Beautiful, well maintained, clean, spacious, home in a quiet and friendly neighborhood within a short walking distance to the beach. I would definitely stay here again. We have been renting in this neighborhood for several years and all the homes are meticulously maintained. The owner was very responsive and friendly. We loved our week of paradise!

Great family time

We have returned to Sea La Vie. The home is very clean and comfortable. Stephanie is a great host. Very easy to communicate. Welcome letter is very helpful, checkin and check out process - very smooth. We rode bikes to the beach (2 minutes) and walked. Very safe and beautiful area, great for families with children. Bronzini pizza nearby is our favorite.

What a gem!

We were excited about this home after reading the excellent reviews and it exceeded expectations! The home is clean, the location is excellent - close to everything but the quietest neighborhood, and the owner was very friendly and responsive. Our small boys could ride their bikes around the neighborhood without worrying about traffic and we sat on the shaded front porch morning and night. We will definitely be back!

Amazing!

This was our second stay at this magnificent home. Love the nearby amenities and the short walk to the beach. The only negative this visit was the cleanliness of the floors. A bit of sand was to be expected, but also lots of dirt/dust and leftover snack pieces found in the kids bedroom. We simply tidied up a bit more and then ready to enjoy paradise. Thanks so much!

Stay # 2-Summer 2024

This is the best spot in Seagrove. Everything you need for your beach vacation this beach house has it. Just around the corner is a shopping, icecream and a secrete Mexican restaurant that will knock your socks off. We will never stay anywhere else. It's secluded just enough from all the hustle and bustle, but yet steps away from everything else including the swimming pool. A must stay!!!...just save me a spot :)

Great house

The house was clean and well kept. The kitchen had all the appliances you could need to cook. The house came with a lot of beach gear and bikes. The short walk to the beach was very manageable, even with a 7 year-old, 6 year-old, and two 7 month-olds. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe. The owner was easy to contact and gave great tips during our stay. I would highly recommend renting this house.

Wonderful vacation

We just stayed at this place last week, and absolutely loved it! The house was awesome and the location was perfect...close to the pool, a short walk to the beach and very close to the Seaside area for shopping and dining. The bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas were in great condition and came in very handy. The property manager kept in contact with us throughout the week making sure everything was good. We'll definitely be coming back!

Perfect Beach House

Sea La Vie is pleasantly spacious with large ceilings and outstanding indoor and outdoor seating. The comfortable seating and fans on the wraparound porch and the screened in room on the back, provided enjoyable morning and evening times to sit and chat. The beach access was a short walk away and the provided cruiser bikes, allowed us to travel just up the road for shopping and restaurants without the hassle of driving and parking. This is definitely a five star property and we will definitely be staying there again.

Spring Break Family Trip

We loved the layout of the home for our family. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and many great restaurants. The mexican place down the street is really good for a quick meal! We rode bikes to many restaurants and also enjoyed the nature trail! The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. 👏🏖️💙 Loved it.

Always a great stay at Sea La Vie

We love going to 30a and it wouldn’t be the same unless we stay at Sea La Vie. Stephanie always keeps the house updated, clean and inviting. This was our 4th stay here and it was just as awesome as the 1st. Perfect stay for our family as it feels like home.

Beautiful and Relaxing

We had the most wonderful time with our adult children on this trip. The house was perfectly prepared and I felt the pictures did not do it justice. The home is beautifully decorated and not overstimulating which was calming in itself. I was worried it would be a long walk to the beach, but the reviews were all correct and it is a short walk, especially with the use of the supplied beach cart. Lovely porches for reading and enjoying coffee! The owner is great to work with! Book now, you won’t regret it.

Always Wonderful!!!

This was our 7th straight year staying at SeaEsta. Our kids are now both grown (18 & 22) and they love it just as much now as they did then. The back porch is both of their favorite spots in the house. Mine too! We used the all the beach stuff and the bikes throughout the week. And the owners, Stephanie & Todd, are just wonderful hosts. The weather was perfect this week and we still so nice to leave the busy beach and seaside area and head back to the peaceful neighborhood of Cassine every evening. These are all reasons, and many more, why we keep coming back. Already made reservations for next year!
