We loved this house. We’ve been coming to Seagrove for years and were happy with this house and location. The pools and neighborhood were great. Only misleading thing is that while the access to the beach is private, the actual beach itself is public. Golf cart was a fun perk and management was great to communicate with

Winter Sojourn

Came down for a long weekend in February (Presidents day) for the Seaside Half Marathon. Had a great stay here. Very comfy house, the front porch was great. The living room was cozy and furniture throughout the house comfortable and clean. The house had everything we need! The neighborhood was very quiet (we were in offseason) but we did meet the neighbors and they were very friendly. My kids loved the heated pool and close access to the beach. We had a blast on the golf cart. It was fun to zoom around to local restaurants. We would definitely book here again. I highly recommend!

Cozy

Our kids and grandkids joined us and stayed a week here. We all were so comfortable, and enjoyed the community, pool and stroll to the beach daily. The porch and balcony were so nice at night in mid October. The temps were absolutely perfect. I will be back and I feel October is our new month to visit.

Annual Beach Trip

We were very pleased with the property and area. The beach was a short walk away and the pool was right down the street. The kitchen had everything we needed and the house was clean and spacious. We loved hanging out on the front porches, the area was quiet and felt very safe. I highly recommend setting up a beach chair service! We looked into it before we arrived and I’m glad we did, the beach was pretty much a line of reserved chairs. Overall we had an excellent trip and will definitely be back!

Perfect for a couples vacay!

This house was so perfect for 3 couples to enjoy for the week! The private beach access was super close, and there was also a public access through eastern lake that was less than 5 minutes away on foot and 1 minute away by bike! The only downside to the private beach access was that the area right in front of the access was sectioned off for another community, and we could not set up our stuff there. We had to walk a little ways down the beach to put up our beach camp. It was super easy to communicate with the property manager. She texted me saying we could check in earlier and we were able to continue texting that number throughout the week if we needed anything. You’ll be happy you chose this place!

Great location but needs some TLC

Location is great and kitchen is well stocked. Upstairs deck is great. But there are a lot of little things that need to be addressed - toaster is missing handles, peeling cabinet in kitchen, broken tile in bathroom. Bunk beds are a little fragile. Dining table is badly bowed in the middle. Bathroom downstairs is odd. Toilet in 1 room and shower is in laundry room next to back door. No one other than kids can get use out of it. Overall a good value, but not fancy.

We would rent again

We appreciate the cleanliness of the place and the closeness to the beautiful beach. A couple minor things could be attended to, but it doesn't affect my 5-star rating. Love Limoncello and the whole area!

Plenty of room, great layout, & love the porch swing.

We had a total of 7 people including 3 kids and everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and it was great to have a gas grill out behind the house. Easy pool and beach access, and about an equal distance to Destin or Panama City.

Great neighborhood

Great location and clean. House in need of updates and remodeling especially bathrooms and kitchen. Heavily worn surfaces, ie cabinets, floor, walls, need painting. Contacted management during stay multiple times with no responses.

Great house but private beach controlled by chair rental companies

We loved the house and the pool. Private beach access was a very short walk but the chair rental companies create a wall of chairs that limits access to the actual ocean. We set up behind them and could squeeze through the 18-24” the company would leave between chairs. The wall of chairs prevented us from seeing our children play in the water so keep that in mind if you are bringing children. We ended walking to the public beach access. It is a little further down but we had the freedom to set up our chairs where we wished and could watch our children play.

Excellent Value, Excellent Location, Could Use Some Upgrades

This house was an excellent value particularly given its location. It's located roughly mid-way along the prime stretch on 30A that includes Grayton Beach, WaterColor, Seaside, Seagrove Beach, WaterSound, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. All of these locations are within a short drive or bike ride. What's particularly unique about this location is that it's a few blocks from the busy 30A thoroughfare on a quiet street close to the beach. 30A does not have to be crossed to reach the beach! The neighborhood is relatively small with two streets of well-kept unique beach homes. Although the neighborhood is small, private access to two pools and shortcut access to the beach is included. The house was large enough to allow my wife and I to host various sets of guests at different times during the month we stayed here. Everything in the house was in good working order with the exception of the remote stereo speakers located throughout the house. We enjoyed the back patio and upper front porch more than we anticipated. It should be noted that a higher price for the property could be commanded with upgrades to the kitchen and bathrooms that are at the end of their useful life.
