Awesome family vacation

The property had everything needed for a memorial family vacation. The big pool was definitely a big hit for the grandkids! Getting around on the bikes and golf cart just added to the whole experience.

Great location

Great location and the house accommodates large family groups. The couch in the gathering space was not adequate as it was not comfortable and not welcoming for family gatherings. The couch was worn down to springs and covered by What would you call those things that were covering it covered by pads. The property needs a lot of minor repair, including broken window blinds and cabinet doors that remain open. The refrigerator door hinge also was broken, which allowed the door to swing wide open into the adjoining cabinet. The property managers were very responsive and were able to quickly respond to flat tires on bicycles and the light in the swimming pool which continue to float out of its socket. The kitchen was not very well organized and seem to be furnished with odds and ends. There was plenty of dishwasher detergent. The swimming pool, grill, and fire pit were all well-maintained and provided great outdoor fun. The location is very convenient to the ocean and the ice cream store. I would recommend this property due to the location and the number of bedrooms to accommodate multiple family groups. The home just needs some extra loving and care.

Good but people showed up every day of our stay

The house was in a very nice area and was overall very clean. There were a few broken chairs on the patios that were not usable and a dirty cleaning rag left in one of the showers. The strangest part of the stay was that someone showed up unannounced daily. The first day it was a guy to clean the pool and then the pool could not be used for 30 minutes after he left. The second day another guy showed up mid-day to check something. On the last day, the owners showed up unannounced and looked around. We paid to rent the house and did not have complete privacy on any of the days we were there. Overall, the house was nice but boundaries need to be set with the owners/manager of the property.

Great stay at a great location!!

We loved the location of this property!! Easy walk to the beach, Blue Mountain Bakery, Cowgirl Kitchen (which we loved!), and a cute beach shop! The house was clean and a great size for our group of 12! It could have been a bit better stocked (more plastic kitchen items for use by pool, etc) but overall had what we needed. There were some issues with the pool and fire pit, but these were very quickly addressed by Eileen, the property manager, who was incredibly responsive! It would be nice if beach and house towels could be coordinated/managed so guests don’t have to worry about washing, but this wasn’t a big deal. Also, the cleaning service arrived during our stay to drop off linens and towels for the next guests, which was a bit disruptive to our trip. It would be better if the company waited until our departure. Overall though, it was a beautiful home and we had the best time! Will definitely consider staying here again!!

Loved Blue Mountain Beach!

House was great with lots bedrooms and house very clean! A few issues we had were resolved promptly by property manager! Suggestions: need to provide more dish towels, fly swatter, and a rug where walk in house. Only disappointment was the landscaping around the pool, and the hot tub. A lot of large weeds in between the bricks around the pool that my husband had to pull and a lot of weeds in pine mulch. Looks like it hasn’t been touched in months. The hot tub was not working as it would leak out through a broken tile glass that actually was pretty dangerous.

Serenity at its best

We had a great time especially having all three grandchildren together for the week. Access to the beach was easy and the private pool was perfect. Plenty of room in the house for all 11 of us and the large family room / kitchen area made family time enjoyable and special. The property was clean and the property manager was available via test message.

Vacay at Serenity Now @ Blue Mountain Beach

Wow! This property was phenomenal! It met the needs of all our family ranging in age from 70 to 14 months. The pool worked out great and the Blue Mountain Creamery and Bakery were so close....as well as Red Fish Taco. The walk to the beach was quick and we had a great time staying here! We'd love to go back to this home!

Great Spring Break

Wonderful return to Santa Rosa Beach after a few years away!! Property management was very accommodating as we had a non-traditional Wednesday to Wednesday rental period. The house was awesome. Great location to food, shops and of course, the beach. Tons of room to comfortably fit two families. The outdoor pool and hard scape area is huge and everyone enjoyed our time outside. Our manager contact was super communicative and answered our every question quickly. We would definitely rent this home again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation stay.

Perfect location

Summer beach trip with friends

We had a great week in Blue Mountain with friends. We had 4 adults and 4 teens. This home is well equipped and comfortable for two families. We enjoyed the pool, fire pit, and grill on property and the game room in the garage was perfect if an afternoon rain storm popped up. The beach was an easy walk but it gets crowded so make sure you set out your chairs/umbrella early to get a spot for the day. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance which we enjoyed. It was a wonderful trip.

Spacious home and quick walk to the beach!

Had a great time in 30a! This beautiful home made our experience extra special. The walk to beach is very quick, under 7 minutes, and is super convenient to the Ice Cream, and morning coffee and donut spot. Several Restaurants are walking distance and arranging chairs and umbrella's on the beach was super simple. The kitchen had everything we needed and the pool, fire pit, and grill were awesome!! We will be back!!!
