June birthday trip

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Location was amazing. Amenities in watercolor made everything so easy. The kids loved the beach and chilling in the house. We let our 12 yr old son take the carriage house and pretend it was his apartment. He made himself breakfast every morning and went to bed on his own. The golf cart was awesome to get around WC. The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family. We will be back!

Wonderful Stay with only one negative

Wonderful house, spacious, super clean, fully stocked, great for families. Property management was wonderful and handled everything in a timely manner. Only one negative was there was an awful smell that permeated through our week long stay. Something wrong with sewer. Heavy smell next to the garage. The smell would get so bad you couldn’t be on the driveway or the covered porch. Management was super responsive and tried to mask the smell with air fresheners but it barely made a dent in the awful smell. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if it wasn’t for the smell. House is so great I would still probably stay there again

The home property was amazing! The WaterColor Community Beach Club pools and beach property is wonderful! The home has a large Ice Maker in the garage which really came in handy.

Great trip

Great trip. Only concerns, limited towels, limited flatware and the marina pool had more broken chairs vs available chairs. Talked to watercolor security, they recommended we speak to HOA.

Fall Break In WaterColor

The house was perfect for our family & friends of 8. The golf cart was the perfect addition, and the sunroom was an amazing place to enjoy the evenings. The location was so convenient. We would recommend staying here again.

Great place!

This house was exactly what it looked like from the photos- amazing!! It was very clean and spacious- we particularly loved the screened in porch with the outdoor kitchen. We would LOVE to come back again sometime!

Great vacation and lovely house!

We had the best time and really enjoyed our stay! The house is so convenient to Camp Watercolor and to Publix. And, the golf cart made trips to the beach or to dinner so easy!

Watercolor = Utopia

Watercolor is a wonderful place. It doesn't seem like it could be real. Everything about this home was wonderful- location, cleanliness, check-in, check-out. Very close to Camp Watercolor. We really enjoyed riding our bikes and the golf cart all around. This house is great if traveling with parents/grandparents as they can have their own space. I would highly recommend this house.

Throughly enjoyed our stay- the property was clean, perfect location and plenty of space for everyone to hang out in. Loved the patios. Lots of fun driving around the neighborhood on the golf cart and close to the pools.

Would certainly rent this house again!

This is a great house, well located within Watercolor and has great "extras". The only glitch was that the garage code was not included in the welcome email, which is the only way to access the house upon arrival. However, when I called the Operator at Dune Rental, she was very apologetic and helpful. She was actually on her way home and pulled her car over to look up the code and stayed on the phone with me until I confirmed that we could access the house. That was very minor and the rental agency said that they would revise the welcome email and I don't want this to sound like I'm complaining because everything was great after that. Some of the things that set the house apart is that it comes with a 6-person golf cart, 4 bikes and an ice maker. I knew about the golf card and bikes when I reserved the house but didn't pay attention about there being an ice maker which, as anyone who spends time at the beach knows, is a life saver! The house is well located in that it is about a block and a half away from Camp Watercolor, a 3-minute golf cart ride to Publix and a 5-minute golf cart ride to The Beach Club. We used the big gas grill almost every night and the operating instructions were conveniently located next to the grill and very helpful. Although we brought our own beach chairs and towels, there were 4 chairs and several beach towels included. Also, the front porch is wide with a great swing and several chairs to enjoy some coffee in the early morning. We will definitely consider renting this house when we come back!

Great house, has everything you’ll need.

We loved our stay in this house. It was equipped with everything we needed for the kitchen, plus the golf cart is a must have in Watercolor. It’s close to the basketball court and lazy river, which our boys used often. Note that one bedroom is above the garage and has a separate entrance from the main house. That was totally fine for our teenager, but not sure it’s as good of an option for a younger child. Property manager communication was excellent too.

Spring Break 2022

Great house, exactly what we expected. Very close to Camp Watercolor. Outdoor grilling area and porch were great for evening cookouts. Front porch was great for morning coffee. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. Really just a great home to stay in. Somewhat busy on the front being on Western Lake Drive but the back deck was quiet and we didn’t hear anything at night. My mother in law stayed in the cottage and it was its own apartment. She enjoyed having her privacy.

Mini family reunion

We chose Watercolor area to rendezvous with some of our family! The house was perfect for all of us: spacious and comfortable. House was very clean. Having access to golf cart and bikes added to our relaxation! A great way to travel to resort and nearby restaurants and grocery store.

Great Watercolor Stay

This house is wonderful. Very comfortable and clean. The rugs needs to be replaced and a booklet of how the house works would be very handy. The location was perfect and loved having the little park across the street. Will def rent again.

Loved this neighborhood!

The house was so beautiful and thoughtfully planned with several different “living spaces” so your family doesn’t have to be right on top of each other. The decor was beautiful and the golf cart was such a bonus! The only negative was the WiFi was truly not functional so getting work done from home was a bit of an issue. The bikes were great too! We loved watercolor and you won’t regret staying here if you have a larger group

Fabulous stay

Everything we needed was provided at this home .. the golf cart, bikes, ice machine, extra beach chairs, and outdoor spaces were a big plus ! The home is very comfortable and up to date furnishings. Perfect location and we plan to stay here again.. 1302 Western Lake for the WIN !
