We had a wonderful day with our family. The home is very cozy and beautifully decorated. The fasted area was perfect for our dogs. The location to downtown Seaside is just minutes away. We loved having the golf cart as well. Definitely recommend we will be back!

loved the location, cleanliness and layout ..the bikes could use a bit of attention (air in tires and upkeep) , the golf cart was perfect ! had one ac issue but made one call and they were there to fix it and it worked perfect after that

Highly recommend this property!

The house was on a quaint street and easily accessible to the beach via the provided bicycles or golf cart. Everything was super clean and we loved the floorplan. The primary bedroom and bath were perfect and also had a private patio that was ideal to work and have coffee in the mornings. The front patio with dining table was great for breakfast or dinner while getting to say hello to the passers by. We loved everything about this house!

Nice Property with some minor maintenance issues

Overall, we enjoyed our recent stay at this home. We found the house to be clean and was a great setup for our group of 6 people. Having the golf cart that held 6 people was extremely helpful. It was challenging to find a home that was also pet friendly, and this home was great for that!Cons: while we did enjoy our stay, we did have several small maintenance items - more than we have typically had at other homes. While none of them were "deal breakers," it did feel like several small things. We called on a couple of the issues, and did receive a quick, friendly response, which was much appreciated. But we didn't want to have to keep calling and having people inside the home during our stay.On our day of departure, at 9am, a maintenance person just walked right into the kitchen unannounced with bags of linens! We did not have to check out until 10am and were off-put that someone would just come in prior to checkout without knocking!Maintenance items - upstairs shower drain in king bedroom was very backed up (to the point that it nearly overflowed when taking a shower); Roku tv did not work in that same bedroom (tried switching out the batteries and remotes); Clothes dryer did not work well and took hours for us to dry a load of laundry; Outlet to the outside golf cart was not working (we called about this and someone came to fix it, as we noticed the golf cart was losing its charge); Laundry room light burned out and bathroom lights flickering in bunk bedroom.

Great property and manger

The property was representative of the description and well maintained. Our golf cart had transmission issues on the second day of a one week trip. Even though the property manger(Sand Dollar rentals) was not contractually required, the provided a replacement cart until the golf cart was repaired

Perfect Family Vacation

Loved this house! The fenced in area was so great for our dogs. Perfect layout for our kids and grandkids. Also a fantastic location in Watercolor near Camp Watercolor.

Great location near Camp Watercolor

House was perfect for our family (4 adults and 3 kids, plus our furry friend!). Great porch areas to relax, nice big table to eat as a family. Golf cart worked great and was super convenient to be able to get around the Watercolor area and Seaside. Loved that our kids and the grandmas could walk to Camp Watercolor, and even to Seaside using the nearby trails. House was clean and just as advertised. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great place!

Such a cute place, wonderful backyard for our dog. Loved the fire pit and free golf cart too. Walk right out the front door and to the tennis center, camp watercolor, or seaside in just minutes. Had a maintenance issue and they solved quickly! Would absolutely be back.

A little disappointed in this house.

First of all, we were told there were two parking spots for our two cars. One of the spots was taken by the golfcart that had to be plugged into the socket at all times when not using. This left us without anywhere to park our car. Very important to us because when we finally found a spot somewhat near our home (parking is VERY limited in Watercolor), we weren't able to use our car for fear of losing the spot. Secondly, we were never told we had to preorder the beach chair setup, so when we arrived, they were sold out, which means you have to be up and at the beach, in a long line, daily, to reserve your chairs. We needed six chairs, which cost $260/day! These came with 3 umbrellas, and they set them up way down the beach, in rows, right next to stranger's chairs, in the 3rd or 4th row. No way to get first row or bring your own chairs or umbrellas. If you want to do this, you have to set them up at a different location. Everything is very crowded in Watercolor. We only found one restaurant in the area that takes reservations. Mimmo's Italian Restaurant. Very good. Wait times for dinner is sometimes up to an hour. The golfcart that comes with this house is very old and in need of repair. The brakes needed replacing, which they couldn't do while we were there for the two week. The Watercolor pool's famous "lazy river" was broken during the last 4 days we were there, which made the other pools VERY crowded. There are never chairs or shade available.

Perfect In Every Way

The house and location were perfect for our needs. Love the proximity to Camp WaterColor... our 3-year-old grandson loved the Lazy River, the pool and the water slides... and, so did the grown-ups! The 6-person golf cart made all the difference in the world... it made everything so easily accessible and fun. Can't wait to come back to Kallie's Korner!

Great place for a family beach getaway

We rented Callie’s Corner for our recent Spring Break trip. The location was great - close to Camp Water Color and a quick golf cart trip to the beach club as well as Seaside. The area was very busy for Spring Break, so it was great to have a quiet getaway from it all. The space was ample for our family of 6. We loved having the golf cart and was super helpful for our family given that we didn’t bring/rent kids bikes. However, it felt like the battery would get low somewhat quicker than we would expect on our way home from being out to eat or spending the day at the beach. We loved the outdoor spaces as well as we wound down after fun days in the sun.

Spectacular Stay at Kallie's Korner

We have travelled to 30A multiple times over the past decade. I think we have had 13 trips to this neck of the woods. Let me say, that this rental property has been my absolute favorite. It was incredible, the house was beautiful, the beds comfortable, the front porches heavenly! The amenities including the bicycles and golf cart made our weeklong visit even more fun. We zipped around WaterColors and neighboring Seaside. The firepit outside kept us warm and toasty during the cool evenings. I want to say the aesthetic and decor of this rental property is excellent, soothing colors, beachy vibes and the white pine floors. WOW! Did I forget to tell you we brought along our lab, he chilled on the porch and in the yard. We walked and walked on all the cool trails and he even got a trip to the dog beach in Panama City. Do yourself a favor and stay here if you get the chance.
