Neighborhood and pool were good and beautiful, the house itself was poor. The host treated us poorly. No good standards at all. The host definitely gave us a hard time after asking for some small things to be done in the house. Huge hole in the ceiling of the kitchen which should have been fixed. Will never stay at this property and do not recommend anyone else to try this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was comfortable with nice amenities, and we appreciated having plenty of space throughout and the wonderful community. The elite community pool was definitely a highlight of our visit.The location was very convenient - getting to the beach, restaurants, and shops with the provided golf cart was a breeze and only took a few minutes. The host did a great job with clear instructions and communication throughout our stay.I would recommend this property and would definitely consider staying here again.

I will be back

This was the perfect little getaway for me and my family that we’re going to Dustin for a few days. The property was amazing. The pool was even better. The little golf kart rides to the beach was awesome. There was plenty to do and plenty to keep the kids entertained. Me and my family will definitely be back to this location. The host was very kind and always responded super quickly. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I’m not the one to leave a review on things so that should also say something. Lol

Looking forward to staying here again

This place had everything we could have ever hoped for! Plenty of space. Best pool we have ever seen. Golf cart to make traveling to and from so simple. Everything was a short golf cart ride away especially the pool and beach access area. Every room had its own bathroom which made the stay amazing! The pool table was great for the guys to hangout after the pool closed each night or while we were waiting for everyone to get ready each day. Loved the area and the fact that it wasn’t over crowded. The beach was amazing and water was clear and beautiful. Shunk Gullies is a must!!! Can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic Stay

The property is a ; minute ride from the beach in the golf cart provided with the rental. There is a ton of great food nearby and the home makes for a great place to gather friends and family. If that isn’t enough, the property isn’t managed by one of those property management companies, rather by the owner. Jake was available to answer questions, give insights and provide recommendations. We loved our time there and will visit again. Thank you Jake.

We loved our stay. The house was spacious enough for our family of six and very comfortable. Having access to the golf cart really made the trip for us. Would love to stay here again!

This was such an amazing trip for my family. We drove from Texas and everything from the check-in process, instructions on how to use everything to accessing the community pool was so helpful. Neighborhood was extremely safe and very welcoming. Loved the use of the swimming pool as well as the golf cart. This made it so much easier to going to and from the house.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Getaway

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house! The interior is spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed, from cozy blankets to a well-equipped kitchen and lots of natural light throughout. The highlight for us were the outdoor patios, especially at night to see lots of stars in the sky. The house is in a great location being only about 6 blocks away from a public beach so it's walkable or a short golf cart ride. Plus, it's a short ride to many great restaurants, shops and activities. We also enjoyed driving the golf cart around the community on a hunt to find Christmas lights! To top it off, Jake is a wonderful host who was very communicative and helpful before and throughout our stay. The welcome packet is extremely helpful with anything you need to know about the house and recommendations for things to do in the area. One thing to note - the community pool is not heated and there's no hot tub. But, kids are resilient and my kids still swam some even though it was chilly at the end of November! We couldn't have asked for a better experience and look forward to returning sometime!

Great stay great location plenty of room

We very much enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything we needed. The golf cart was so fun and helpful. Plenty of beach toys (although I would recommend your own chairs if you want more comfort). Every bathroom had enough towels and soap. The host was very responsive and helpful. The beach is just a short drive away.

Perfect Beach Getaway on 30A

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach house! The location couldn’t be better—just a short golf cart ride to both the beach and the pool, making it super convenient for my wife and I. The house itself was spotless, well-decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The spacious layout made it perfect for us, the pool table and outdoor patios were some of our favorites features. Our host was fantastic! Jake was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed from the moment we booked until checkout. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back!
