Super cute beach home in the heart of Seagrove. Perfect spot for a weekend getaway. It is a short walk to the beach and a short walk to several new restaurants on 30A, along with being close to both Seasode & Rosemary.Our host, Andrew, was a delight from start to finish, ensuring our stay was up to his standards. Don’t let this fun little home pass you by!

Great location , shops and restaurants within minutes of walking. Home very comfortable and clean! Home owner very accommodating and nice to work with! Communication was great! We loved how quiet the area was . Close access to the beach! We LOVED our stay! Would definitely return!

What a wonderful beach cottage! Our two boys loved the pool and hot tub. The bungalow was clean and had everything we needed. Beds are large and comfy. The public beach access was a bit of a hike, but the ease of having a pool in our backyard made up for it! There’s some great new shops and restaurants close by too. We would certainly stay here again!!

Adorable beach bungalow

Everything about this property was perfect! From the host being accommodating and attentive, to the cleanliness and organization, beautiful pool and cute screened in porch, we could not have asked for a better stay! We plan to return soon!

Great Location

We booked very last minute after changing destinations and found this little bungalow for the holiday weekend. The location was nice and our kids insisted on having a pool. The host was great about communicating. Our only issue was that the place is pet friendly and guests that stayed before us must have had a dog that shed a lot and the cleaning crew didn't do their job well.

Amazing!

We truly had a wonderful time! Andrew was so easy to work with and so quick to answer any of our questions. The house is so much better than the pictures and description! It was perfect for our family of four! The weather was great, but still a little chilly for swimming. We paid extra to have the pool heated…it’s a must this time of year! We spent so much time in the pool! The location is closer to the beach than we thought, too! We rode bikes to everything, never drove the car to get anywhere. We will definitely return soon!

Great Fall Break

We really enjoyed our time at this house. Andrew was very responsive with the booking process and throughout our stay as needed. The location to surrounding amenities and the beach was great. We were able to bike to shopping and restaurants with ease. My kids especially loved the heated pool and hot tub which was perfect for cool October nights. Thanks for a great stay.

Close to nature...and close to the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seagrove Bungalow. Andrew was fantastic to work with! There were a couple of issues that we had which were addressed early on and taken care of almost immediately. There was an 8-point buck that hung around near the house early in the week. You don't see that very often when you go to the beach!! Speaking of the beach, it was just a few steps away from the house with two accesses close by. There were a number of really good restaurants in the area as well. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed exploring the neighborhoods and the other beaches located along 30A. All in all, it was a great trip! Thank you, Andrew, for being so accommodating!! We hope to return again in the future.

Amazing pool

This house was absolutely perfect for us. We were vacationing with our dogs and the fenced in yard was great. The house was very clean and updated. I can’t say enough about the pool, it’s the main reason we picked this house and it was so beautiful and the perfect size. Quiet area and close to restaurants and shops.

Lovely stay in Seagrove Beach

We had a pleasant stay in Seagrove Beach with a family member. The kitchen was very well appointed and the home had an overall cozy air. The pool and spa were new and very relaxing. A++++ rating here.

Beautiful 30A getaway!

This bungalow was perfect for my family, Really enjoyed the private pool and spa. It is a quick walk to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, and the outside areas allowed plenty of room to spread out or be together. Shops and restaurants are an easy 5 minute walk, including a great breakfast place, coffee shop and ice cream place. The place was really clean upon check-in and Andrew is a very responsive host. Cannot recommend high enough!

Don’t sleep on this little gem!

Property is immaculate and easily the best stocked property we have ever rented. It’s on the beach side of 30A with lots of restaurants within walking/biking distance. Pool is very large and the yard is lovely - dogs were living their best life. Front screened porch was a real favorite! It’s not a huge property but it’s perfect for 2-4 people and the location is excellent! Can’t say enough about Andrew - he was responsive and an excellent host! We will be back!

Beautiful Property, Quiet Street, Close to the Beach

We loved this bungalow! It was very comfortable, perfect for a small family of 3 plus our pup. The beds were very comfortable and linens were all clean. The kitchen was well stocked plus extras like an air fryer which was so nice to use!! The pool/hot tub was really nice after a day at the beach, it was quite refreshing. The street itself is in a quiet neighborhood of Seagrove which felt very private, and a 10 minute short walk to the beach access point. This home was a great rental and would definitely consider staying here again! It was so nice to rent through a property owner here on VRBO instead of a management company because the communication was excellent when we needed assistance with something and the house was stocked with supplies (cleaning, detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper) that usually doesn’t come with rentals through mgmt companies. All the extras in the house made it very convenient and definitely appreciated! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your quaint, cute bungalow!

Wonderful Getaway!

Amazing property and perfect location!

This was our favorite VRBO property ever! Communication with the host was perfect. He even alerted us of storms in the area. The property was the best stocked VRBO we’ve experienced. Located close to the beach and many shops and restaurants. Quick bike ride to Seaside. We worried we wouldn’t enjoy being outside of Seaside but we found the location perfect! We were able to experience a peaceful environment tucked right in the middle of all the action. The pool and hot tub made the experience perfect. It’s hard to please the entire family and this property was a hit with all of the teenagers and my husband. We hope to be back!
