Perfect weather, perfect beach and perfect villa. The locations is great, right next to the pool and the access to the beach is just a few steps. The Villa is just beautiful and has everything in the kitchen you could possibly need. The location is within walking distance to Gulf Place. We would stay here again for sure!!!!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Blanca 30A! The home is beautifully designed and decorated . Spotless and filled with light.The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the private beach and even closer to the community pool with cabanas and plenty of seating. The gated community felt very safe and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway.We especially loved the winding staircase and open layout, which gave the home such a unique charm. Everything we needed for a luxurious and stress-free vacation was provided.Mary is an amazing host—helpful, welcoming, and quick to respond, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend Villa Blanca 30A—we can’t wait to come back!

I took my wife and 3 young adult children to Villa Blanca and we had the best time. On the way home we all talked about what a great vacation we just had. The Villa was beautiful and very clean. We did not cook much other than breakfast, but the kitchen had everything you could need and more. Everything you could need for the beach was in the garage. The beautiful pool is right across the drive way and there is a convenience store just across 30A. The beach was 50 yards away and they had chairs and an umbrella set up for us each day. The beach was beautifu! The restaurants were easy to get to and the people we interacted with were awesome. If you get to the restaurants before 6:00 you will likely not have much of a wait depending on how many people you have. We loved riding the bikes at the villa too. So much fun. Mary was great and honestly we really didn’t need to contact her because everything was perfect and we had no problems. We looking forward to coming back to villa blanca. TC

Beyond pleased

Even before arrival, communication with the host was easy and accommodating. The unit is lovely and is even better in person than the pictures. Our family had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. The access to the beach and pool was so close. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful House

Our family of 9 stayed a week at the property and it was amazing! The house is beautiful, just as described, and the location was absolutely perfect! What a luxury to be able to walk the short distance to the beach and have 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for you. The private beach for the neighborhood was a huge plus. We’ve never stayed so close to the beach and we definitely got spoiled. Mary was wonderful to work with. She called before our stay to make sure we knew all the ins and outs, and the one time I needed to message her during our stay she answered right away. Our family has already decided this is our vacation spot from now on. Thank you, Mary for everything and for such an incredible stay!

Wonderful Beach House!

Our recent stay at Villa Blanca was our favorite beach vacation of all times. The house was perfect for our family and communication with the manager couldn't have been easier. We would all recommend this home for future beach vacations!

Luxury living in Santa Rosa

Excellent host, property, location etc. We had perfect weather the entire time and the Villa was fantastic. The pool is maybe 30 steps away and the Ocean just a few more. The host had beach chairs, umbrellas, 5 bikes, floats and a paddle board. Two bedrooms on the ground floor, 1 King the other 4 bunk beds both with private baths. The main floor was a king with private bath and shower, and the upper floor a King with private bath. The kitchen and family room are open to each other and a large screened in porch was off the back. Gourmet style kitchen with everything you need. The complex is very private with no crowds as well as the beach. It was a perfect week with the family and I would return in a heartbeat. The only negative I can think of is parking is very tight if you have a larger vehicle, otherwise it accommodates 3 mid size vehicles no problem. I just had a few extra turns having a large truck.

Heaven on earth

The 10 of us loved our stay and the beautiful accommodations! The stairs were easy to use which is a huge plus! The beach and pool are literally steps away. Even with the beach closed for swimming we had plenty to do to entertain ourselves. Thank you we will book again!

Perfect for our family

This was our 4th time to stay on 30A and it was the best experience yet, thanks in large part to Mary's beautiful home. Because the private beach was so quickly and easily accessible, we spent much more time there, which our grandchildren loved. Pool was also very close, large, and clean, with plenty of shady areas for parents and grandparents to sit and watch. The home was extremely well equipped in the kitchen and in terms of beach and pool toys. Once we figured out how the AC was zoned, we had no trouble keeping all rooms in the house comfortable day and night. The screened-in deck had plenty of comfortable seating and became a favorite gathering place. The western end of 30A is quiet and peaceful with much less traffic than around Seaside, and lots of interesting areas to explore on foot and bicycle. Mary was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process, which contributed to our positive experience and peace of mind. In short, Villa Blanca was a beautiful, clean, comfortable, peaceful, well-equipped, perfectly-situated place for us to call home while we enjoyed a wonderful week of family time together.

Beautiful & Relaxing!

To start, Mary was an awesome host! She was readily available for any questions we had & helped us out a lot as far as recommending restaurants and activites in the area. The property was absolutely beautiful & peaceful. The house had everything we needed from linens, kitchen supplies, beach chairs/umbrellas/noodles, etc. Plenty of everything! There were 6 of us and we were never lacking on anything. The pool was just a few steps from the house. We pretty much had it to ourselves most of the time! The beach access was also just steps away. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves as well. It was amazing. Peaceful, great views, and very convenient. There were plenty of great shops and restaurants just minutes from the house. You could walk if you wanted to! The community was very friendly and quiet. We would love to go back and hope we get that opportunity one day! Thank you for an amazing experience, Mary!

Summer Vacation at the beach

The property was very well located next to the beach and was a few minute's walking distance. The pool was small. The property was nicely arranged and had many amenities, including a Keurig and a flat cooktop. Every part of the property is keyless, making It easy to get in and out. The AC unit is a little hard to manage because there are several different thermostats and the high ceilings in the family room make it hard to cool the room. The manager was quick to respond to the few issues that we had. The cleaning service before us did not clean well, leaving shards of glass in the crevices of the floor. Our son cut himself on it, and we notified the manager to ensure they cleaned it well after we left. The renting of the beach chairs is easy and is a wonderful service.

Wonderful trip with my family

We had such a wonderful time here! Our home for the week for my family of nine was beautiful, immaculate and located in such a perfect location. Having both the incredible beach and the pool just steps away made for such easy access multiple times a day for us. Our kitchen was very well stocked, the bedrooms were wonderful and the screened-in sunroom was perfect for just relaxing. It's an incredibly beautiful, beach themed home. My time here with my family - priceless! We hope to return.

Loved our time at Vizcaya

The home was beautiful and well decorated. Loved all the beach chairs they had there for our use along with the two set up each day on the beach. We rented an additional four chairs as well. The gentleman at the rental place wasn’t very friendly but the kids setting up the chairs were great. I liked that it was close to the pool and beach access; and LOVED it was a private beach. The view of the water was a bit disappointing from the house. I was expecting to be able to see more of it from the patio. All in all it was a great place with plenty of room. Communication from the owner was fantastic as well. Thanks for sharing your place with us.
