Amazing hidden gem in Santa Rosa

The location, house, and pool were all amazing. The neighborhood was quiet but the beach was just a short walk away. We were very happy with all the amenities at the house and loved the various decks to sit at. The hawks nest gave us a view of the ocean and looked out over the town. Amazing!

This home was stunning, has all the comforts of home, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of bath towels etc., comfortable beds and the view from the upper deck is phenomenal. We highly recommend this home.

Beautiful Views

We had a wonderful stay at this home! We loved the views from the crows nest and enjoyed going up there most mornings and evenings. It was an easy walk to the beach even with 2 young kids.

Amazing View and Quiet Community!

We loved our stay, the home was clean and the view was amazing. I loved having an evening glass of wine while watching the sun set over the ocean. The home is right across from the pool which is perfect for my kids and we loved that the community was gated and quiet. Beach Luxury Vacations was very helpful and made check-in easy.

After the holiday fun

Fantastic home. So so close to the beach. Felt safe and so much room to spread out at this home. Residents in community were very nice as well. The widows walk was amazing.

The house was beautiful. Very comfortable for our family. The crows nest was just as described - you could see the ocean so well! The beds were amazing, the house was super clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach. And the pool was really nice. We agree this house is 10/10!

Check in was great. Lots of information was sent beforehand so the communication was top notch. The house was amazing, just what we expected from the listing. We spent a lot of time at the beach and the pool. Lots of options for dining within a few miles. We also spent the evenings in the crows nest playing card games and watching the sunset. Beautiful neighborhood and a great trip!

The house was the perfect size for our family of four! Wonderful location and loved that it felt safe enough for my 13 year old to ride his bike around solo. We will definitely be back!

An ocean view from basically every direction...

The ocean view from basically every direction was amazing. This house was in the perfect location to the beach, pool and restaurants. You could get to anything in les than 2 minutes. It was perfect for my family, which included our elderly parents who loved the 1st floor master (we took the upstairs master) and the kids loved the twin room! We will definitely be back again, hopefully SOON! Thanks to Beach Luxury Vacations for a great trip.

Great Beach House for a Casual Family Vacation!

Beach n Bogey was perfect for our family. Master bedroom for us downstairs and bedrooms for the kids upstairs. A nice gated community with a lovely pool, an easy walk to the beach, great location at the quiet end of 30A and incredible views of the Gulf and the Santa Rosa Country Club golf course from the top. We'll definitely be back next year!

We had a great time staying at the Beach and Bogey for four weeks. Highlights were proximity to the beach, quiet neighborhood, and the crows nest. Best Gulf view from anywhere in the neighborhood. We had plenty of room to host guests and appreciated the beach chairs and other beach items for our use. Although it's a bit dated, it worked well for our needs. The rental company was very responsive and helpful in getting us in the day after the big snowstorm.

Our family had a wonderful time at Beach N Bogey, the house is beautiful, with all the usual amenities. The pool is across the street, but the landscaping eliminates any noise. The beach is close enough to walk to without effort. Everything worked, no complaints. Thanks for a perfect week!

Beach House Getaway

We had such a great time at this beach house! Our favorite spot was the ocean-view crow's nest—the views were amazing, we loved watching sunsets at the outdoor table and chairs up there. The location was super convenient, just a few minutes from Gulf Place. We could easily grab dinner, coffee, or go shopping. We loved eating at Stinkies Fish Camp the most. The manager recommended it. The community pool was right across the street. They also had beach chairs and a wagon for us to use. Big shoutout to Beach Luxury Vacations, they were awesome to work with.

Kid friendly, quiet, great pool.. wow.. those views!

WOW those ocean views!!! I love that this home was kid friendly. The sunbrella fabric on the dining chairs and couches instead of all of the pure white you see everywhere actually let us enjoy dinner rather than panicking every time the kids would take a bite. The house was spotless and the we loved that the neighborhood was gated and quiet. My wife thinks the Barbie bathroom is the neatest things she has ever seen. Again... those ocean views are amazing!

Everything we hoped for!

Our stay at this home was everything we hoped for. The ocean view from the house was beautiful—such a peaceful spot to relax in the mornings or unwind at sunset. The home is located in a gated community which was very quiet. It's just steps from the community pool, which was super convenient for quick swims. Inside, the house was clean, comfortable, kid friendly (not white couches, lol) and had a welcoming feel. Beach days were easy thanks to the beach chairs and wagon that were provided. We really appreciated those little extras that made things feel effortless. Huge thanks to Beach Luxury Vacations for making everything smooth and stress-free. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely book this home again!

We Love this home and try to stay there every time if it's not already booked! This place by far has the BEST views from the crows nest of the Gulf of Mexico. It's the highest point around and looks over the rooftops of all the other houses. The neighborhood pool is located directly across the street and the beach is only 1 block away. The small gated neighborhood is quiet and has a laid back Key West feel to it. Our Grand daughter also LOVED the eclectic Barbie bath which made us smile too! We've made some Wonderful memories there.

Incomparable sunset ocean views

We loved staying at this home with its gorgeous views of the ocean. Every night we had glass of wine and dinner in the hawks nest and relaxed with ocean views as far as I could in each direction. The dining table and chairs up there are trex type and very sturdy! The sunset is incomparable! The home has close proximity to the beach, yet it felt so secluded away from the mass crowds of Destin, Panama City and the Seaside cluster of spring break kids. The pool was also very nice, I loved that it was a salt water pool instead of chlorine. The house exceeded our expectations with room for everyone to spread out in. We can't wait to come back to this slice of heaven!
