Casa molto bella ed ideale per chi cerca l'immersione nella natura e nella tranquillità.A nostro avviso però vi sono alcuni dettagli che, per la cifra pagata, dovrebbero essere migliorati: evitare di fornire solamente due pastiglie per la lavastoviglie (per un soggiorno di 7 giorni), sostituire uno dei due lettini da sole che è rotto cosi' come il divano da esterni (sfondato nelle sedute). I freni delle biciclette non funzionano adeguatamente e andrebbero revisionati.

Amazing Luxury Property with Excellent views and a Pool

We had an incredible stay at this luxurious and secluded property. The host was amazing, incredibly communictive, ensuring every detail was perfect for our stay. The property was exactly as described- spacious, beautifully designed, and ideal for our family getaway. The home is very close to the beach. The highlight for us was the pool - it was well maintained and provided endless fun for the kids and relaxation for the adults.This property is ideal for families seeking a relaxation and enjoyable vacation. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.

Great weekend for Mother’s Day! The owner was very responsive . All the amenities were in great working order. The middle bedroom with 3 bunks worked out for the kids in the group. It did rain the whole weekend but the property was spacious enough and we had the pool and back yard area to spread out. Only complaint was she had new cleaners who did not pay attention to detail like the outside furniture was obviously not wiped down from leaves and debris. But over all amazing stay

We landed early but our check in time was not until 4 p.m. Reached out to our Host to see if we could check in early but the cleaner would not be ready for us until 4p. No worries!! We drove by the home at 10 a.m. to find it and there was a car in the driveway - assumed it was the cleaner. Reached out to Host around 3p to see if cleaner was done - its just one house and it had been 5 hours. Host said not yet due to laundry. Arrived at home at 4p and same car was in driveway. A lady with wet hair ran out, talking REALLY fast saying things like "I'm sorry the home is not done, I spilled something and it took hours to clean up" "Sorry there are crumbs and food on the kitchen counters" "Floors aren't done" "I'll give you one or two days extra stay for free" "I can come back tomorrow" .... it went on and on. She was loading her car with what looked like clothing and she looked like she had just got out of the pool or shower. We had been up since 2 a.m. and just wanted her to leave. She left around 4:30p. We looked around the home and realized it was really dirty. Food all over the bar stools and dining table chairs, on the counters and smeared on the living room sectional. A wicker basket on the counter by the stove had dishwasher pods in it and they had dissolved and went through the basket onto the counter. There was something poured down the sectional and stuck to the floor. No comforters on the beds, just sheets and a thin blanket on each. Floors were gro

Very Beautiful and Uniquely made

This place is very beautiful! Enjoyed every area inside and outside. Just a few hiccups, nothing major! Its definitely a place to book! Close to everything.. restaurants, shopping etc... Please rent golf cart from " Blue Mountain rental"! Truly enjoyed my Birthday

Amazing place to stay near Santa Rosa beach

This place is amazing. The house was clean and the view out the back is beautiful. The beds were comfortable. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Everything was smooth with checkin/checkout. Close to the beach. About a 10 minute walk or a short drive. The access to the owners beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes was very nice. If I ever come to Santa Rosa beach again I will want to stay here.

Home so Nice, We had to visit Twice!

While this property most certainly speaks for itself, I felt compelled to post a review once again. My family and I visited this beautiful home last May and we enjoyed it so much we couldn't wait to return. The booking process and communication with Isabella was seamless. She responded to my inquiries with such promptness, it felt like she was right there with us. I don't know what more I can say about this fabulous home that I didn't in my last review, but I will say it was just as spectacular and immaculately kept as it was when we last visited. Nestled just off of 30A, its location is prime for visitors who enjoy a short walk to the beach and a short drive/bike ride to the numerous restaurants along 30A. If you're thinking of visiting Santa Rosa, you would not be disappointed booking your stay here.

Great place!

We thoughly enjoyed our stay! I felt like i was living in a stars home only on a much smaller scale. The family would be off to the beach and I (grandma) would float around in the pool and listen to music. PERFECT!

Beautiful getaway

This property is a beautiful getaway for your family. Upon arrival, my children were so excited to see deer on the front lawn. The pool lights up at night. It is a modern property with modern fixtures and assets. I was very impressed. The bunkbeds were the highlight of the stay. The owner and host was very accessible. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Not a great experience.

This experience was a hassle from the beginning. When we arrived the housekeeper was still there cleaning and we had to wait a half hour past our check in time to get into the house. While checking out the rooms, I discovered a very large cockroach on the wall near the ceiling. When I notified the owner, she denied there ever being any in the house and insisted I was the first in two years to make a report of any. I found 5 in total. The 4th bedroom isn’t really a bedroom, it’s a walkway between the 2 other guest bedrooms leading to a Jack and Jill bathroom, leaving no privacy or convenience for those occupants. The first night, the house was very hot and I adjusted the thermostat to our desired temperature, only for the owner to remotely adjust it back to her preferred setting. When confronted about the adjustment, she did a google search of what is a comfortable temp for Florida, and emailed me the screenshot. She wanted me to leave the temp at 74° the entire stay. I disagreed with her, and informed her that was not comfortable for my family and I. Her response was that she was in Europe, and it was 430am where she was, chastising me for keeping her awake with my concerns. She accused me of freezing up the ac unit, and had a tech come on our last day (finally), and he determined it was a system failure from a faulty door sensor. She was unpleasant and aggressive in her communications with me, and caused me a great deal of stress during my stay. Won’t return.

Always amazing

This is my second time staying at this house and it never fails. The host is always available and attentive the house is everything!!!! All the needs for beach, pool, relaxing, cooking are provided. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away but close enough to enjoy the beach. The car ride to Destin for your adventures is short. Restaurants grocery stores are less than 5 minutes away. I visit this area twice a year at least this is now going to be my first pick to stay at every time!!!

Absolutely Wonderful!

I must say that I rarely write reviews, however the wonderful experience at this fabulous home compelled me to do so. Firstly, the booking process was a breeze, and the communication with Isabella was seamless and almost felt like in real time, quickly answering any questions I had regarding the home and the booking process. The home, well, summed up in just one word...Fantastic! We loved everything about it from the quiet neighborhood it sits in, to the Luxurious modern design and decor, which looks even better than the pics captured. The home was immaculately kept and you will know you made the right choice as soon as you pull into the driveway. I can go on and on about all the house offers, but the highlights for us were: the modern glass design that illuminates the interior with natural light and provides a great view of the surroundings, luxurious stone kitchen countertop, beautiful light fixtures and chandeliers throughout the house, an owners bedroom and en suite bathroom with rainfall shower head and a free standing tub, an amazing heated pool with color changing lights... Bottom line, you won't be disappointed, especially since the house is also conveniently located close to the beach and only a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. We can't wait to return!
