I gave the beachfront three stars because it is not really beach front. The beach access was great after a short walk. We would love to stay there again! We have been staying on 30A for 20 plus years and this was one of our favorites.

Excellent Vacation! We will be back!

We have stayed here before and at different properties in the same area! This condo was terrific! The decor was fresh and the condo well cared for. Things like soap and toilet paper had an ample supply for our stay! We needed help logging into the internet and scheduling our tennis court and the property manager was very helpful and took care of us right away! We have loved this place before and we still do! What a treasure!

Perfect vacay

We used this home for our son’s birthday and college graduation get away with his friends. It was perfect with several beds and plenty of room to spread out. Big kitchen and quick walk to the private beach. Perfect long weekend. Snafu with checkin due to VRBO, but the host was very attentive and communicative.

Wonderful stay for family of 9

The condo was outstanding and met all of our needs: spacious, well furnished, and great location for pool/beach/restaurants/shops. 5 stars all around! Some information for future renters: For us, the automatic ice maker couldn't keep up with our consumption so we also used the provided ice trays and bought a bag of ice to help with supply. The pool water is a bit warmer than desired, but we still enjoyed it. The private beach gates are a 5 min walk and easy to get to, but the stairs and sand made it difficult to take/pull a beach wagon. Thank you for the provided beach chairs and boogie boards! Santa Rosa Beach didn't seem to have the same beach warnings that other beaches in the panhandle did so that was nice. Highly recommend this property!

Girls trip

We stayed in this area for the first time. We usually stay in Seagrove, this area was a wonderful surprise. Great beach access three pools and restaurants in walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay!! Communication could not have been better. Never had anyone respond that quickly.

Best vacation ever

Amazing property and location. The beach access was terrific and very private. It was our best trip yet and we were even able to stay an extra night. Everything was great. The property manager was simply the best. We highly recommend!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay, we had 4 adults and 7 kids ages 4-11 and the amenities were great. Large family room and dining table for big dinners and room for playing games/building puzzles for rainy days. Only complaints are that there were only 2 pools, 3rd was under repairs; and they turned the pool heat off May 1, subsequently it was too cold for our kids to swim in the 70 degree weather, so that was a bummer. But we still had a fabulous time, beautiful beach, lovely walkable area to restaurants

Great golf place rental

Over 10 years experience incoming to the Gulf Place area, and this rental did not disappoint. It had everything we needed for a group of seven grandmas. There are great restaurants, walk ability, and beach access. What else could we need except more bathrooms? Just joking.

Maybe Keep Looking...

The location of this property is amazing and Gulf Place is such a great area. However, if you're looking to be well cared for with all the things you'd need for a Florida Vacation, this particular condo isn't the place. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools but that's pretty much the highlight. There were 3 trash bags for the week, 1 kitchen towel, and 4 dishwasher packets. We ate every meal at the condo and had to buy more of all the basic supplies. The ice maker didn't dispense the ice and it took us 2 days to determine that you had to press "turbo cool" on the fridge settings to get it to cool. There were 2 spare toilet paper rolls for the week for 11 people and the toilet paper roll holder in the master bathroom was broken. The extra beach chairs were completely rusted and broken, the inflatables have a hole. The beach cart was usable but the wheels don't want to go the way you want. The trash was overflowing in the back when we got there but maybe someone else takes the rear can out? We ended up dumping it ourselves. The screens are torn and hanging on the screened porch and the mechanism to quietly close the screen door is broken so the door just slams shut. The BBQ grill doesn't work so burger night was more challenging than it needed to be. The washer has to run twice because it doesn't spin out. The dryer takes quite a while to dry and the ironing board cover has no padding and is ripped and hanging off. 3 pods were left for laundry detergent. There are not enough pillows/blankets for the extra pull out beds so we had to buy those from walmart. There is a hose that lays across the front patio that had no pressure and the spigot was broken so we pried it off and fixed it so we could hose the sand off the front and driveway. The towels were the smallest cheapest ones I've ever seen. We usually clean up everything and have all the dishes done when we leave, but the lack of trash bags and supplies made it difficult. The wine and pringles were a nice touch at check-in and the beds were comfortable! Otherwise it fell short of what we were looking for.

Location! We fell in love with Santa Rosa Beach and it spawned a real estate search. We’ll be back!

Rental pathway was easy and Zach was always quick to respond to text or a call. Our stay was stress free because of this.

Season 4 Family Vacay

We had a great time during our stay, there were a few bumps in the road. The listing stated there was a high chair--there was not! The home was clean and spacious. Will definitely keep on our list of places to visit again.

Can't Beat the Location!

This was our second year staying at Kokoma on 30A. The location is incredible - walking distance to pool, beach, restaurants, and shops. We only used our car to go to the grocery store. The townhome is extremely spacious, clean, quiet, and well-stocked with basic items for all week (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, etc.) Unfortunately the price is drastically jumping next year so we had to find another unit. We'll miss Kokoma on 30A!
