Beautiful home with perfect location

I took my daughter and a few friends down to the beach to celebrate her 16th birthday. This home is just the perfect choice for us and we had a fabulous time. The home provides a golf cart and four bicycles. The location of the home is one minute golf cart ride to the beach access and it’s located in a beautiful gated community. We could not have asked for a better property to celebrate this special occasion. Will stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The house was in a quiet, secluded neighborhood. The house was very inviting and relaxing!!! Everything from the booking to check out was a breeze. Communication was quick and concise. The house was well furnished for all our needs. It was a short walk to beach access. The golf cart made it easy to transport beach accessories and was nice to drive it to nearby locations for shopping, etc. We absolutely recommend this listing and hope to be back in the future.

Perfect and Private!

My family absolutely loved it here! The house was even better than the pictures! We all enjoyed using the cart to go everywhere around town, and my husband and I loved riding bikes around as well! This was the perfect place for our family vacation!

It was perfect!

Everything was perfect! The communication with the host and FunVacay was a little confusing. I had to keep going back and forth between the VRBO app and my emails to find all the information I needed. But besides for that, we had the best trip!

Convenient/clean/charming neighborhood

Great home located, conveniently near the beach, tucked away in a beautiful small gated neighborhood. perfect size for seven of us,Two adults five kids. having access to the bikes, made it easy for the kids to get around and having the golf cart was great with Publix two blocks away. only small issue I had was not being able to work master bedroom TV, couldn’t figure out a signal issue.

Spring break.

Clean, beautiful property in gated community just 10 min walk from the beach. Easy check in, great kitchen and everything you need to cook. Golf cart was in the driveway waiting along with 4 bikes. Close to the strip but far enough away to enjoy peaceful evenings on the fully screened in porches. 5 stars all around.

Beautiful Vaca Home

Pleasantly tucked back in a nice quiet neighborhood, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, very clean. Very nice staff ! Bike ride to the beach is about 8 minutes. Everything you need is provided in the house and kitchen. A major drawback for us was that the AC could not be turned below 70 which kept it a little warm in the house, you could turn it down to 68 but the sign says you will be CHARGED for it. It was a little warm at night as we like to sleep with it cool at night The only thing they we missed in the kitchen were spices of any sort, no S&P.

Awesome house and location!

Perfect house for a family and kids. Cute quiet neighborhood with easy quick access to Seaside and the beach. Beautiful cozy house with trees out every window. We’ll be back for sure!

Great spot and price, few complaints

Loved our stay here!! There’s a decent walk to the beach but it’s totally manageable. The house was very clean and spacious for our group. The only downsides (1) The WiFi went out after a storm and we were not able to turn it back on (2) the lint screen in the dryer doesn’t fit correctly and snags clothing. (3) the check in and checkout times are not flexible. (4) the patio furniture upstairs is pretty dirty. It may be nice to have a storage bin for the cushions so they don’t hold as much pollen. The property management team is very responsive but due to the nature of thee first two issues, we didn’t really reach a solution. Hopefully the dryer issue is fixed for future guests since we have some damaged clothing.

Adorable and Cozy House

We loved the house and the location. The bikes were really lovely, and we enjoyed exploring the area. The house was clean and decorated so nicely. We only had a few hiccups; one was not having any pillowcases on the pillows or any extra to put on. Obviously, the cleaning staff did not put these on any of the beds or leave an extra set. We called, and they were delivered the following day. We were also evacuated from the house for a full day, 10-5:00 p.m., due to a house fire in the neighborhood. It was a cold day, so not a good day to try to pass the time out of the house (temp 32 degrees). Overall the house was lovely, and we would return to this cozy, cute house for another getaway and recommend to others
