This was my 2nd visit to Juanarita. Once again we had a wonderful time in this beautifully appointed home. This is the most well stocked VRBO kitchen I've ever seen; we had everything we needed and then some. The home is so well laid out with plenty of room for everyone to relax, enjoy each other's company AND get a little privacy. We will be back!

Dream vacation!

Our stay at Juan a Rita was fantastic! The area is gorgeous and safe- we enjoyed riding bikes, walking and taking the golf cart around. The house could be in a magazine, every detail was just perfect. The owners accommodated every need we had, and were quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

Enjoyed our stay at Juan-a-Rita

Property was as advertised. Very new and clean with well appointed furnishings. Sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. The kitchen was large and well equipped with cooking supplies. The golf cart was an added benefit but it was only a short walk to the beach anyway. Great house!

Fantastic Rental with Lots of Space

We really enjoyed our time at Juan-A-Rita. Our large family was able to fit comfortably. The golf cart and pool were also a plus, especially with our kids. The beach access was also very close to the home. Overall, great vacation rental!

Best property in the area!

This property was everything we could’ve dreamed of an more. Very spacious, so clean, and so comfortable (all the beds were amazing). Everything we needed and wanted was already there from bikes, to beach toys to a pen & scissors. The weather was not in our favor so we were extremely grateful for the games available and we really enjoyed the pool.

Excellent Home

We loved everything about our stay at Juan-A-Rita. A clean and beautifully appointed home with lots of space for gathering as well as space for privacy. The pool is small but perfect for a quick dip. The location is an easy and straight shot to the beach by foot or bike. The kitchen has any and everything needed if you decide to cook in. I highly recommend and will be back!

Spring Break at Juan-A-Rita

My group and I had the best time at Juan-A-Rita!! This house provided the perfect amount of space and very clean! The location was a perfect distance from everything, and the bikes and hot tub were a nice touch! We couldn’t have stayed at a better place and hope to return!

Great house- Perfect location

If you are looking for a perfect home to share with other family groups- This is your home to book. There are plenty of living areas. Big yard, close to the beach, walk could not have been easier. the house was clean and fully stocked. Communication with the homeowners was top notch. I highly suggest renting this property.

This house was beautiful. The location was great, very short walk to the beach. The pool was a great bonus. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a full meal. Overall amazing accommodations!!!

June at Juan

The house was perfect size for two couples, four 18 year boys and 3 late teen girls. The bedrooms were on two floors with plenty of bathrooms. The living area downstairs was great for those who wanted to stay up later. The upstairs gathering place could get a little loud if the kids were having a good time, but that is the nature of traveling with teenagers. We were two blocks north of 30a and about 200 feet from the public beach access. Very easy walk even at midday. The washer gave out two days into our stay and the owner and property manager were very responsive in getting this issue solved. We had a repairman the next day and a new washer the next. Kuddo's to the owner and property manager for getting this solved. The soaking tub on the front porch was a great way to cool off from the beach. I think we all enjoyed it. It was shaded, which seems odd at first, but was delightful at the end of the day after being out in the sun. Easy distance to Publix (drive) and Seaside (golf cart (not included) or drive). Very good location. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again with a group this size.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect l rental for our party of seven. Hot tub made the evenings after active days around town. Make sure you walk down to the Air Stream food trucks - worth the visit. Great beach, great location. Easy check in/out; flawless listing.

Relaxing at the Shady Pineapple

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Kitchen was well stocked for our family of 13 and the washer/dryer big enough for all those clothes! Loved the outside porch swing in the early mornings before it got too hot also. The pool was a great alternative to the beach. Overall our family enjoyed our time there.

Perfectection!

We lovvvvvved staying at the Shady Pineapple! The house is decorated beautifully. The layout was perfect for our 3 families (6 adults, 7 children). We had plenty of room to park 3 trucks and a boat AND 13 bikes! The pool is adorable (think huge/oversized hot tub), and the little lawn area in front of it was so cute too! The location is great - close to the beach, so close to Seaside, a Tom Thumb was only 5 minutes away by bike which was really convenient when we needed ice and other quick necessities. For beach access, we rode our bikes to the S Dothan St entrance a couple minutes away. Overall, we were all super happy with everything!

Stunning and comfortable home

We stayed in this beautiful home for a girl’s weekend! The house is designed perfectly. Each room has an adjoining bathroom and every room is gorgeous. The decks were perfect for enjoying the sunrises and sunsets. The owner is very kind and answered all of our questions ahead of time and provided wonderful suggestions of what to do in the area. Seaside is a magical place to visit.

Girls Trip 50th bday Celebration

This house was AMAZING!! We had 14 women from NC to Louisiana. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The open floor plan in the kitchen living area is fantastic. We could walk to Seaside. We had the pool heated and it was so great in the evening. This many women, having 5 1/2 bathrooms was the best. The decor was out of this world. We will rent here again for sure! Thanks for a wonderful place to stay for a big birthday celebration!

Perfect location

This home provided a spacious stylish and comfortable home base during our Family Spring Break week. The very short walk to the beach was easy and the walk to Seaside was easy as well! We had two families and with the layout and outdoor areas could choose to gather with a group or have quiet time.

Beautiful week and beautiful home by the sea!

We loved this home and our stay was so simple and relaxing. Well-appointed and close to the beach made afternoons in the sun the best they could be. Our son had to do virtual school each morning and the WIFI made that possible! The warmed pool was a nice added touch as well! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Beautiful home

The location was perfect for our group. The house is everything described in the pictures, perfect for a large group or several families. The property manager and owner are very responsive if you need anything and very helpful with information in area. Highly recommend this house!

Pre Thanksgiving Trip

This was supposed to be a girls trip in April but because of COVID Lindsay allowed us to change our week to November. Unfortunately the girls are from all over the country so they were not comfortable flying. Since I live in Georgia, my Husband and adult daughter were able to travel to Florida and use the House. The house has everything that you need and was such a wonderful place for us to relax and recharge. We would definitely love to have our "Girls" Trip here in the future.

Highly recommend!

Everything we saw on line about this house was exactly how we found the property. Short walk to the beach, pool , convenient to everything. If we needed something from the property manager, Todd was very responsive, to say nothing about the communication with Lindsay before our arrival. We’d highly recommend and we expect to come back on our next trip to Santa Rosa Beach!

Fabulous Property

Beautiful property, conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. The house is super spacious, and comfortably housed our party of 12. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a vacation rental in the area.

Perfect beach vacay!

This was hands-down one of the best vacations we’ve ever been on! The check in process was super smooth and Lindsey was very quick to message me back with answers to my questions. The house was impeccably clean and more than accommodating for our two families with small children. The attention to detail with the decorations was astounding and there was so much thought that went in to the accommodations that the house had to offer. The front porch pool was the perfect size and the close proximity to the beach was great! The only suggestion I would make is to put towel hooks on the backs of the bathroom or bedroom doors. We Definitely want to make a trip back next year and stay in this amazing house!
