Gigi’s

Grayton beach never disappoints and neither did Gigi’s. The house is beautiful, clean and perfect for a crowd. The location is excellent as well. The house had everything we needed and more and the owners were very attentive. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

This place was such a gem. And the owners really went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and the process was seamless. Truly the most incredible VRBO experience. Billie Jo was in communication from the time we booked 6 months prior to our stay all the way until checkout. She is a super star host in every sense… she made sure the house was perfect for our group of 10 and also helped us plan our entire weekend. We had the most incredible experience in 30A at the house and outside of it all thanks to Billie Jo!

A Beautiful Week

The property is well located right off 30 A. There is ample parking and we loved the open space of the den and kitchen. The kitchen was well supplied and our two grandchildren enjoyed the pool. The children enjoyed the queen sized bunk beds and our beds were very comfortable. The children also enjoyed the games and the upstairs den. Our host was extremely helpful and gave good suggestions of restaurants and things to make our vacation enjoyable.

Bachelorette getaway

We had the most incredible weekend in Gigi's Beach House celebrating my sister for her upcoming wedding! Billie Jo, the owner of the home, was so open with communication and so extremely helpful. Beach access was open to everyone, unlike many places down on 30a. We were walking distance to pretty much everything we wanted to do and a quick drive to Seaside for dinner. Towels, beach towels and everything needed for the beach was provided which made packing for a weekend such a breeze. Absolutely will be returning to Gigi's Beach House in the future!

Gigi's Beach House was perfect for our group during spring break. Amazing location and beautiful, well-stocked house. I'm glad we had the pool heated as it was still a little cool in early April. We would definitely stay again.

Bachelorette Weekend

The backyard was a great place to hang out. They loved the heated pool. The space was perfect for the bride and her 10 friends. The house had everything they needed. They love how walkable everything was. The weather cooperated too which made it even nicer.

Girls Weekend Getaway

This house was perfect for our girls weekend. It's very centrally located in Grayton Beach. It's a short walk to restaurants and the beach! The pool was nice when it was too cold to go to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable! Couldn't recommend this house more!

Birthday weekend!

A group of 9 of us stayed at the house for a 30th birthday weekend trip. The house was immaculate and a beautiful home. The owner was amazing and was on top of the whole process. Our favorite aspect of the trip was the location of the home close to nightlife, shopping and restaurants. Overall a great experience!

This home housed the bride and her family. It was easy to spread out and very accommodating. It has all the amenities you would want or need plus some. We were at a short walking distance to 30A where the Gardens of Monet Monet (wedding venue) was located.

Wonderful Stay in Grayton!

We spent a long weekend here celebrating a friends upcoming wedding! Perfect for our needs. Location is amazing! The house is well stoked with beach toys, towels, chairs and toys. Would be great with kids! Beds comfortable and washer and dryer great!

Will definitely be back to Gigis beach house!

Gigis beach house was our favorite accommodations on 30A so far, and we have been visiting the area for 20+ years! We loved the location and the floor plan of the house the most! We loved hanging out at the beach and then enjoying the backyard/pool in the afternoons. We made special memories with our young boys and both sets of grandparents. The owner was amazing and quick to text back if we have ever had any questions/issues. We can’t wait to visit again!!!!

Wonderful home! Excellent experience!

This house is extremely clean and comfortable. We had two families, and this house was perfect for our group. The kids loved the upstairs area where they could play video games and watch tv together. The living area is a great size for a larger group, and the kitchen had everything we needed! We would absolutely stay here again!

Relaxing, comfortable, and fun!

Our family had a great stay at Gigi’s Beach House! The house is very comfortable with a great floor plan. Enough square footage to spread out. We enjoyed the porches and open floor plan. The property is located on the Main Street, which makes it easy to navigate, however we also felt it was quite private. Fun beach experience to ride bikes and golf carts around, the kids loved it. Property is in a great location, wonderful neighborhood, with ease of access to everything you need. Property owner was very professional, and helpful during our stay. Thank you for the great stay and being a wonderful host! We look forward to our next stay!

Wonderful week in at Gigi’s beach house!

Our stay at Gigi’s beach house exceeded our expectations! Such a great setup for families. The home is beautiful, clean and well stocked with anything you might need for cooking, cleaning or beaching. The location was also great being walking distance to the beach and some restaurants and bars. The host was super helpful and accommodating as well. Thanks for a wonderful stay in grayton beach!

Great Vacation!

This is a great house in Grayton Beach. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. They are easy to contact and will contact you to make sure everything is going well. One of the best experiences I have had in the 25 years I have been bringing my family to the 30A area.

Absolute perfection

Gigis far exceeded our expectations, and the pictures do not do it justice. The hosts thought of every convenience. We loved having bikes to scoot around Grayton, and our large family appreciated all the conveniences for the baby in our party, including a stroller and baby gate, and our preteens loved the x-box!! The house and pool were so perfect and were a perfect resting spot after long beach days. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with spices and all the tools we needed to make many meals at home. We will absolutely book Gigis again. Thank you for being the dreamiest spot for our annual family vacation!
