Great house with a few frustrations

This home was stunningly gorgeous and was the perfect location to go to the beach easily. The house is extremely spacious and accommodated our group of six adults and one infant easily. It is unfortunate that the washer and dryer did not work as we used the pool and went to the beach daily. Additionally, the televisions, though they were smart, were not intuitive. We also felt as though the Wi-Fi bandwidth was not adequate. Other than those frustrations, it was a perfect vacation.

Great get away

Absolutely Fantastic

We had a wonderful stay and look forward to booking this beautiful property again. The house is immaculate and the beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed having brunch out by the pool every morning. The beach is a pleasant and short walk around the corner. Plenty of parking. We enjoyed use of the beach chairs and floats provided. Very special place. Highly recommend!

Amazing, private coastal home!

We had such a great time here. The location is absolutely amazing. A short delightful bike ride/ walk to the beach through the neighborhood. Also, there’s a great coffee shop/outdoor are. a short distance away. Beachy Bean a must visit. The house fit our needs perfectly. Great gathering space yet, plenty of private space to read a book or relax. We hope to go back again next year!

Beautiful!

House was beautiful! We would definitely stay again. Our family loved the house and the location. The only issue we had was the pool looked dirty and the pump wasn’t running. I reached out to the property Manager and they got someone to come out. The property Manager was very nice about getting right back with us. I would highly recommend.

Family vacation 2019

We really enjoyed our stay. Hollie was absolutely amazing in giving us daily beach reports and trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible! The beach is a very short bike ride or walk and the fact that the house provided beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon made the short trip even easier. The outdoor pool was a very nice feature. We will definitely be returning!

Home away from Home

We were a group of 10 best friends from college celebrating turning 40! This house was PERFECTION. Everything from the plunge pool to the beach wagon and bikes. We were greeted with a wonderful surprise of balloons and a beautiful (and delicious) strawberry cake! We had our groceries picked up by Hollie as well and she not only picked them up but put them all away. Coming in to our first day left nothing to do but get our suits on and head down to the beach. Speaking of beach, this was a breeze! Seagrove is just far enough away from the rush of Seaside. We never felt over crowded on the beach. Driving around town is a different story! (Make sure to make reservations for dinner in peak season!). We made the short walk to the beach, using the wagon and bikes. We loved having the extra chairs provided for the times we just wanted to go watch the sunset but we did rent umbrellas/chairs for the majority of the group when we planned to be on the beach all day. Just made packing lunches and coolers easier when that was all we needed to take. WE WOULD DEFINITELY rent this home again. Immaculate, well appointed, comfy beds/linens and nice open area for gathering. You can't go wrong with this place!

A Wonderful Family Time In Florida......

The property was as advertised....very clean and comfortable. There were 7 in our family party, 2 children ages 9 and 5. The kitchen, dining, and living area are great for staying in. We grilled two meals outside and hung around the pool. The kids loved it. We especially enjoyed not being right on the beach but having a 5 minute walk there. We also enjoyed the roomy master suite and bath. Our children and grandchildren liked being upstairs. All the beds were great!! Hollie made it happen just as promised. We would definitely return!!

Beautiful Home in a Perfect Location

Transcendence by the Sea was absolutely perfect. The home is beautiful and has everything you could need. The beach is a short easy walk and our family loved the bicycles for rides around the area and to the beach. We spent everyday at the beach and the pool at Transcendence was exactly what we needed after a day at the beach. The backyard is an oasis with lots of seating for a large family. Hollie was always prompt to respond to any questions we had. We are hoping to retun soon!!

Excellently appointed vacation home!

The location was superb. A short walk or bike ride to the beach (which was never very crowded) and close to all that 30A has to offer. Minutes from the HUB, Alys, 2 state parks, Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary, etc. Ideal location...close to all of the highlights but not congested/crowded. The home was beautifully designed and incredibly well kept. Plus, it had all of the amenities of home. Hollie was very responsive and went over and above to ensure we had a good stay including providing a pack&play, high chair and delivering groceries. We are very grateful to have had the opportunity to rent this property and hope to come back! We rented a golf cart and the kids enjoyed that + the bikes so much.

Beautiful Home get location

My family and I loved our stay at this beach rental. The location is awesome you can walk to the beach. The home is well equipped with everything thing you need and more. Will rent again. Hollie is very responsive and makes sure you have everything you need. I was shocked to see a bottle of wine and cookies waiting for us upon arrival. All I can say is if you are looking for a quite getaway with a beautiful home and close to the beach you have found it.

Best Beach House!

This was simply the best vacation. Close to the beach. The backyard with privacy fence and pool. The zen area for peace and quiet. Lots of room for everyone to do their own thing. We will be back!

You won’t be disappointed!

This is my 4th visit to the area and staying at this Home was by far the best experience! I can’t speak highly enough about the hospitality from Hollie. From day one of checking to make sure we made it safely, to giving beach reports! The home has so many personal touches to make the guests feel welcome. We had a family of 6 adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of room. Swimming in the pool in the mornings, bike rides by the beach and games in the evening at the house made this vacation a memorable one.

