The home is spectacular, the neighborhood is beautiful, and Carlene is a truly gracious host. While the beach is a pleasant stroll away, we added a golf cart which made access even more convenient and fun. Our family had an amazing time and can’t thank Carlene enough for providing the caliber of vacation home that we all hope for, but seldom find.

Saltwater 2025

The Saltwater was an amazing property. Check-in was smooth, and the location was great, very close to the beach. A short golf cart ride to restaurants and other venues. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with everything you would need. The pool area and patio were very nice and perfect for our family. Carlene was great to work with.

Amazing!!!!!

Our family had the best time at this beautiful home! There is not one thing I would have changed. The home was cozy yet huge! The owners thought of everything. The pool area really was a big hit with our toddler grandkids! I hope to return here many times in years to come.

Spring Break Fun!

The house is beautiful and very well appointed; it was great everyone had their own room and bathroom. Having the Blackstone off the kitchen was wonderful and made for easy use. Our kids enjoyed the pool and waterfalls as well as being close walking distance to the beach. The outdoor shower made for easy washing of sand. Having the wagon and beach chairs available really was so helpful and saved us precious room in our car. The nice note, beach book, and puzzle were such a lovely touch. We look forward to our next visit!

Spring Break with Adults, Teens & PreTeens

Absolutely Stunning Beach House

Can not say enough wonderful things about this beach house!!! Every detail was absolutely perfect and just like the pictures. My family had the best week together, especially with the heated pool on the property. And the home was super close to the beach and convenient to all the great restaurants on 30A. Hosts were so helpful and responsive too! We will definitely rent this home again.

Gorgeous Beach House off of 30A

The house is amazing and huge! 4 floors…no problem! The elevator made unloading easy. The house is situated on quiet cold de sac in a beautiful neighborhood. Lots of places to ride bikes or rent a golf cart. The beach access is a short walk. We had so much room to spread out. We were able to host 10 people for an engagement dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, plenty of seating for all and then some. The beds are luxurious and extremely comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and kind, their attention to detail is superb. Check in was a breeze. We enjoyed the backyard and the pool we paid to have it heated. The whole experience was worth every penny.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Three generations of our family enjoyed a week vacation here and really loved it!! My 88 year old in -laws were with us so the elevator was essential!! And it worked well. We also loved the big, bright open kitchen and den area where we could all gather. The pool was also a big hit with plenty of space around it to spread out, lounge and play corn hole (game included). Host was very easy to work with!

Beautiful Home! Great for large groups/families!

This beautiful 4-story home with elevator was perfect for our girlfriend group of 10. We range in age from late 50s to early 70s, so the elevator was appreciative. The home is decorated beautifully, the spacious kitchen, dining & den area were spacious enough for us to gather comfortably. The host was very responsive and helpful! Will definitely book again!

Amazing Seaside Experience!

House was gorgeous with high end appliances and furnishings! Our family loved the pool, and location is only a short 5 min walk to the beautiful beach. Carlene was wonderful to work with and we felt we found the perfect house for our family vacation!

The perfect house for a family vacation with our adult children! The house is beautiful, close to the beach, and a short ride to Seaside. We had everything we needed and more. We're looking forward to coming back next year!

We loved the house and used every square inch of it. The house itself has just about everything you could need to make your stay enyoyable. We used the pool everyday and the blackstone for burgers. I would say the walk is more of an 8-10 minute walk so we rented a golf cart and someone shuttled everyone there and just walked to the beach. The rooms were all really nice and the beds were super comfortable. My parents were trying to find out what there's was so they could get one for their house 😝. We had one issue with a bathroom, but the owner came and checked it out and even gave a gift card for the inconvenience. You can tell they really value their property and the customers experience and I think they made it extra special! Overall, highly recommend for a great beach stay!

Beautiful house in a great location!

We had everything we needed at this house and enjoyed it so much! The kitchen was VERY well stocked and the house had plenty of room. We loved the pool and it was an easy walk to the beach. The owner was incredibly helpful throughout our stay! We used the beach wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas which made enjoying the beach so easy. The only thing you need to bring is a good attitude and some storage containers for leftovers! We will definitely stay here again! THANK YOU

Just WOW!

This house is perfect for adults staying for a vacation without children. Beautifully appointed and never had such a well stocked vacation rental. They thought of everything! Carlene and Mark are authentic and sweet people who truly want you to enjoy their home. Helpful for anything we needed. David was so easy to work with for the golf cart. We enjoyed the water at the beach. It was divine and such an intense clear, blue green at Seagrove. We are hooked!

It was perfect!! We went on a big family vacation my family, my sister’s family and our parents. Plenty of room for everyone! The elevator was great for our parents. House is beautiful and the private pool was so nice to have. We did rent a golf cart which made things so much easier going back and fourth to the beach! Couldn’t of asked for a better week ❤️ The owners were amazing! So helpful and kind! Also left us gift cards for ice cream!❤️ Thank you again for sharing your beautiful place with us!!

Paradise at the Beach

This is an exceptional property if you are looking for plenty of private room, large open gathering places, a kitchen stocked better than most homes with families who cook as well as a beautiful pool. The owner is the most responsive owner we have ever experienced and the small number of items we communicated about were resolved asap. Book this home with the full confidence of having an exceptional beach vacation.
