Annual 30a Family Beach trip met our expectations. The location of this house is fabulous! Views were gorgeous and savored by all. Well stocked kitchen, ice maker spoiled us all week, extra large laundry, and plenty of outside deck areas for hangouts delighted our group of 12. Thanks!

Fantastic family vacation! Everything we needed was available. Loved having the chairs set up for us daily on the beach & that we can walk out the back door and are to the chairs in a few steps. Our 2nd year in roll at the same stop. All 12 is enjoyed the whole week. Great family memories!!

House was as stated. Clean on arrival. The kitchen had anything you could want. Communication with the owner was easy with a fast response. Chair service was perfect. It only cost tips to the guy who set the chairs up.Neighborhood is great. Close to Seaside (5 min) without the crowd. Wonderful stay

Lovely Place

We had a great experience with this rental. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach setup service was great to have with umbrellas and chairs. Kitchen was stocked and made cooking very easy. Loved the big porch and all of the furniture. Just a short walk to shore. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Will be back.

Wonderful

Wonderful house for gathering with friends & family! The location was perfect and the house very functional, from the large table for dining to the multi level decks! Very nice it was a private beach with beach chair service! The kitchen was well stocked and the built in ice machine was ideal!

Kara’s place in Gulf Trace doesn’t disappoint. Beautiful setting, extremely comfortable and clean, tastefully decorated & great kitchen. Plus Kara is always super prompt with recommendations and answers to questions.

Great House, Great Location!

We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again! The neighborhood was peaceful and the beach was never crowded which made for a relaxing vacation. If we wanted to go to the restaurants in Grayton Beach it was an easy walk along the beach. Although most nights we cooked our dinner and the kitchen was well stocked and great for that! We also loved the layout of the house. We have a daughter in a wheelchair so it was really nice to have some bedrooms on the main living floor. Thank you for sharing your home!

Another great stay

This was our second Thanksgiving at this beautiful home and it may be our favorite house of the dozen or so we've stayed in over the past 25 years. There are many spots - inside and outside - to enjoy the most gorgeous beach, the sunrise and the sunset. The kitchen was well-equipped for many of us to prepare and share a Thanksgiving meal. There are many comfortable common areas to be together but lots of space for privacy too. We had a couple of questions for the homeowner during the week and she was easy to reach and very accomodating. We'd highly recommend this house for a family or group getaway and would gladly go back again.

Family Time

We had a fun relaxing family week, even with hurricane Helene. Location on the beach, quite & close to town. Kitchen was amazing for our family to get lots of fresh seafood and cook amazing meals. We can't wait to return & make more great family memories!

Location, Location

We have been traveling to 30A area for over 25 years, and this was one of the best locations we've ever stayed. We loved how the house is nestled between the dunes of the state park areas. Simply beautiful! The large porch area easily accommodated our large group of 12, and the views were amazing. We also loved all being able to fit at the large dining table. The owner was great to work with and was quick to respond to any questions. The beach service was wonderful, and the beach was not overly crowded. We truly enjoyed our time at Seas the Day, and would love to visit again in the future.

Family Vacation

Perfect location and house for our family vacation. House was very spacious and allowed for each family to have plenty of privacy. Plenty of seating in dining area and family room. Outside living area was incredible and we spent every morning enjoying the views. House was well stocked with everything needed. I know it Host was gracious and answered all our questions. Hope to book again next year!

We have been seized by Seas the Day

For decades, our group of 13 women have enjoyed Grayton Beach and, especially, Seas the Day, for our annual get-together. The house has many areas, inside and out, that permit our entire group to enjoy each other's company in sun and in shade, as well as a dining area that permits all of us to sit at the same table. The spacious kitchen allows 3+ chefs to work together and the "drinks specialist" to prepare and pour libations. Lastly, somehow Seas the Day provided vivid blue skies and gulf breezes for the entire week, with rain showers occurring only after dark. We are looking forward to our return in 2025!

Family Weekend

Property was perfect for 5 adult couples and 1 toddler. Beach access couldn’t have been better. Found the house to have great sound proofing as with so many people you should have heard more noise. Kitchen well equipped with pots, pans, glasses, silverware etc. Stove top a little odd in that 2 burners on one side of an extremely large sink and 2 on other side. That was a little inconvenient. Owner quick to respond and answers all questions. All in all we would come back to same house. Thank you.

Amazing location!!

Perfect spot for our annual family beach vacation! We loved the outdoor spaces and the kitchen! The proximity to the beach/ ocean was fantastic and felt very secluded. The kids/dads caught 9 pompano fish, casting from the beach out front.. a dream for them!! Added bonuses were the beach toys and chair/ umbrella setups!! We loved it all!!