Clean, spacious, organized, home feeling

This vacation home was spacious and “felt like home “ from the minute we walked in. It was amazing after a 19 hour drive to walk into the home and have fresh flowers and cookies waiting for us. Being two families with children this house worked wonderfully for us. We had enough space for everyone. Close walk to the beach which has powder white sand , kids loved all the marine life in the sea. We hope that we can go back again.

This house is absolutely beautiful!!! Has it all!

We had an amazing vacation in this beautiful home. First the wonderful hosts: Linda and Hollie were absolutely the most gracious hosts I have ever encountered. Although this was a business transaction, they never made it feel that way. In fact, they were very accommodating even before we booked the home, allowing my partner to come and view the home so that we could be sure it could accommodate our group and there was no question it could. Linda responded to every pre booking question promptly. Once booked, Hollie was in regular contact with me, and it wasn't about a payments, it was about all the things Seagrove Beach and 30A had to offer (having traveled there frequently for a few years so I was already aware), Hollie really took the time to offer someone to cook, clean if we were interested and to give suggestions about restaurants (some new) in the area and even offered to make reservations on our behalf before we arrived. She did our grocery shopping for us and even left waters in the bedrooms and fresh cookies with flowers and wine on the table to welcome us. Talk about service! Hollie was really very helpful. She was extremely responsive to my texts (had a maintenance issue and she handled it quickly and was very respectful of my needs) she made sure that our stay was as enjoyable and comfortable as could be. Maintenance was very knowledgeable and quick to resolve our issue! Stellar service! On to THE HOUSE! I can't say enough about it. The house was incredible!! The pictures, although beautiful, do not do it justice. It exceeded our expectation in every category. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil, dishes, pots and pans and up to date appliances. There were plenty quality linens, bath robes, towels and beach towels. You don’t need to bring much or shop for much. All paper amenities are every well stocked, full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, fabric sheets. It was beautifully yet comfortable decorated. Each room was very comfortable for each guest. The layout of the house allowed each person significant privacy so that we didn't feel on top of one another. Master suite my fave! The location was perfect just a five minute walk to the beach!! House has fun beach toys paddle boards, kayaks and bikes. The pool is HUGE! We spent hours in the pool, the back patio is oversized and you can spread out! All in all, this was a phenomenal vaca made so by Linda and her lovely home. We will be back!

Pure Bliss!

Transcendence by the Sea was fabulous! The home is spacious, bright, and a pure delight to experience. Beautiful modern farmhouse style mixed with a calm beach vibe, we felt relaxed and at home. We meditated and did yoga on the meditation porch, lounged by the pool, and enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The location was ideal - private but close to everything, just a few minutes drive to Seaside. We didn’t want our week to end. Although the wifi worked great, we were happy to unplug a bit for the week. We loved playing games with our three teens every night around the big coffee table and watching movies in the media room. The kids rode the bikes to the local donut shop one morning. We experienced several good local restaurants but also enjoyed cooking two nights in the gourmet kitchen. We all slept soundly and comfortably. Last, but certainly not least, Hollie’s hospitality was truly outstanding! She touched base regularly via text and made sure everything was just as it should be. She really went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had what we needed to feel at home. Really impressive! We are so happy we splurged on this last minute vacation and stayed at Transcendence by the Sea! It made our trip stress free and we made many lasting memories here.

beautiful and Amazing

We spent an amazing week at this beautiful house. It is by fsr the best house we have stayed in the area. The floor plan is amazing, plenty of room everywere, beautiful all over , and has a huge kitchen and dining room for big family get togthers. Patio and pool are great too and the best part, less than 5 min walk to the beach. It has 4 bikes that the kids loved to ride to the beach. We also enjoyed the kayak and paddle board. Totally recommend this house , we will defenetely be back

The house was even more beautiful in person! Hollie went above and beyond to make us feel welcome!

We came down for a beach weekend with our bridal party before our wedding and had a wonderful time. Hollie decorated the house for our occasion and we were very impressed with how well she followed up and made us feel comfortable. The house is absolutely beautiful and easy walk to the beach. Heaven on Earth with True Southern Hospitality

We stayed in Transcendence By The Sea this past weekend and we loved every single minute of our stay. We were celebrating our Dad's 71st birthday and everything was just perfect, from the beauty of the home, to the small details our host Linda planned for us in advance, we couldn't have had a better experience. When Linda found out we were celebrating my Dad's birthday, she helped us plan a wonderful surprise that was there waiting for us when we walked through the door. A beautiful arrangement of balloons, cupcake and wine were the perfect gifts to help us get the celebration started. Needless to say, our Dad was overwhelmed with joy. It doesn't get much better than that. I would also add that the pictures that are shown online don't do this home justice. It is absolutely breathtaking. We will return again. Thank You Linda!
