Great place and host

Place was clean and roomy. Perfect for our gathering of host. Communication with host was great and the grounds and all the amenities of the condo and surrounding area keep us coming back to 30A and Redfish

Amazing vacation spot.

The condo is beautifully appointed, well equipped and an amazing place to relax. We had a wonderful time and plan to stay again and again.

We have stayed at Sanctuary several times before and it never disappoints. This was a nice condo that met all of our needs. But what stood out the most was the communication and responsiveness from the owner. Will go there again.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend! All directions were so clearly outlined and we had everything we could need! The pontoon boat to the beach was easy and fun for our kids, the private beach is fantastic and the pool was amazing and not overly crowded. The property is well maintained and highly organized. Great location on 30A! Loved our experience and will be back!

Perfect stay for families

What a great property with every detail thoughtfully considered! We love coming to Grayton Beach and this condo was exceptional. Great communication from start to finish, comfortable furnishings and a perfect location. Love the combo of the beach and pool. We would love to stay again!

Fantastic stay

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The owner was extremely accommodating and fast in responding to all (even very last-minute) questions and requests. I would highly recommend this place! Great location, convenient to everything, spacious, clean and fully equipped!

Great Overall!!

Great place for families with pontoon carrying you right to the beach!!! Great location near inter coastal lake. Kids love the pool area. We have been staying at Sanctuary at Redfish for years because it has everything you need and no crowded beaches!!!

Absolutely Amazing Vacation!

Beautiful condo! Everything in the condo seems brand new. The kitchen is well stocked if you plan to cook. Easy access to parking, elevators, pool and beach. The beach is gorgeous and not too crowded. The owner was wonderful answering all of my questions very quickly. Would love to visit Blue Mountain Beach and stay in this condo again.

Great! Perfect place on 30 A

This was just what we needed! Perfect property on the 30A with beach access that was pretty limited to other people! Not crowded!! The Pontoon to and from the beach was awesome because we never had to worry about dragging out stuff to and from the beach!! Our condo was great with plenty of room for our family of six! We wish we could have stayed another week!!!

A great stay at Sanctuary at Redfish

This is our 5th time staying at Sanctuary at Redfish. This condo was very clean and spacious for 6 guests. Beds were comfortable and the condo is and nicely updated. We had a small view of the lake and could see the beach in the distance. We enjoyed the deer who visited right outside the patio several days. The pools are great, never crowded or too noisy. We love this area of Blue Mountain as it is a beautiful section of 30A, without all the crowds. The host was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. We would definitely rent this same condo in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Sanctuary at Redfish and the beautiful luxury condo. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. Every bed was comfortable—even the bunk beds and sleeper sofa, which says a lot! The condo also had games for guests of all ages, which was a nice touch.The wildlife was amazing. One morning we witnessed two bucks in an altercation on the lake, and another evening we saw deer walking right outside our balcony. The kids’ favorite part was definitely the pontoon ride to the beach. The beach itself was very private, and the complimentary chairs and umbrella were a huge plus.Ms. Christina, our boat captain, was incredibly sweet and attentive, especially with my mom who needed a little extra care. The pools were wonderful, the location was phenomenal, and overall there isn’t a single negative thing I can say about this trip. We would absolutely return!

This was a huge condo, almost the size of our house! Check in was easy with easily accessible with an underground garage. The main living space and master BR had views of Redfish Lake and the Gulf. The pontoon boat ride to the beach took less than 5 minutes, easy access! The condo was close to multiple shopping areas with local bakeries, ice creams shops, restaurants and other shops. The pool had a separate adult area and was well kept as was all of the property. My middle granddaughter did not want to leave!

just perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was clean and adequately stocked (extra applause for having MULTIPLE kitchen towels...almost never the case in a rental!). The location was great...not as busy as some of the other small towns along 30A but within walking distance to a few restaurants (Redfish Taco hit the spot more than once) and the creamery, yum! We loved the view of the woods, lake AND ocean and saw deer and birds from the balcony daily. Our son spent his days fishing in the lake and canoeing. We enjoyed the boat ride across to the beach. Both drivers were courteous and friendly and we never waited long! Laurie was a fantastic host. She was always very quick to respond with helpful information both before and during our trip. Highly recommend this rental!

This is a hidden gem!

This property was beyond our expectations. Clean, well stocked, and convenient. This was our 3rd stay at sanctuary at redfish, and although all of the properties are very nice, this was our favorite. Clean, well appointed. Comfortable beds. Great location right off the elevator and close to underground parking. Laurie was great to work with. She was responsive, helpful, and generous. Side note, I realize many are put off by the pontoon boat ride to the beach. The boat captains, bob and Kristina are 2 of the best people you will meet. The pontoon ride is one of the highlights because you meet and talk to great people. We actually have pictures of the kids on the boat from years past. The ocean water was very choppy this time and there was an increase in riptides. But the access to lake redfish near the ocean was a game changer for our time at the beach. Again, cannot say enough great things about this rental.

Amazing week!

We had the best week on 30A and much of it because of the wonderful accommodations. The condo was fantastic and Laurie was such a pleasure to rent from. I texted her a couple of times with questions and she texted me back within minutes with all the answers. If you want to a clean, family friendly unit close to all the best that 30A offers, I highly recommend this condo! Can’t wait to come back to Sanctuary at Redfish again soon.
