This cottage was so nice. We absolutely loved it for our family vacation. The location is amazing. The beautiful community pool was a 1 minute walk away. The beach was beautiful and the golf cart made it so convenient. There are some many nice shops and restaurants nearby. Screened in porches on the front and back. The beds were some comfortable. The cottage is well equipped for those meals in. We will definitely be back.

Great experience

Overall, the property and location was great. There was a house being built next door and there was saw/construction dust all over all the outdoor furniture. Other than that, everything was exceptional. We all enjoyed.

Second annual trip!

We love the location of the cottage, quick drive or bike/walk to Blue Mountain Beach. The pool is so close and beautiful! We noticed the property has new owners and lost some of its charm. We also hoped for a better stocked pantry. You’ll have to buy everything, even salt!

Private beaches

Private beach rules different at each beach and such limited parking even with cart made going to beach a hassle. Grayton state park was a exception but it has limited capacity. Overfilled Publix beach area with very few people of private beach side. House was very nice and well maintained

Just what we needed!

We loved our stay! Plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful home. High quality beds, I was happy to see that the bedsheets were all cotton not microfiber. The water pressure was low in the kitchen sink but showers were fine so I’m not sure what that was about. The golf cart was a great highlight. Beach, pool, coffee and ice cream were all super close with a lil cart ride. Found an organic grocery up the road as well!

Nice location … beautiful community pool

We enjoyed our stay and liked the location .. very convenient to 30A and near the beach. The beach at Blue Mtn is nice but very small (we paid ahead for beach set ups ) There is a life guard .. the area is limited by home owner areas on either side. The house itself was clean and large living areas. 2 screened porches which were really nice . We did not use the grill or the outside patio so not sure about that area. We really liked the front screened porch for coffee. There were plenty of utensils and cooking equipment. Kitchen was nice. The house is obviously rented out quite a bit.. as are many houses in this neighborhood .. everyone was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend !

Girl’s Trip

We had a great stay! The property was very nice with minimal wear. We had an issue with the upstairs hall bathroom, but the property manager was very responsive and a maintenance person came within hours and resolved the issue. Would stay again!

Great customer service with quick responses! Not enough towels/washcloths initially but that was corrected quickly and also one TV did not work and that was also handled timely. Definitely will come back and stay again!

My Blue (Mountain) Heaven

This property is so well thought out and located in one of the cutest beach neighborhoods we've ever seen. The home is beautiful and the community pool area was gorgeous. We loved using the beach cruisers and the 6-person golf cart was brand new! It literally had 5 miles on it. Will absolutely stay there again!

Exactly like the listing

We had a great time! We've stayed in this neighborhood before but we liked this house the best because of the master bedroom downstairs. The home was clean and had everything you need for a family vacation. We loved the two screen porches and the grilling area out back. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. There are several beach access locations close but we like Gulf View Heights the best because it is the least congested. We'll be back! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Amazing Property

This house is amazing. It is spacious and very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything utensil you could think of and the decor is nice. The kids loved the home and I will definitely be booking this home again in the future. The bikes that came with the home is a nice plus and both screened in porches is also a major plus. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

Perfect place to stay!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The set up of the house was excellent for sleeping as well as entrainment at night. We especially loved the screened in porches for hanging out in the evening. The kitchen layout was ideal for a large group. Everything you needed was provided. The neighborhood was centrally located and only a couple minute drive to the beach. The neighborhood pool was right across the street and was well maintained. The house was immaculately clean. I would reccomend and definetly will stay again next year.

Wonderful property. Loved the screened in front porch, relaxing with the breeze flowing through. Beautiful kitchen, the whole house was nice and as described. Pool/beach toys in the garage for use. Would definitely recommend this property.

Awesome!

The house was amazing. Short walk to the pool, and a few minutes drive to the public beach access. Plenty of room for the 2 families that stayed with a total of 9 people. Would love to go back.

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful time! House was great and plenty of room. Furniture and bedding was very comfortable. The back screen porch had lots of seating and we enjoyed sitting out there with our 2 year old grandson playing with his monster trucks. The neighborhood was very quiet and convenient. The pool area was beautiful and we loved the many palm trees that provided shade while at the pool. The observation tower was perfect for the 5:45 a.m sunrise that my daughter and I enjoyed. We rented bikes from Big Daddy’s Bike Shop and biked to the blue mountain beach access 2 days and biked to Grayton and to get ice cream. Drove to Dune Allen beach access 2 nights to enjoy the sunset. Would highly recommend this vacation home for families.

4 lifelong couple friends celebrated well! Accommodations were great. Foodies were able to cook well in the chefs kitchen. Will be back!
