Grayton House

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. The house is super clean, tons of towels, beds were comfy, outdoor shower was awesome and the pool was great!! The location of the house is really the best. Walk next door for food or two doors down to another restaurant. The beach is clean and extremely walkable. The property management is super responsive. Highly recommend

My favorite property in Grayton

I’ve been coming to this area of Florida with my family every year since I was born. This is by far my favorite house I’ve ever stayed in! Not only is it the perfect walking distance to the beach and everything in Grayton, the pool in the back is a *chefs kiss*. I booked this property for February so it was a little chilly out and had the pool heated for the duration of my stay. If I had any questions at all, the property manager was quick to reply. The house was clean and so beautiful - it looked exactly like the pictures. The only thing is the lights around the pool can be a little bright at night so make sure you pull down the shades in the room. I will absolutely be booking this place again!

Wedding Stay

We came to attend a wedding at Grayton Beach and were the preferred location for almost all the wedding party as the unit is so closely located to everything! Awesome stay…awesome location.

Grayt Fun was GREAT FUN!

The property is excellent in every way. The listing describes the property accurately. We visited in October, our favorite time to visit the beach. Our first stay in Grayton. Love the vibe. Property is next door to Chirongo Bar, best food experience in Grayton by far, in our opinion. The swimming pool was a really nice addition for us…we paid for the heated pool amenity and glad we did. Property management was very responsive to us when we had a minor issue. Great communication. Will be back to Grayton for sure!!

Great stay, wish we had better communication

This stay was overall great. We were disappointed however at the poor communication regarding the pool heat. This property advertises a heated pool, but it was not communicated to us until well after arriving that the pool could not be heated unless we stayed for a full week. This is after a private message with the property before our arrival saying that the pool could be heated we only needed to message. Since that was a big reason we selected this property it’s very disappointing. Another note is that the windows/curtains in the living room are transparent at night. Not a big deal, just something to be aware of. Otherwise this location is great and the property was as described.

Grayton Beach house

Our home was in an ideal location in Grayton Beach, one block from the shore right next to to popular restaurant and bars, and walkable to everything. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great girls weekend getaway!

This was the perfect place to host a getaway with friends! We wanted a beach location to celebrate a bachelorette party and this was the best house! Plenty of room for everyone and you can't beat the location and pool amenities. Everyone had a great time and commented on how perfect the house was. The smallest things to note that could improve: one bathroom didn't have a lock on the door and the other bathroom lock didn't work. The shower looks to have been recently updated and anytime anyone took a shower, the water seeped out between the glass door and onto the floor causing a mess. Also, the communication with the host/rental property agents was poor. I texted the "text line" that was in the check-in instructions with no reply. I then received a different number to text the next day and the communication was very delayed. Overall, an amazing trip and would 10/10 stay here again!

We would rent it again

We were impressed how the master bedroom is private/ separate from the others, but that room was a little difficult to cool. We were impressed at all the items available in the storage unit by the pool. The pool water is a bit too warm however. When we arrived, everything was clean except the spoon rest. The kitchen could benefit from more supplies such as more mixing bowls, Tupperware and a spatula. The small shower was difficult to use because the shower curtain kept blowing on your legs. It was helpful that there were lots of towels and even dark washcloths for removing make up. Providing hand soap in the kitchen would be a good idea. We would rent it again!

Great location, dated house

House was very clean. Fenced in yard for pets was perfect. Enjoyed the heated pool. Strange layout. In Order to exit the house a person has to walk through other peoples sleeping areas.Decor is very dated. Perfect location however.

very dissatisfied

the only reason a gave a 1 star is the bedrooms very good when we got there we had to pick up water bottles and plastic cups there was candy wrappers stuffed in the candle holders and wax left all over from the burnt out candles obviously they did not clean outside so i wiped down the table and the dirt nasty we arrived on a Sunday and the pool was dirty so we could not use it until Tuesday pool cleaning day. The dish washer was broke so a repair person showed up but had to order a new dish washer so we where there the whole time no dishwasher. The pictures shown in the rental are nothing like what was there. Sleeps 10 but only has seating for 4 two at the counter and two at a table bar stools that were a heavy plastic and with two small kids there was really no place for them to eat . The Carpet in the bedroom was so dirty i had to fold it up and put it away the windows were dirty and most of them leaked therefore the place really was not looked after. House did not appear cleaned there were cob webs at the floor and refrigerator if you are going to charge extra for covid you need to clean the outside also . We had to stay a additional day because of weather which they did not charge me appreciate that . This place needs alot a TLC

Great Location. Rent bikes. 2 come with property. Umbrellas for beach.

Fixed a few plumbing issues early. Lighting of back yard and pool were disappointing. If one of my renters had these issues they expect for gathering with family and friends, I would not be renting until all is fixed. We enjoyed this property.

Memorial Day Weekend Beach Vacation

This property is in a great location with quick access to the beach and right next to Red Bar and Chiringo. The pool was great to enjoy when we were tired of going to the beach, and it was awesome to have a private outdoor shower. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location for family of all ages

Excellent location in the heart of Grayton! Surprisingly quiet and private, though it is next door to a restaurant and on the busiest corner in the area. Can park, check in and never drive again until it’s time to go home! One level home worked well for my elderly parents, pool was great though the door alarm to the pool (which is a state requirement) spooked my dog, so we went out the front door and around to the pool in the back so as not to set off the alarm. Well-stocked kitchen - could have cooked more if there weren’t amazing restaurants 2 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great experience!
