Everything about the house was fantastic. It is a beautiful house, very clean, well equipped, and a short, pleasant walk to the Seaside square or beach along tree-shaded streets. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy all that Seaside has to offer from a quiet but close home base.

Our recent stay at this vacation rental in Santa Rosa Beach was nothing short of exceptional, making it an ideal haven for multigenerational travel with kids and grandparents alike. Fabulous property represented very well by pictures. We lived the layout and space. The main kitchen/great room is somewhat detached from the bedrooms which we love. The pool was heated nicely and a considerable size for this area - larger than usual, in our experience. The screened in porch is huge and the pool area can accommodate many people. VRBO map does a poor job depicting the actual location. We have friends who own homes in watercolor (adjacent subdivision) and we’re hanging out with them. When looking up this property, I saw there was a road connecting internally to Watercolor and Seaside. The house is literally one road off the beaten path which we love, since that area gets super packed with people. This property is the perfect balance of being surrounded by everything seaside has to offer but also allows you to stay just one road outside of the chaos. We absolutely loved this property and would stay here again. The host was the absolute best!

This house is absolutely amazing! We would definitely stay again. Easy walk to a public beach area (Dogwood/Thyme Public Beach Access... don't ride bikes as there is no bike parking there). Easy walk or bike ride to Seaside center, although we chose to ride bikes every time. The house has 4 cruiser bikes that are perfect for getting around the town, and easy to park all over the city. I rented a bike with a child seat from Big Daddy's Bike shop (they were GREAT) because I didn't want to try to put one on any of the bikes at the house. The pool was BIG for Seaside and perfect! And the neighborhood was quiet at night, far enough away form all the Watercolor rentals, but close enough for every activity you can think of. GREAT for families. Absolutely loved our trip. One last thing... Old Florida Fish House to eat was a HIT!

We had a lovely stay at Grace’s home. The location is perfect as it’s just a few minute walk on a quiet street just far enough from the craziness of seaside but also close enough to quickly pop into town as you wish. The pool was a great size and we enjoyed grilling in the backyard. The house itself is stunning with many designer finishes and thoughtful design elements. The kitchen is well stocked. We really loved the smart layout of the house. There are essentially 3 stand alone areas of the house which are all interconnected through an excellent screened in patio. The main area of the house: kitchen, dining, living & 1/2 bath is one part, guest suite, bunk room and full bath are a second and the master laundry is the third. This would be really great for groups so people could sleep etc without being disturbed from the people in living/kitchen. It’s very clever. We tried to extend our stay at the end of our week but more guests were coming in on our departure day. We will definitely try to stay here again. Our dog also loved the fenced in backyard. Thank you grace!

Gorgeous home! Perfect location! Quiet and quaint.

We have traveled to this area for a decade and have found our favorite rental property of all in this home. The layout of the home made it feel like we had our own bungalow while others who wanted to stay up late, could. Canal St is so quiet and safe, yet so close to Seaside. We took the beach cruisers to town each day and also to the beach. Perfect for families or two couples. Very clean and immaculate.

Nice neighborhood private home

We enjoyed the layout of the house and the private pool. The house was extremely nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The house had everything we needed. Just know after you walk to the beach you access it by multiple levels of stairs…so make sure you carry just what you need!

Week Stay in May

We had a wonderful time at this house. The layout was so perfect for spending time with adult kids. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We really liked that the laundry was next to the master bedroom. Grace was very responsive when we had a question while staying at the property. The pool was so nice and pool service kept the pool in good shape. The decor in the house is so beautiful. Couch in living room very comfy and we felt right at home. We would absolutely recommend the house to others.

Great Stay for our Family!

We stayed with us, grandparents, and our three kids- the house was a great/easy layout for the week. We rented a golf cart and buzzed to seaside every single day for coffee or treats. The overall trip went great. House was very nice and beautiful. Grace was super responsive as a host and very helpful. Loved the heated pool and kitchen/main area for our family meals and hanging. The screened in section of the house was awesome.

Beautiful & comfortable, close to everything!

