The home is totally renovated and tastefully appointed to support 1 large or 2 small families.Location is top notch for reasons with a 5 min walk to the beach and 3 min walk to Seaside CommonsWe stay in Seaside usually 1-2 times a year and this has been one of the better experiences

This house was close to the center of town and a few minutes walk to the beach and the pool. We loved the screened in porch and having our morning coffee outside as well as lunch. The kitchen was almost too small for two people to be working there at the same time. Pantry storage space was very limited. The street was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

Beautiful Home! But bring all your own beach things!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is beautiful, with gorgeous decor and two large porches for outdoor space. Location to the shops and restaurants was only a one-minute walk. This was our first time renting in the area. We have usually rented in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area, where the homes are stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, and beach towels. You will have to bring everything for the beach yourself or buy it there. We flew and did not realize that these things weren't provided (I did not check the listing, so my fault). We were provided one kitchen cloth and one kitchen towel for a house full of people for a week. To their credit, the company was very responsive and quickly brought additional kitchen towels and blankets when we requested them. There is one king bedroom set off by itself, but the other king bedroom connects to the bunk room by a bathroom. Although it has its own bathroom, it is accessible through the bath to the other room. We had a group of teenagers in the bunk room and their use of the bathroom late at night kept me up late so be aware of that before booking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose to came back to this home for a 2nd time after staying at many homes in Seaside. It's a great location, cozy, clean and fits our family of 6. My favorite part is the 2nd floor balcony! We spend a lot of time there as it offers a breeze and you feel like you are perched in a tree house. The kitchen is small, but it's all we need for a week. The living area is decorated beautifully!

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I along with our two grown children, daughter-in-law and our 14 month old granddaughter had a wonderful vacation in Seaside staying at My Three Sons! Everything was clean and very comfortable. If there was anything that could be needed it would be a baby gate at the top of the stairs. From the pictures I saw at booking I knew we would need one so I brought one with us but I can see that’s something that could easily be forgotten.

Love this house!

We have stayed in my three sons before and loved staying there again! It is such a great house and well managed! Perfect location and set up. We will hopefully get to stay there again!

FABULOUS IN EVERY WAY!

This was my first time to Seaside Florida and it is now my "go to" place! Beautifully decorated, well equipped kitchen , incredible location, space for everyone! We parked the cars and never got back in them until we left. Just a minute walk to beach, coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. A true gem of a place!

Perfection!

MyThreeSons was a lovely Seaside home that was comfortable and had everything you could need! The location was a short walk to food trucks, pavilions, community pool and shopping. The bikes provided were easy to use and convenient. I would highly recommend staying here!

There were 4 adults and a baby. We enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely and accommodating for way more people than we had. I will say the golf cart restrictions & not being able to swim with your baby in the bigger pool (even if they have a swim diaper) has deterred us from returning to stay in Seaside. It just doesn’t feel as welcoming and inviting of guests like it once did. This was a great last stay in Seaside and we appreciate the hospitality.

This was our second time staying at My Three Sons. Overall great vacation. Only issue was we had to wait over an hour past 4:00pm to access the home upon checking. Cleaning crew was running late. We were understanding and patient, but there was absolutely no concession from 360 Blue on check out time and not even an "we're sorry for the inconvenience". There was a broken glass in the cabinet when we arrived. We left it on the counter so it could be accounted for. Thanks, Andrea

“My Three Sons” you accommodated us so well! We loved this house, the interior was beautiful, light and airy! Kitchen well equipped. Outdoor shower was perfect after a day at the beach! The second floor porch so comfortable for morning coffee or afternoon happy hour! So close to walk to the beach, town square, Seaside chapel and pool/fitness area. The memories that were made in this house with my family are priceless! Someone commented about pet allergies, I had 2 in my party with pet allergies and they had no issues! Thanks again 360 Blue!

The home is located so close to everything. It felt like a true seaside community. The porches were great and we enjoyed our coffee outside each morning. The kitchen pans and other items could be updated and a few other necessary kitchen items. If you have animal allergies the home has had pets in it before.

A nice house and a great location, in regard to Seaside amenities and beach access. The issues were: 1) the property didn't appear clean, 2) brown water initially ran from the bathtub faucet and 3) parking passes were not supplied until requested. Again, great location just not great property management. Will not be staying here again.
