The house is beautifully decorated with high ceilings and large common spaces. The kitchen is well-equipped, the screened porches were lovely for a cup of coffee and a good book, and the furniture was comfy. Everything necessary to enjoy a wonderful time in Watercolor. A 6- person golf cart and four bicycles were included.

Lovely home and neighborhood

We loved our stay at the house! The house was well stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies plenty of towels and bedding. A six seater golf cart we used every day. And the bikes were great!!

Amazing house in watercolor

One of our best family vacations yet! The house was SUPER clean. Great location on a quiet street. We loved having the golf cart and bikes to use throughout the neighborhood. We loved the spacious kitchen with everything you need. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We already miss it!

We spent a week in this home with 2 kids under 3, myself, my husband, and the kids' grandparents and it was perfect. I was nervous about the house for the kids but it was amazing. The golf cart was essential and really helped us with the kids - wouldn't have been as enjoyable without. The beach is amazing and the plethora of pools was great. Some of the appliances in the house could use a quick fix but the PM was very responsive and courtesy to our asks. One thing we didn't have but could have used was a map of watercolor and all the amenities. We pretty much had to figure it out on our own and it was a few days before we discovered some of the great features. Overall, we loved it. The kids loved it. Grandparents loved it. We hope to be back!

Beautiful!

This is our third year to stay at Crabbin’ House. It is a treat to stay in such a beautiful home. The golf cart is a bonus and makes getting to the beach and the Watercolor Club so easy. It is so relaxing staying here and biking through the wonderful neighborhood. I highly recommend this house.

The Perfect House

We have been staying in Watercolor homes for 20 years and this was the BEST HOUSE EVER! The kitchen was a joy to cook in and had all the pots, pans, and utensils needed and more! Everything was so incredibly clean!!! The beds were so comfy! We truly enjoyed everything about this beautiful home and the screened porches were a bonus!!! Our experience was EXCELLENT!!! Thank you all!

This was a great experience with Dune Rentals. They were very organized and informative.

This property had it all. Spacious living area open for large families. The appliances were top end and the outdoor grill area well done. Our family enjoyed our time there. The golf cart was a real plus our family used it daily. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Beautiful and spacious home! Lots of amenities!

This gorgeous house is located in a quiet neighborhood but is also not far from shops, restaurants and grocery stores. The golf cart is a big plus! We also enjoyed the outdoor fireplace. Our rental agent was very attentive and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Even better in person if that’s even possible!

This house was OUTSTANDING! I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else! ALL the rooms were spacious and the house was kid friendly! We have a 14 month old and there was nothing that could break. She was able to roam around easily and they had a baby gate for the stairs. 🙌 They have hurricane locks on the doors so we didn’t understand how to lock the doors so we called maintenance and they came within 15 min! The location is superb! After traveling along 30A all week, Watercolor is THE place to be/stay and we will definitely be back! :)

No Crabby Guests Here!

We are so happy to have spent our week in Watercolor in such a lovely home and wonderful property! It was well stocked and we greatly enjoyed the multiple outdoor spaces - especially the screened in back porch where we started our mornings and often shared family meals! Having the 6-seater golf cart that came with the rental was an added bonus! We would definitely rent this property again!

Wonderful vacation experience!

We have rented many houses over the years in Watercolor and this was one of the best! Perfect for our family, immaculately kept, supplied with everything needed. The yard was an extra special feature not often seen in homes in that area. All bedrooms were large and spacious. Michelle was the best property manager we’ve ever worked with addressing every need instantly. We will be looking to stay in rentals she manages again!

116 Bluejack Street was Amazing

WE had a fabulous time at this property. When we arrived, the lights were on, the shades were up and the house was beautiful, clean and made ready for us as if we were the only visitors. The house was large enough for 6 of us. We ate breakfast together in the morning and met up for showers and dinner out at night. It would have been helpful to have a list of places to eat, live music, prices, options. We used the bikes, we went to Camp Watercolor, the beach and it even rained one day and we staying in and watched football and played games ( already in the house!) We LOVED the house. The golfcart was an extra added bonus!! This was out first visit to Watercolor. It won't be our last!! I'm planning a girls trip soon!

Wonderful family home.

Watercolor has been our favorite family vacation destination for many years. This home was a definite family favorite. The home was immaculate, well equipped and comfortable for the whole family. Elegantly designed and decorated with very comfortable furnishings.
