It was AMAZING! Great communication with both 30A escaped and the owner of the house. Parking, was awesome. You could fit around 6 cars in the driveway which is so nice. Our fridge was not getting cold, within an hour of contacting them they sent a replacement and even went out of their way to transfer our stuff from one fridge to another. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels in each room, kitchen was well stocked with stuff to use and cook in. BEST LOCATION EVER. Walking distance to ajs, walked to beach (our beach access it was so calm and not busy when we went), we walked to eat dinner at red bar! Never used our car once. Great for family or big group of friends with tons of seating in the living room and dining room as well. The only complaint which I’m still highly satisfied was the fireplace even thought we didn’t use has very old chairs which could be an easy replacement and it has a lot of trees in the bad so it can get shady a lot of your trying to tan but that’s nothing! 10/10. I will 100% be booking this place again in my future!

Loved this house! The front porch was so charming and perfect for coffee in the mornings. Ideal layout for large group with bedrooms downstairs and up (all with on-suite bathrooms). 6 bikes included was perfect! Beach access right down the street was so convenient. Had a group of college kids with us and they would hit the beach during the day and then the pool in the evening, stayed entertained all day. Great spot for your Grayton Beach vacay. Highly recommend.

Great location, lots of area for improvement otherwise

Pros: Great location (5-10 min walk to beach access). A great pool space with ample shade for littles. Well stocked kitchen with good open floor plan for families. The Christmas lights made for a great vibe at nighttime! Cons: House is 3 stories with 1 old HVAC unit. House was set to 70, but rarely cooler than 75 the entire stay due to the super high temps the week we stayed. Mice poop in cabinets and utensil drawers, HUGE dead and alive cockroaches, black scum/mold in bathrooms. Hairs from prior guests in bathrooms and on our “clean” linens upon arrival. No pantry so your groceries are taking up the whole countertop. The living room remote battery is dying and doesn’t work properly. The Dryer takes 2-3 cycles to properly dry the towels we washed. The property is very worn and needs a lot of work. I did make the Property Management Company aware of the pest control issues and they are scheduling pest control services. We had a great vacation because we refuse to let anything ruin our fun, but we would not stay here again. Would not recommend.

Family vacation!

House was fine. We did run out of hot water but we were washing towels and clothes and taking a lot of showers. Air conditioner did t cool great during the day. But beds were comfy and grandkids loved the beach and pool.

Better than the pictures!

Really wonderful stay for 6 adults and 1 2-year old. Very spacious, and everything you’d need—pictures were good, but the house is even better in person! Loved the porch! We were super happy to have the pool as backup as the beach had biting flies and jelly fish (seasonal, we just had poor timing) Others have left pool/beach toys which was great. With the toddler we had to drag a wagon, so the closest beach entrance, which has stairs, wasn’t ideal and to walk to the other two was a bit of a walk (15-20 min). The checkin/out is a bit strict (4pm/9am) although worked fine for our flights. Maybe that’s standard for the area? Amazing local food!

Great House

Location was great. Short walk to beach. House was clean and open. Beds were cozy. Enough space for our group of 9. Plenty of shade for when you want a break from the sun. The bikes that are included provided great entertainment activity. It would have been nice if the house had a broom or vacuum. Inevitably sand gets on the floor no matter how careful you are to keep it out. Reorganizing and restocking some basics (measuring cups and spoons) in the kitchen would be helpful but it’s not a dealbreaker. Fridge is small and doesn’t open fully due to the placement so it’s hard to get bigger items in and out. Once again not a deal breaker just something to be aware of. Overall, a great experience. We would rent this house again!

Highly recommend

Highly recommend staying at this property. The private pool was convenient with two small children who can’t spend all day at the beach. The property was clean and was spacious enough for each guest to have their own private room and bath. Definitely plan on staying here in the future.

Love Grayton Beach!

WONDERFUL HOUSE!

This house has everything! So many places to gather; the huge kitchen, living room area, screened in porch, and of course, around the beautiful pool. It’s beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The beach is a short distance. We rented golf carts and rode them everywhere. The property has lots of room to park. We loved everything about our stay! Thank you!
