Had a plumbing issue, but was handled ASAP (thanksgiving) and the Homeowners Collection Managers, Bridget & Michel were amazing, professional, and ensured our stay was unaffected. Thank you!

Great Getaway

Super Cute

Overall I am giving the property an excellent review. We did have some issues the first night getting into the unit due to after midnight arrival but the property manager went above and beyond the next afternoon to compensate us for all the inconveniences of that first night. The property itself was super cute and perfect for the 2 of us. And can’t say enough about the amazing location and ease of access to everything.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property description was accurate. It was clean, but not well-maintained-the entry door stuck and was difficult to open, the fence gate was broken, the shower handle was stripped and difficult to turn off, no TV in the bedroom, the drawers of the clothes chest did not open and close properly, and the cooking eyes on the stove were not properly fitted. There was good customer service , but I would not recommend it to someone else.

Great Time For Two

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I decided to do a last minute getaway just the two of us. Can’t say enough great things about this place, Homeowner’s Collection and of course the beach. We really enjoyed ourselves. My wife and her family have been coming to Seaside since she was a baby. This was our turn to do it on our own and LOVED it just the same. We will definitely be staying with Homeowner’s Collection in the future. The only thing that I have a comment about is the shower at this rental. It definitely needs a new on/off faucet. Other than that this was a 10/10 experience for us.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good spot for two able bodied folk, spiral staircase is tight. Needs a new bed, upstairs is cozy , small kitchen and living area. Kitchen is under stocked with dishes, cutlery, no scissors for example. Absolutely no salt, pepper, condiments, not really the norm for rental units. I noticed what looks to be two small dead animals in the furnace vents, this needs attention. Rental agency very attentive, Bridget very nice.

Our vacation to Seaside

This place was great except they didn’t tell us that the refrigerator was not working. There was a very small college size refrigerator with no ice maker . We we’re staying a whole week and this was very difficult.They had to deliver ice to us daily to make it work. We had to use a cooler. Also they had very little cooking and baking equipment. Not happy with this. The staff at this location were very helpful and attentive. Besides this problem everything else was outstanding!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great for this little bungalow but it needs some “love”. When we arrived the Wi-Fi router was unplugged, the foot was off the bed, the TV was damaged, the refrigerator wouldn’t fully close due to internal icing, and the sink had a steady drip. Nothing terrible but very unusual for a Homeowner’s Collection property since they are always on top of things. The HC staff was kind, responsive and professional as always. The location is close to everything and the size is perfect for a couple!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed in this adorable property for a week. It is literally the perfect location in Seaside. The property management company is awesome, quick to answer questions and very professional and we loved our welcome bag of goodies..which is such a sweet treat! We will definitely stay again with this company. The cottage itself is outdated, but so cute and very clean. The small mini refrigerator ice maker didn't work, but the mgmt brought us a bag of ice when needed. The walls had places where they had puttied up holes and had not pained over, bedding was very very used and not comfy at all and the balcony flooring has places of wood that were coming up and didn't feel safe, which we would have loved just standing out there. All of the plates, cups, saucers, bowls had many many chips in them. There was also an old tv, with very few channels received and we couldn't even stream our own accounts. This was a bummer for movie watchers at night. The company tried to help, but mentioned that the tv was out dated. Overall, we loved our stay and again, the location is perfect to Central square and the beach is directly across the street. Just a few upgrades, like a new tv, new mini fridge, new bedding, kitchen items would make such a huge difference. We still enjoyed our stay very much and will be back to this cottage. Thank you for having us!

The location was absolutely perfect.

We had a pretty good experience overall, but did encounter a young male agent who acted very unprofessionally and was rude upon our arrival. Other than that, it was good.

Reviewer Comments: This little cottage has the perfect location directly across from the beach access and about 2 minute walk to the main square of Seaside with all of the shops and restaurants! It is tucked away behind the main house so the privacy was perfect while also having access directly to the 30a sidewalk. It was clean and stocked with all necessities. The wifi didn't work when we first arrived, but somebody came and fixed it very quickly. Already considering another visit!

Great location

The location is great! House is cute but tired. It needs refreshing. Property manager great and responsive. Steep steps up and down so not good for people who have trouble climbing stairs. It was fine for us.

Once upon a tide

This home was perfection! Great location; everything w/in walking distance. We truly enjoyed the bikes, partaking in shuffleboard and couldn’t have asked for better weather to enjoy both the beach and pool!
