Can’t wait to stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here with our 9 month old baby for our first family beach trip. We had the best visit and can’t wait to book the Heidiway again for our next trip! Perfect location and beautiful condo!

We will be back!

Comfortable bed, awesome location, and great amenities. The beach was not crowded at all and we were able to explore much of 30A since this location is so central. We would love to stay here again!

Short Stay

Good points: The residential area property is very close to a nice beach. It was decorated cute and spacious. The area felt nice and safe. The hosts were thoughtful to have beach chairs and bikes available (we didn't end up using the bikes). We walked everywhere, the location was central. Negative Points: The bed was saggy and uncomfortable. The kitchenette was super minimal (hotel sized mini-fridge with a freezer cubby that was all iced over). There was only a toaster oven, mini-microwave, and a perk coffeepot, so couldn't do much dining-in. The management company only provides one roll of toilet paper. Ridiculous. Please charge occupants another 1 and provide this essential, so they don't have to go to the store and buy a minimum 4 pack to make it through their stay. It was pretty clean except there was mold on the bottom of the shower door. If you are a light sleeper, you can hear road noise as you are right off the 30A.

Anniversary trip

Place was clean and a 15 min walk or 5 min bike ride from town. Check out process was complicated due to lock code not working a few hours too early so we couldn't get in to make final touches to clean room. Luckily we had all of our items out of the room.

Cute Bungalow Studio

This place is clean and in a great location to all the places we love! Perfect for 2 people! Only wish it had a stackable washer/dryer there is space for it and an outdoor area to sit outside! We would rent again!! clothes

Coastal Getaway

Great location, bike ride to Seaside, walk to beach. Only thing missing is an outdoor area to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or late night cocktail.

Mom & Dad Getaway!

Absolutely loved this place! Great secluded downstairs area for beach items, fantastic storage upstairs. Hot water and cool AC. Nice beach chairs and overall privacy was great. At least 3 walkable beach access areas and a quick bike ride to the Seagrove Market Village Cafe. Cons: Getting in and out of the parking area was challenging at times (but you will have this issue at any place that you have to park directly on 30A). Probably about time to get a new mattress and the bed frame was ironically dangerous! Both my husband and I ran into it/tripped over it multiple times. No onsite laundry. All in all, would book again!

30A Heidiway

This property was great for my husband & I to stay and explore the area. The place was clean & roomy, the location in regards to beach access is amazing. The 2 free bikes are an added bonus & made for easy trips around.

Close to beach and quiet.

Great location for a quiet stay near the beach. The downstairs nook with floats, chairs, and umbrella was really nice! Amazing beach with white sand and clear water. Would definitely stay again.

Great little getaway spot!

We had a great time here! So close to the beach and lots of restaurants! The host even went out of her way to make sure we felt safe and prepared when some bad weather came our way.

Perfect for Couples

Large above-garage studio apartment with a large 2 person shower was perfect for my partner and me. Only 2 houses away from the boardwalk made beach access way too convenient. Will definitely stay here again!
