Great Beach House

Located in a great neighborhood, and the golf cart made it easy to get to the beach and to restaurants and shops. Property management team was accessible and courteous.

30A - Trip for St Louisan’s

House was great for us 8 adults from St Louis. Been to 30A before and was familiar with the area. What we liked about this was that it was set in a more private gated area community

Golf cart included made it nice to go to beach or one of the many restaurants.

Beautiful neighborhood

We love this neighborhood and the house very nice and clean. The property manager was extremely responsive and accommodating. Our only issue was that the golf cart would not stay in park, which we were informed the day prior to check in but that it would stay parked with a small block behind the wheel. Unfortunately, that did not work for us and the cart rolled right over it twice, so we ended up not using it for the rest of the trip. That was disappointing since it was one of the main reasons we chose this listing. However, it was not a deal breaker, and we still enjoyed ourselves. We even ended up adding an additional night to our stay. I would note that sound travels in this house, so you can hear everything. If you have sensitive sleepers like our toddler, definitely bring a sound machine. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, with pools, a bridge over a lake, and a cute playground. We would definitely stqy here again.

Located in a nice neighborhood that was close to the State Parks and Ocean. Which is gorgeous!! Close to shopping and beachside restaurants. The house with the 4 bedrooms and baths were all comfortable and nicely decorated. It was perfect for these 4 Sister’s looking for a comfortable getaway. My only thought’s are that higher toilets would be great! 😎
