Check-in was very easy. The property hosts make this a breeze. Great communication prior to our stay and during our stay. Loved the kitchen as it had everything we needed. They have both a keurig and coffee pot for you to use. The house was as the pictures showed. Great layout and very convenient to the Seaside cut through. (you can easily walk to the food trucks) Loved the master suite bedroom and the shower was great! We would definitely stay here again. Right next to the tennis and pickleball courts as well. Lastly each bedroom upstairs has two full/queen beds and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The rooms are a nice size as well. We have stayed all over the water color property over the years and if you are looking for a great house then you have found a winner here!

The location of the house is absolutely perfect. Easy access to Seaside and quick bike ride to the beach. The house setup is great. The upstairs bedrooms are so spacious for shared kid rooms. We loved it!

More than a cottage!

This was the perfect home for our vacation. The beds and bedrooms were perfect for family & friends to all have their own space. This home is tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac, steps from the pickleball courts. The back porch was a favorite for morning coffee. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! The property manager was attentive and quick to answer all questions.

Nice, comfortable stay

It was a great location and a comfortable home. AC issues but they put in some portables that worked to hold us over. Some minor things like not having ANY kitchen standards (no salt and pepper, sugar or basics on hand to cook - this would be very helpful and not a big ask). Ice maker was broken so a bag of ice would have been handy too, but we made it work. These are little things. Overall, it was a beautiful home in a fun family-friendly neighborhood.

Perfect location

We love this house. We celebrated my 50th here with friends and we were back again for a couples tennis and pickle ball trip. The location is fabulous. The house has a great set up for 3 couples. Plenty of seating. Love the dining table configuration for playing games. It is clean and well maintained. My only suggestion is an upgrade to the bed pillows (a little tired and flattened) and 2 for each guest is a must.

Grandfather of the bride

Overall the stay was great but there are a few things I would suggest for future guests. The first is testing the coffee makers to ensure they work properly. Second it seems to make sense that there would be beach towels available in the house. And with the rain showers that come out of nowhere a couple of umbrella’s in the house. Otherwise it was a great visit.

Seaside in February

This house was absolutely wonderful. It’s location is perfect. It’s directly behind the square but nestled in a little cul de sac so you don’t get a lot of noise. We were able to walk to the shops and all dinner reservations. I would HIGHLY recommend this house, we will definitely rent it again.

Perfection in Paradise

Wow! What a beautiful property. The house is as described - clean, spacious, beautiful details, comfortable beds and pillows, lush towels. The kitchen had everything you might need to enjoy your stay, plus the grill worked great! The screened in porch was a bonus with space for all the sandy beach things, we also enjoyed the outside shower to rinse too. We loved the location - nestled in the trees with the biking community and close enough to get places quickly but far away to feel secluded.

Absolutely beautiful property!

We had the best time at this home away from home. The house was immaculate and professionally decorated. It was so clean and homey. The kitchen was stocked with anything you may need to cook. Plenty of space...we have 2 adult plus 6 teens! We enjoyed using the bikes that were provide to explore the community which was so peaceful. The location is close to Seaside and not too far from the clubhouses. We will definitely visit this property again. Highly recommend!!
