We loved the beach, spent pretty much all day every day there. The shower in the master is so great, water pressure is awesome. The screened porch with tv is a great place to chill at night.

Fall break

We had a great stay during fall break. The house was very clean and very true to the photos. Perfect size for two adults, 2 high school and 2 college kids. We used the grill, enjoyed the outdoor patio, table and pool area. If staying during hot weather I would recommend a golf cart for back and forth to the beach. It was not a bad walk in the moderate October weather. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Home is lovely in a great, private neighborhood. Great layout, loved the backyard and pool and the Seagrove area is quaint and relaxed. Our vacation was wonderful and we loved the home. A few concrete patio pavers have popped up - hazardous if you aren’t looking closely.

Very good

My family and I had a great time, the pool was a hit for our kids and the screened in porch was a favorite hang out spot at night. The neighborhood was quiet and great to walk around. We loved how close it was to the beach and town. The property manager Hayden was very helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay. Only advice for the house would be to have more kitchen towels and more beach towels. We look forward to coming back!

Review

Great location, nice pool. However, there are just a few items that are left for use. Only 4 rolls of toilet paper about 2-3 dishwasher pods and laundry soap. Same with trash bags. There’s a total of 6 beds so I would say about 8 people max could stay. That is not a lot of necessities left for use of that many people. When I let the manager know we needed more he stated they just provide a starter kit and we need to buy anything else. I looked back and I did not see it in the description. I did see that it’s under recommended items to bring but that’s not very specific. Other than that it’s a great location and they respond fast just would’ve liked more necessities.

Couldn’t be happier

We couldn’t be happier with this beautiful home. This is hands-down the cleanest, best kept, coziest vacation rental we have every stayed in. The patio and pool were what dreams were made of. The whole family had a blast and we didn’t even need to leave the house all week if we didn’t want to! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully loaded with everything we needed, and we enjoyed all the “extras” like the ping pong table, bikes, games, and pool toys. We enjoyed scrabble around the kitchen table every night. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is perfectly located on 30a. Shopping, groceries, and dining was 5-10 min drive. Beach access is located across the street with a bike rack. We parked most days at the public beach access 2 min down 30a just for ease of lugging beach bags from the car. Any time we had a question, the property manager was very quick to respond and polite! The owners and property manager went above and beyond for us to make sure the pool was heated for us too! Thank you to the owners for hosting us in this perfectly beachy home!

Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I took our almost 1-year-old for a quick beach getaway and this house was the perfect place to stay! We rode bikes to the beach every morning and enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. There are beach chairs/umbrella, beach toys, and pool floats/noodles so we had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor screened-in patio, especially for watching football games! It was a quiet little neighborhood close enough to Seaside and Seagrove to enjoy the restaurants and activities there but far enough away to still have some privacy.

The property is great, with a few exceptions

The house really is very nice, but I don't think that it is made very clear that the Greenwood beach access has zero parking so, unless you plan on walking the half mile to and from the beach, you really are better off going to the Santa Clara public beach access. We had very small children in our group so walking was out of the question anyway, but I do think that should be clearly stated for a rental in this price range. Also, there is a camera pointed directly at the pool! We still used the pool the entire trip, but it was a frequent point of discussion that it really seemed to be an invasion of privacy, and frankly, quite creepy, that someone could simply call up the live feed and watch our wives and our children in their bathing suits. I'm sure it's for 'safety' or insurance concerns, but it is very off-putting. Oh and the property manager will send you bizarre, empty emails, or emails that a payment has failed (when it did not), but absolutely will not respond if you email him. That's not the property's fault, but know what you're getting when it comes to his customer service. If we had had a serious issue, I have no confidence that we would have been able to resolve it effectively during our stay. All in all, I would stay here again, but I'd be inclined to shop for other properties first just because of the price of this rental and because of the pool camera, but we enjoyed our stay otherwise and found the home quite comfortable.
