You can’t beat the location of this house. A short walk to the pool and a quick cart ride to the beach. The house is nice and clean. All the bedrooms are good sizes and have their own bathroom.It gets crazy hot upstairs. Which is part of being at the beach in July, but it was 74 every night when we went to bed no matter how cold we made the rest of the house. Im surprised they don’t put box fans in each of the closets (we’ve stayed at other houses that do and it definitely helps)My only other complaint is the amenities in the kitchen- the toaster is ancient, some of the outlets don’t work, and there are not enough pots and pans to cook for the amount of people coming to the beach in a 4 bedroom home.The management company is responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

Wonderful property!

We had 4 adults and one child who stayed at this property and it was wonderful! The property is right across the street from the playground and Camp Watercolor. The house itself was beautiful. The golf cart seemed a little older than most but it ran well and got us to where we needed. The communication was great and replied quickly if you have any issues. You have access to all Watercolor pools! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Vacation Spot

We loved staying in this beautiful home! The convenience to Camp Watercolor was unmatched and the golf cart made it so easy to get to and from the beach. We’ve stayed in a Watercolor home closer to the beach before where we walked back and forth with our wagon and this was honestly easier. The house could definitely use some updating but we would stay here again.

Lovely and Convenient

We had a very nice visit at Water Color and enjoyed the house and its location. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate so we didn't use the amenities or the golf cart. The home is lovely and very spacious. Only negative is the tv was not working. Although management sent someone, they were not able to fix it. I'm sure this will be remedied before the next stay. Highly recommend.

Great location -great space

Our family of 6 stayed here after Christmas. The house had great space for us to spread out and a big family room where we could all hang out together! Also, great porches on both levels. The house is located directly across from camp watercolor which is great for the pools, ( all are heated), lazy river and basketball also Publix is only 2 miles away. Our first few days the weather was cooler and rainy but it warmed up and we enjoyed time at the beach club, walks and bike rides.There are great trails that go behind the houses and take you to the lakes which have beautiful views. Blue Beach Properties made the whole process easy from checkin to checkout. They were very responsive with all our needs throughout our stay! A couple notes… While we were excited to have the golf cart, we did have to have it serviced because it runs very slowly.Also, the Internet in the house was very spotty and would buffer a lot when watching TV or movies, or using your phone. Overall great family time in a nice space!

2nd stay

Mixed reviews for this property after my second stay here. Can’t beat the location of this property but it seems like every time we’re here there’s been something with the house that is annoying but has been handled by the mgmt company in a timely manner. This time the a/c was clogged and it was 85 degrees when we were trying to put kids to sleep. There is pretty bad mildew in the master shower that should be addressed. I would come back to this location again with the location being perfect for us with kids, the golf cart is a plus, and the management company has shown to be as helpful as possible.

Spacious Home in Nice location

The whole process to check in and check out was simple. The home was nice and the AC was strong. Location is great. Directly across from camp watercolor and nice biking distance to Beach Club. A few things we noticed was the dryer needed several attempts to dry the clothes. We called bc the lights on the golf cart didn’t turn on while driving at night but no one came to fix it during our stay. The front door didn’t lock and we called to address the issue. Overall, it was a decent place to stay in Watercolor.

Thanksgiving Vacation

We had a wonderful time in WaterColor for thanksgiving! The house was the perfect location for our 7 and 5 year old to play across the street at the playground. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful

Home was beautiful. Very close to Publix & a 10 min golf cart ride to the beach house pools/beach. Enjoyed our stay. Next time might stay closer to beach. This house is perfect for families with young kids that want to walk across the street to the water park

Great house, great location

The house was great, as advertised. The only issue we had was with the wristbands used to access Watercolor amenities (beach club, lazy river, etc). We were left with 30 plus wrist bands, some of which were actively valid, most of which were not so we had to figure out which bunch of wristbands were valid and which were not, often while trying to not hold up a long line of patrons. The staff helping us were nice, but clearly didn't think it was their problem to solve so getting their help took 30 minutes one time, and 20 minutes or so the next time so they could look the details up in the system and then help us sort through the pile of wristbands we were left with. Other than that, great stay and the golf cart access was such a bonus, will never stay at another watercolor house without one. Thank you to the host for a wonderful family memory.

Lovely Home, Great Stay

We loved the location and amenities that came with staying in Watercolor. It was wonderful having the golf cart, access to Watercolor beach, pools across the street and park. Great location if you've got kiddos along. There were a few things in the home that were a little run-down ( i.e. broken blind in living room, shower in downstairs master that had ONLY scalding hot water) but overall a lovely and roomy home to host our kids and grands!

