Amazing property & location!

This was one of our best vacations ever. Home was amazing. All of the bedrooms having their own bathroom was amazing! Lots of room inside & on multiple balconies!

Family Vacay

We came from the mountains of East Tennessee to enjoy and relax on the beautiful beaches and it did not disappoint we loved everything about the house and the neighborhood!! Early morning and late afternoon bike rides were awesome! The walk to the beach was amazing!!!!

The perfect vacation house

We are repeat guests in this Magical place - Casa Felice has everything you ever wanted, fully stuck kitchen, wonderful bedrooms - all king beds, divine taste in decor. There are games, a TV in every room or corner, a gorgeous Florida Room, and a balcony fur every bedroom. Will return to create more wonderful memories.

Great house in great location.

We loved our time here. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was super close to the beach. Extra bonus was the close proximity to Stinky’s restaurant, where you could also buy ice and snacks and drinks for the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. Having the fenced backyard was very helpful for our two doggies. We look forward to visiting again!

Very clean and spacious! The couch in the family room is sooooo comfortable…my sister and I kept trying to find the tag to see who made it We took a girl’s trip. There were 7 adult women and 1 toddler in our group. We had plenty of room to spread out and put our things and loads of hot water Several outdoor spaces. The walk to the beach is not bad. It was about a 7 minute walk, completely paved. Very, very beautiful clean beach house and would not hesitate to recommend!!!!

Perfect vacation spot!!! We did not want to leave!

This place is a dream - equipped with everything- less than 5 min drive to the public beach access, and close to all the good restaurants and shops on 98 and on 30A. Of course we went on low season but it’s close enough to the beach that you can rent a golf cart and find parking spots easily. The beds were super comfortable, the showers were a dream, the kitchen and appliances all top notch, the balconies, the living area- we had movie night and then on clear nights we’d walk to the upper deck to o watch the stars. We sat on the nice balcony couches sipping on our piña-coladas - it was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. Highly recommend!

Fabulous home in perfect location!

Cannot say enough good things about Casa Felice! The stunning home is beautifully decorated, steps from direct beach access, and conveniently located to many restaurants and shops. Screened in porch for nighttime gathering and no bugs, 4th story observation deck allows you to marvel at the sunset and catch a peek at the ocean just beyond the trees. Pool is right across the street. The house is spacious with room for everyone! Overall, you can’t go wrong choosing this house! We will be back!

Family Vacay 2024

We loved our stay here. Updated home. Near the beach. Corner home with privacy, parking infront. Perfect for our family of 5(3 young adult boys) every1 had there own space to wind down after fun but exhausting beach days. Really loved that everyone had their own bathroom & patio! The pool was very close by. The home was clean & stocked with everything needed in the kitchen, bathrooms had towels & organizers & space, outside grill, books, family games. The decor of the home was beachy & not cluttered or overwhelming. Very secure, safe & quiet location. We are already planning our next trip back & would love to rent this home again or we will be using this company to find another beautiful home to stay.

Dream Away from Home

Overall, this house was beachy beautiful! Very close to beach but we had to rent a golf cart to get around which makes it so much more fun as opposed to driving your car to beach. Loved all the balconies each bedroom had…each had their own uniqueness. The third floor balcony did not have seating so that was disappointing but definitely looking at the sunset and stars at night was a plus from the rooftop balcony, The neighborhood was beautiful and lots of families and kids at community pool just steps away. One thing we were wishing this house had was sand toys, umbrella, chairs etc. we decided not to purchase any of those items so our beach time was on towels. We did finally break down and buy sand toys for the kids for sand castles plus nets and bucket for crab hunting so we had to carry home with us. But we lived the house. It was very family friendly and cozy. One recommendation too would be to get a TV for the back porch. The back porch was beautiful seating and we wanted to all watch movie on porch but no TV. Ty for sharing this lovely home. Did not want to leave this community in 30A.

Beautiful Property, Directly Across Dune Allen Beach Access

This is a brand new property that is located in a new neighborhood which is directly across 30A at the Dune Allen Beach access. It literally a 2 minute drive to drop off your beach gear and about a 7 minute walk to the beach. The people in the neighborhood are pleasant and helpful. We had three couples and one 14 year old with us. The house has four LARGE bedrooms, and each has its own balcony and bathroom. There is a half bath downstairs off the living area. It was perfect for us! Our older son wasn't able to come with us this year but he could have easily stayed in the bunk room with his sister. We will definitely be back!

Summer 2021

The property was as described, new construction in a neighborhood with several properties at different stages of completion. Lots of living space inside and out, nice high end kitchen appliances. Easy bike ride to the public beach.
