very relaxing. Lots of delicious restaurants in the area. The home itself was beautiful and newly updated interior. I would give 10 stars if I could!
