The pool was nice. The house is worn and tired. The mattresses are thin & have springs. The pots & pan cabinets were unorganized & old stained pans. The a/c worked wonderfully. The house is great for big families that aren’t too concerned with clean & orderly! Short walk to the beautiful beach. The rental agency was fabulous.

This is one of the very best stays I have ever had- the experience from beginning to end, everything was perfect. The location is excellent, peaceful , clean , excellently apportioned. One of the most comfortable properties I have experienced and cannot wait to go back - restaurants and local attractions very walkable. Absolutely love the house pool 10/10

This property was perfect for us. Annalisa was great to work with and always quick to respond. You can tell they are putting a lot of energy and effort into updating the home. There was plenty of space and options so everyone in the family could do their thing. The kitchen is a little small, but was very well equipped including containers for left overs and food prepping. The convenience to the beach is a huge decision maker for us as we like to come and go all day and this house allows for that. Everything was well maintained and we would/will definitely stay here again!

Great Place

The house was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for us all. The pool and outdoor seating was very nice. We had questions regarding trash and received a quick response.It was an easy and close walk to the beach as described. One negative was the public beach area was small and had limited space, therefore it was very crowded. Make sure guests are familiar with the Walton County beach guidelines.Overall it was great trip!!

The property was exactly as described and the location was incredible! A couple minutes’ walk to the beach and a couple minutes to a grocery store, restaurant and bike rentals. The pool was very well maintained and warm. Beach toys and chairs available. Nice grill. Comfortable seating around the pool. As mentioned in the description, the toiletries and supplies (paper towels and TP) were just the minimum amount. There was also a slight damp odor in a few of the bedrooms, but we remedied it by opening the windows for a little while. Overall the house is very nice and I would recommend it.

Great house, close to the beach!

This house was beautiful and spacious. Such a great layout. It was extremely clean when we arrived. Towels and bedding/pillows were great quality. Loved the new deck addition by the pool. Loved how close it was to the beach. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return!

Great family week

This was a family gathering of our 3 daughters, 2 SIL's, and 4 grands who live in MA, AL, TX so it's hard to get together most times with school schedules etc. This was spring break for MA as we would normally do a beach vacay a little later in the year for warmer water.This house worked great for us as everyone was able to have their own bath. The house is decorated very nicely and the baby gates, high chair and pack n play were great. Most of the bedrooms were a good size as well as the baths. The kitchen is a little small but very well stocked with lots of pots and pans, cooking equipment and the new grill is great near the pool. We didn't have any luck getting the countertop ice maker to work but there was some from the 2 refrigerators (and we bought some). The wagon was great for taking chairs and sand toys to/from the beach which is a pretty short walk. We loved that there were bathrooms, a pavilliion with picnic tables, showers, bike racks and a water dispenser like you find in the airports! The beach is beautiful, clear water and waves good enough for some boogie boarding (which we purchased).

Amazing vacation

The house was great for our family of 5 adults and 4 children under 5 years old. It is a very short walk to the beach access walkway. The pool was wonderful! The property manager was quick to respond to our questions. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. We had a wonderful stay!

Fall Break 2024

Great house and location. Short walk to the beach. We loved being close to Goatfeathers and the heated pool was wonderful. Only complaint is the kitchen is small and we do a lot of cooking, but we managed :) We hope to return in the future.

A wonderful home for making special memories

This was our second vacation at this lovely home, and it was as special as the first. The house was perfect for our needs, very clean, well stocked with tons of pans and dishes, comfy beds, nice sheets and towels, and even baby gates upon our request. Our favorite parts were the wonderful heated pool and the short walk to the beautiful beach. Communication with the kind host was easy and she responded immediately. We hope to return again the next time we manage to get the whole family together.

Absolutely beautiful and awesome house with easy beach access just steps away

My family and I (8 adults and 4 children ranging from 16 to 3) stayed in this beautiful home July 8th thru July 15th. We had an absolutely awesome and fun time the whole week. Plenty of room for everyone, we especially enjoyed the second floor living room where we all hung out and enjoyed each others company. Very clean home with a 3 minute walk to the beautiful white sandy beach. Easy communication with the management group and very quick responses. This house comes with its own heated pool and we all enjoyed it tremendously. I would and will stay in this house everytime i go to Santa Rosa Beach. Love love love. 5 stars.

Great Family Vacation

My wife and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary with our 3 children, their spouses and our 7 grandchildren ranging in ages 3 to 11. The space was great with plenty of sleeping, all of which we did not use or need, more than adequate bathroom facilities and plenty of community space for shared family and meal time. The house is well furnished and the outdoor space by the private pool also had more than adequate leisure space, a large natural gas grill and a dining table and a variety of chairs from dining to lounging. The multiple balconies provided private space as well if needed. Location to the public beach was well within walking distance and the beach chairs, though some more worn than others were plentiful along with some beach toys and a wagon. There were a few very minor annoyances which were communicated and addressed quickly. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Cousin’s Trip

The location is perfect! The stairs was a little to much for the older members of the family. I wish we were notified of the broken beach chairs and bikes before hand. Overall I would definitely book this home again. ☺️

Perfect for our family vacation

We had plenty of room & privacy for 8 adults & 2 children. The location was just a short distance to the beach. The heated pool was great for a break from the beach. The manager was quick to help when we had a few issues. I can't wait to book this house again.

Big house, great for friends and family!

overall, a wonderful experience. the house comfortably fit our large group. adequate kitchen (2 people at a time), adequate pool. early check in was very much appreciated!!! VERY easy beach access, 4 minute walk but you can see and smell it the whole way. no large roads to cross. our kids could do this on their own without any problem. easy checkout. Overall, we would stay here again!

Great Vacation!

This was a perfect property to stay in for my family and extended family! We had 13 people total and it was plenty of space for everyone. Great pool, great location, absolutely nothing to complain about. The check in process was super easy and all questions we had were answered very promptly and accurately. The kids all said this was their favorite vacation we've been on so we will definitely be back! We can't recommend this place enough!