Our family stayed for a week over spring break. The house has a unique layout, and it was perfect to enjoy the warm weather. All finishes are high end, beds and furniture were very comfortable, and the property was spotless. We found the location to be perfect - walking distance to the beach and town center, but far enough away from traffic and close to Publix. Grace is a fantastic host - communicative, flexible, and very helpful. The check in and out process was simple, and their inclusion of 4 bikes plus beach chairs and towels was also very nice. We would love to come back!

Seagrove Sweet Bliss!

Delightful home in Seagrove. Beautifully decorated and appointed. Plenty of space and privacy for two couples to have their own space(and a kids bunk room we didn't use)and still enjoy common areas together. The kitchen is large and has all the essentials.....minus a Keurig which wasn't a big issue, we just made a pot of coffee & the four of us easily finished it off. The screen porch and sitting area was a great spot for cocktails and hanging out. The living room has the large screened TV and we enjoyed watching all our football teams.The house was Super clean, though a bit buggy....but it's Florida. The pool was a perfect respite after a day out biking, or strolling the beach. The home is well within walking distance to all things Seaside. We also rode bikes to Watercolor and had a great time. One of the bikes had a seat that would not stay in position...fortunately, my husband is a handy guy and he had some tools to fix it. All the food & drinks we had there were delicious....though we were really disappointed with Great Southern Cafe.....the food was mediocre, not hot and tasteless. The service was slow and unenthusiastic. It felt like all of it was just "phoned in," This place had many recommends but at this point it seemed to only be trading on its former reputation. Beware if you go. Bud and Allies was Outstanding and we ate multiple meals there everything was wonderful and the service was excellent. AJ's and Bistrology were A+ We would definitely return!

Wonderful Vacation Home

We rented the home for a week and so enjoyed being close to Seaside and wonderful restaurants! The home came with several bikes and we enjoyed using them several times. The home itself is so lovely and comfortable. We would definetly rent the home again!

Stylish comfortable beach home with great location

We have rented beach homes in the Watercolor-Seaside area yearly for over 20 years, and this home is an excellent place to stay for a week at the beach. Stylish, clean, well-appointed and comfortable, it is just a short walk or bike ride through the neighborhood to Seaside's town center and the public beach. The property owner is responsive, warm and welcoming. Highly recommended. You will enjoy your stay.

Simply Wonderful

We spent 11 nights at this house and absolutely loved it. Grace was an unbelievable hostess. The house was immaculate and everything as described. My wife loves the insanity of Seaside, and I like the quiet neighborhood of Old Seagrove, so it was a win-win for us with Seaside being a 3 minute bike ride away. This is an awesome house and we look forward to coming back.

Wonderful home perfect for family

This home was absolutely stunning while being perfect for a family. We had everything we needed just like the listing stated. Nothing was sacrificed. We loved the pool, cooking in the kitchen, and being just minutes from downtown Seaside. The only challenge was the front door lock was incredibly difficult to lock and needs a bit more tips to make sure its done properly. We will definitely be back.

Amazing place to stay

This home is beautiful and has a great layout. The large front porch is a nice place to start and end the day. The main home is separate from the rooms, but accessed by a completely screened in back patio, which makes for the perfect indoor/outdoor living space. The built in bunk beds were perfect for the younger travelers and the two other bedrooms were nicely appointed. My wife loved the primary bedroom’s closet. Plenty of room for everyone to sit outside and enjoy the pool area. The neighborhood is beautiful and everything around town is accessible by golf cart, biking and walking. This home provides 4 adult sized bikes to use and a pull cart to take everything you need to the beach, including a cool cabana that is super easy to use. The only thing that was slightly frustrating is the use of the beach. This home is close to the public access (about 1/2 mile and an easy walk), but when you arrive you must set up within a small area so you don’t interfere with the many homes lining the beach. Their signs inform you they have a private beach all the way from the home to the water line, which means you have to find an area in front of the few vacant homes/lots to set up, otherwise you’ll have to walk down the beach until you find a more public friendly area. That is a very small complaint and out of the neighborhood’s control, and we still enjoyed the beach each day with no issues. The homeowner is very responsive and extremely accommodating. We loved this home!
