Wonderful location and setup

We enjoyed our stay. The location is impossible to beat, the house was very spacious. You’re so close to the town Center and right next to beach access. I will say the property is heavily used/rented and that is clear in the condition of the furniture, the cabinets, etc. we felt that for the price, the property should feel high end and luxurious and impeccably clean. Upon arrival there were ants all on the kitchen counters and the floors were not clean. The furniture has lots of stains and so did the bedding. If these aspects were addressed I think this property would be well worth the price. I also feel that for the price there should be more than 3 beach towels for a house so large that sleeps 8.

Great home and location

The house was fantastic and met our needs perfectly. The location, just a few steps from the center of Seaside, was great. There were 9 of us that stayed at the house and we all had a great time. We would definitely stay again.

Best Vacation Ever

We loved every single minute of our stay here. We had never been to Seaside and we really didn't know what we were getting ourselves in to. You cannot beat this location and the house itself was just perfect. Lots of space to spread out and we loved all the outdoor patios. Highly recommend - we are going to make this a once a year vacation here :)

Perfect Seaside getaway

Even though proximate to 30a, the property was internally quiet and perfectly situated just steps from the beach as well as the center of town. Property was well done, very clean and had every amenity necessary to enjoy a beach vacation.

Fantastic Seaside home for 6 adults and up to 2 kids

Newish construction, immaculately clean and very well appointed home. My family and I would gladly rent again from Dune Vacation Rentals. This centrally located home (just a block from the town square and a few steps from the beach) has a view of the Gulf and a great rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of the rooftops of Seaside. The bedrooms are all have extremely comfortable beds and there are terraces galore. Two bedrooms have private porches, the main living space has two large porches facing the front of the house and the Gulf, and the downstairs living area has two more porches facing front and back... plus you have the rooftop terrace. The ceilings on the 2nd level are very high (14-16 feet) making the place feel even larger than it is. 7 adults never once felt crowded here and each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and servingware you will need (plus a great outdoor grill) to cook meals for a family of 8. Bluetooth enabled sound bars/sub woofers both upstairs and down allow you to keep the music flowing. The decor is contemporary, airy, and crisp and all the furniture is comfortable to lounge in for hours. Dune Vacation rentals was responsive and very helpful with the one snag we had (the bikes needed maintenance and repairs). So we just rented from the Seaside town center bike rental place and they kindly reimbursed us. We couldn't have had a better stay. Highly recommended for a family vacation.

Amazing location, paying for location not quality, AC did not work.

If you want a great location then this property is for you. You literally step out the back door and are at the entrance to the West Ruskin Pavilion. The view from the upstairs is beautiful. Because this property is rented non stop, it is very used and the wear and tear is visible especially in the kitchen. The biggest problem we had is that the AC on the second floor did not work the entire time we were there and the upstairs is where the kitchen and the master bedroom is. They had temporary units put in but they were noisy and one of them leaked and we had to keep a towel under it and replace regularly because it would be soaking wet. The property management company did try and resolve the issue while we were there and they installed a new unit but that process was inconvenient as they were at the property working in the master bedroom for about 6 hours. Even after the new unit was installed it was still warm. This is an expensive property and you are paying for location and view not quality. The pictures are deceiving.
