Perfect Location

This property is in the perfect location. Steps from the beach, ice cream and a restaurant in between the house and the beach. The house had plenty of room for our 2 families of 10 people total. I wish we hadn't had to buy our own cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags, but we did. Parking is VERY tight for 2 families to fit, so keep that in mind when you book. Overall, zero complaints. Great location, very nice, new home.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our trip and the house was great. We loved having the golf cart, beach chairs, bikes, and ping pong table. Having the extra refrigerator in the garage was also a plus. The house was very clean and not a far walk to the beach. Getting in touch with Rebecca was easy and fast. I would highly recommend this rental.

Spring Break

Our group loved this location we could walk to restaurants as a group with young children. Very comfortable home only draw back was the internet speed. We still had to do some work to do on vacation which was a challenge. The golf cart was convenient and could get around easily kids.

2023 Family Trip

Well appointed home in a desirable neighborhood. Our family of 5 had room to enjoy time together. Great assortment of book, games, puzzles. Beach gear and bikes very useful. We plan to be back to Family Tides.

We enjoyed stay at this property for our weekend trip to Santa Rosa! My family has been traveling to Blue Mountain/ Santa Rosa for years and first time in this neighborhood! Wonderful location - perfect for large group

We loved our stay! It was a short 10-min walk to the beach, which meant the house was tucked away from crowds and 30A yet still in a convenient location. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and the home was perfectly well-appointed for our group of 7 (5 adults, 1 child, 1 infant). My only regret is that we didn’t stay at least 1 night longer! Can’t wait to come back.

Comfortable Home, Great Location

We loved the location of this home! Within walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, and good treats. The home was comfortable, clean and in a great neighborhood for families. We also loved having the beach amenities available: chairs, umbrellas, wagon and toys. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

We had a great stay at this beautiful property. The kitchen is larger than in looks and that was a primary concern. They had beach towels you could use and washer and dryer. Easy walk to the beach with teenagers. Comfortable beds and great supplies in kitchen! I would recommend bringing toilet paper and trash bags- there was only one roll of toilet paper given in each bathroom and two trash bags and one paper towel roll. Also, bring Saran Wrap, baggies, etc. Loved the location and house, very comfortable for parents and three teens!

Lakeside at Blue Mountain Beach

This house was very pretty and so comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. It was just the right size and layout for my family. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. The property manager was very responsive in answering all of my last minute questions. There were a ton of beach toys in the garage as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach wagon. The only complaints I have are that overall the house was very clean however the floors were a little dirty. The other issue was the distance to the beach. With two toddlers and all of our beach equipment it made for a tough walk in the June heat. I would definitely recommend this house if a little walk isn't a problem for you especially since the distance to the beach made the price more affordable.

Family Tides is a fantastic family getaway

Our group 6 adults and 3 kids loved our stay at Family Tides. The rooms are spacious and the house is well appointed. We rented a golf cart and it was perfect for driving to the beach and local restaurants. The location is close to everything. We will definitely stay here again.

The really nice and close enough to the beach.

Overall it was a great place to stay, that was close to beach. We would love to stay again. The only issue we had was having to unplug and plug back in the router several times, as it kept disconnecting.

4th of July Weekend

What a fantastic property! My husband and 4 adult kids stayed over the 4th holiday and had a great time. Very clean, great location about 10 minutes from the beach and a short drive to Seaside, Seagrove. The little welcome basket was appreciated as was the “starter” kit of a new sponge (yay!), dishsoap, toilet paper, etc Will definitely stay again. Btw there is a new beach set up service for our section of the beach. They are La Dolce Vita. Very professional and reasonably priced. Well worth the cost!

Perfect stay for our family reunion and wedding weekend!

After over a year of not seeing many in our family, we were so happy to come together from all over the US to celebrate our marriage and spend quality family time! This home was perfectly equipped for our family of 5 kids and 4 adults. My youngest brother is a chef and the kitchen was well stocked with all the tools he needed to make an amazing meal for us one night! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants made needing our cars minimal. Even enjoyed the pool one afternoon. This home made our long weekend almost effortless and I look forward to staying again!

Nice Getaway

Try his was a perfect spot to take my parents for a quick getaway from Atlanta. Good communication from the property manger, Easy check in process, and only issues was out of their control - some construction nosie. Parents loved the neghoborhood.

Awesome Family Vacation Spot!

Family Tides exceeded our expectations in every way for all 8 of us, ages 2 to 62! After researching multiple housing options for 8 (the 2 of us plus our adult children and grandkids), this property checked all the boxes along with some extras! The house was beautiful, super clean, very well furnished/decorated, and the kids loved the bunk room. The neighborhood is in a quiet, fairly new area, with shaded areas and attractive landscaping, . We enjoyed walking to the beach every day with the provided wagon, toys and umbrella; swam in the neighborhood pool; grilled all kinds of fresh seafood; rode the bikes; had plenty of room for sleeping and playing; fixed most meals in the well-equipped kitchen; and enjoyed the restful, coastal decor. The area was not overly crowded and we loved walking/biking to all our favorite places: Redfish Taco, Blue Mtn Creamery, Blue Mtn Bakery, the little grocery/smoothie place, and Goatfeathers fish market. Rebecca was very responsive, easy to work with, helpful and had everything very well organized and thought through. It doesn't get any better than this!

Great week!

The house was great for extended family. Comfy beds, cute neighborhood. Loved the heated pool and quick walk to beach. Several restaurants within walking distance. Rebecca was so great to work with!