Family Trip

Starting with the bad; this house wasn't cleaned properly. There were food smears on the fridge and crumbs on the dining room table. Yes, they offered to come back, but having been at the beach all day, the last thing we wanted was cleaning people in our space. Should have been cleaned properly to begin with. One of the stair steps was broken (didn't meet code) which was hazardous. One of the garbage disposals didnt work. The master bathtub drain wouldn't close. The guest bathroom door wouldn't close. Basically, most of the items from previous reviews have not been remedied. The house is just run down. This is probably more of the Owner's lack of desire to maintain their property as it is the responsibility of the Management. Management was very responsive and did what they could to help. For the amount of money this house costs to rent these deficiencies should be disclosed. If renting this house, just set your expectations accordingly. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay very much. We will just be renting a different house next time.

Overall disappointed

The kitchen is stocked with bowls and gumbo pots, only 6 regular glasses, one cookie sheet, one dish towel. The floors under all the furniture covered in dirt and dust, the dining room chairs are horrible, the house is in terrible shape. The golf cart was broken, lights didn’t work, the master shower on first floor and second had terrible grout, mildew and the showers didn’t work right. The wifi was so weak we couldn’t stream TV. We called management company to come and it took them two days to send some one who had no idea where the router was, no idea how to fix golf cart or showers. Then we had a leak in the living room ceiling from the cracked grout in the upstairs master bath. The queen bed in the 4th bedroom squeaked with every movement. The front porch needed cleaning terribly, black on chairs and decking.. We will not recommend this property or management company to anyone. I have stayed in many VRBO properties and never had this many issues! The house would be amazing if these issues were addressed!

Not well maintained

The location is of this house is great, especially if you have little ones as you are right across from camp watercolor. However, the house is very poorly maintained and was not clean. We had broken fans, broken bikes, doors that were hard to open/maneuver, multiple broken chairs in the kitchen and family room, broken deck chair, and a non working garbage disposal. The house was not clean- floors throughout the house were still gritty and dirty from prior tenants, kitchen was not clean, and the worst was the excessive amount of mold and mildew in the master bathroom. I generally don't expect perfection, but at these rates I do expect it to be clean and most everything in working order. Very disappointed. Also we reached out to the management company but they never responded. They say they called me but I received no voicemails, emails or texts and they had all my contact info. I requested a refund of the host/cleaning fees and received no response. I will not rent from beach blue properties again.

Good House with Great Property Managers

The location could not have been better for us with little ones. Being right across the street from Camp Watercolor was a complete game changer. And then of course it is just a short golf cart ride to the beach and Seaside/Watercolor. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the house (particularly the floor and showers) were not as clean as I would have expected. Nothing that ruined our trip and that I couldn't remedy myself. In fact, the property managers were wonderful and easy to get ahold of. I have no doubt that if I had made them aware of this issue, they would have remedied this immediately. But with small children and varying nap schedules there just wasn't a good time to have housekeeping come. So we didn't. Other than that, this house had everything we needed to include washer/dryer, a huge dining table to fit everyone, screened in porch, and access to all that Watercolor has to offer.

Close to Camp Watercolor

House was the perfect size and layout was great. Had a flat tire on the golf cart -- management took care of it asap. Beds were uncomfortable but mainly because of the pillows and the sheets that were too small for the mattresses. Lights on golf cart did not stay lit when accelerating. Kids loved being near pools. Overall would stay here again but will bring my own pillow and sheets next time! Thanks!

Love the location and layout of this house

Our family has stayed in this house before, and we were purposeful in choosing it again - the floor plan works well when most guests are adults - we aren’t at the bunk stage! The spaces are roomy with plenty of area to spread out. This house is very centrally located within the property - a quick walk or bike ride (or quicker golf cart ride) anywhere! The only negatives - some of the downstairs furniture is becoming a little too well loved and it would be nice to begin replacing some of it. Also, there is an interior stair step that needs replacing soon - someone almost took a tumble on it this year, and it was like this when we stayed before. Other than this, a great property!

Nice location but...

Good location but the house had too much deferred maintenance. The gas grill didn’t seem to work and the kitchen was under equipped. I will definitely be going back to Watercolor but not staying in this property. Property anagement was good and helpful.

Incredible location across from Camp Watercolor

Loved this home. It’s directly across from 3 pools, playground and a basketball court. 3 streets away from Publix. 7 minute golf cart ride from FOOW, Beach Club and the ocean.

The fridge didn’t work has to wait multiple days and 3 days without fridge

Fridge was not working and only compensated not even a one day stay ! Ridiculous and they wouldn’t truly do there best and the fridge when delivered had to be put in the garage and was over hour late they don’t care at all about the people renting the house only want the money
