I already sent my review to Vacasa, check with them. I'm requesting a refund. I didn't take any pictures but if I had you would see the overflowing garbage can, mosquitoes, and a very unkept yard and entrance. Place smells of mildew. Very bad experience! Unhappy Camper

Great location, rustic charm

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect - short walk to the beach through a shaded neighborhood, and then an easy walk to the downtown. The house was a more rustic vintage style, not modern luxury, which is what we loved about it. Plenty of space for our family of 6. This was our first stay in Seaside and we’d stay here again if we come back!

Family trip

Loved the original beach house surrounded by the old Magnolia and Live Oak trees. Spent most of the time on the screened in porch when we were at the house. Easy walk to the beach and Seaside. Beds were good and home was clean.

When I opened the door it was like home swee home. So nostalgic. Precious vintage screened in porch. Sweet peaceful white bedrooms. Just a step back into time. We had such a delightful time and plan to stay at Memories again in the future.

Awesome location

House could not have been in a better location. Close to everything. The house itself was so quaint and cozy. Absolutely loved it. Had plenty of room. King size bed in master and other 2 bedrooms both had 2 double beds each which our teenagers appreciated. We made use of outdoor shower, gas grill and the bicycles provided. Entire family agreed that we would like to come back next time in Seaside.

300 steps to the beach!

Casual, comfy, eclectic, and super convenient location to Publix, beach, and restaurants. Seagrove Village Cafe short walk right around the corner.

Old unit like a grandmas house.

Great location that's it. The unit is old and outdoor area lack of maintenance & upkeep. Insects/bugs inside the house. Several items out of order and/or broke WiFi (WiFi fixed on our last night), one of the heating element on the cooktop looks like been out for sometime ( waiting for parts). Toaster no handle. Looks like the unit maybe under going some renovation, countertops were replaced but the cabinets are old and looks like falling apart. You need to keep the fan on all the time to prevent the musty odor.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental property. It is a quaint little place. The house was very clean and I appreciated that. The location is one of the best. We walked to the beach that was only 2 blocks away. Gorgeous beach area. My one wish would have been an updated stove/oven. Small burners and the big one didn’t work at all. We had planned to cook but it wasn’t easy. Everything else was perfect. Thanks for a great vacation location. We will be back

Great trip for my high school graduate granddaughter

Cute, cozy vintage home located in a quiet, beautiful area. Brought my granddaughter to celebrate her high school graduation. Short walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely consider staying again.

A fantastic place to stay!

If you want a house near all the things to do in Seaside this is the place. Four minute walk to beach at end of street and five minute bike ride to Seaside Square with food and shopping. A short bike ride to Publix if you don't want to eat out all the time. We ate out mostly so didn't really use the kitchen. Having the four adult bikes was a great advantage and saved money from renting them elsewhere. Old charm home on a tree lined street. A beautiful setting.

Hooray for the Orangebelle

Great trip for 6 at Seagrove Beach. This cottage had just the right space for us. Loved the screened porch and the outdoor shower is a must when coming back from the beach. Short and lovely 2 min walk to the beach access just across 30A. The personal touches in this house were great! Slept great…comfy beds!! Would definitely stay again!!!!
