Another Lovely Seagrove Beach Vacation

We have been vacationing in the Seagrove Beach area for over 30 thirty years. This stay was our first at Dune with a View and our first time booking through VRBO. It was a lovely home and we will definitely stay there again. Millie was an exceptional host. She answered all our questions very quickly and professionally. She was a much better communicator than many of the rental agencies we have used in the past. The home was ideal for our growing family. We loved the pool area which was shaded for some of the day which is great for small children. The beach was not crowded at all which is a big part of why we like this area. The home was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. The upstairs deck with the table and adirondack chairs was amazing! It is our new favorite house in the area!

Weekend the Beach

My wife, 13yo son, and I met my daughter and son in law for a week at the beach. They have 4 daughters 8 months, 3 years, 7 years, and 10 years old. There was more than enough room for all. As we were only 9. Beachfront house. We used a service to put up and take down chairs on the beach everyday. The small Pool is wonderful as it’s hard to stay in the sun all day for A week. We cooked every meal indoors but the area has more than enough restaurant choice from very nice dining ton taco huts. Wonderful stay. Everything furnished!! In our way back to reality and a new school year for the kiddoa

Santa Rosa Beach Getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay at Dune with a View VRBO. The house is very nice with a fabulous oceanfront view. Private beach shared only with a few houses. Nice pool. It was close to restaurants and half way point between Rosemary/Alys beach and Seaside/Grayton beaches. The house was very clean. You will need to bring pool/beach towels as they are not provided and beach chairs. We rented ours - it was very easy and our chairs and umbrella were up on beach at 8:00 am and taken down at 4:00 pm. We would definitely stay here again.

Week of Fourth of July

Absolutely the very nicest, best place our family has stayed for our Family Week at the Beach. The house felt welcoming at the first step inside. It felt like a real home. Very complete kitchin - everything a baker, griller, cook would need. Loved the privacy of the ground floor, the screened in balcony is large enough for our entire family all at the same time. ONLY improvement would be to have bunk beds in the room with two twin beds. (Just a personal reason. Then youngest two girls could sleep with their girl cousins rather than with their parents on air mattresses in parent's room.) LOVED this house

Friends that are Family

This is our 4th year traveling as a group of young families! Dune with a View was perfection for our group. The beach access was top notch. The ocean view was gorgeous, felt like you were feet in the sand but you were on the porch! House was incredibly accommodating and beautiful, so much character! The owner was hands down the best manager I’ve ever rented from. We will be back, hopefully sooner than later because I’m already having withdrawals!

Nice Beach Home with dangerous shower doors

We enjoyed our week at the beach house. The home was extremely clean and comfortable and well equipped for a large group. We apparently chose a bad week to visit bc the ocean was full of seaweed and the beach had biting flies. The owners / managers of the home communicated quickly with us to suggest cactus spray and it worked great. Of course there is no control over seaweed and winds but June May not be a week we would choose again. I would love to give a 5 star review but the shower doors in multiple showers were self closing and 3 people in our party had their fingers injured by the doors. The first two were adults and injury was minor. Unfortunately they didn’t share the information and the third was our 8 year old son who had to have nail removal surgery. It has been a long process of healing and a very painful one. I reached out to let the managers know and was told that there was no issue with the shower doors. I explained i really hope they would take it more serious as the injury was significant. I sent a photo. Sadly, they never responded again even despite the photo showing the extent of the injury. So enjoy the home but be careful with the shower doors- the result could be painful and costly.

Great beach view from the house.

We enjoyed the house and proximity to beach and downtown. Perfect for our family of 15, room for everyone. Only drawback was no TV in every bedroom. Some of the grandkids like to go to sleep with TV on, a bad habit I know! Loved looking out at the beach from the deck!!
