Excellent location and easy process

Everything about our stay was great. I did forget some things and have to order from Amazon so for future visitors know that all those packages go to the post office right down the street so it’s not a far walk. Everyone was super accommodating. We will definitely return!

The beds and bed linens were not comfortable at all but that could be overlooked as everything else was phenomenal. Would definitely stay here again.

Kitchen needs restocking with a few missing or broken appliances, and more pots and pans. Also would be nice to have a broom or mini vac available. Most dire problems were addressed quickly, even on the busy Thanksgiving week. Would stayagain, and recommend to others.

Incredibly convenient to everything in Seaside and beautiful beach views

Incredible property that is just as described. If you’re going to stay at Seaside in the summer a rental such as this is the only way to do it. Rarely had to get in our car once we arrived as everything is so conveniently located. Only drawback was confusion over the chair rentals. This information was buried in the booking email but you do have to book these rentals months in advance. Plenty of room for private chair setup but if you do not want the additional packing you must book early.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve rented in Seaside and Seagrove since the mid 1980’s, but never for three weeks. Savannah Sands was a great home and awesome location for an extended stay. The only thing missing was an outside grill, but that just meant more meals at the great local walkable spots. Homeowners staff was excellent with communications. Highly recommend Savannah Sands and Homeowners Collection!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this house! It is in a PERFECT location, we loved that we could walk to everything and the beach pavilion was super close. The house had a great AC system, Sonos speakers and plenty of space to spread out. Other folks weren’t kidding when they said it had a lot of hooks—but those were actually super handy. Our only feedback was that we’d love if the house had a cookie sheet and salt/pepper. The management company was extremely proactive, responsive and easy to work with. We can’t wait to come back!

Lovely Beach Cottage!

Our family enjoyed our stay. We had two adults and three teens. Our mature teens loved easily walking to the horseshoe to grab quick bites and shopping = parent relaxation! We rented bikes but were so close to everything, that we didn't use them. The secret garden was terrific, thank you! Drawbacks (which are few): all 3 kids had to share a bathroom, some fixtures are dated, there are limited linens such as towels/blankets, no laundry tabs/trash bags, older washer/dryer, and most importantly there were no comfy loungers/chairs on the decks. There were nice Adirondack chairs, however, no cushions or lounge chairs to lay back and watch the spectacular view. Additionally, there weren't any beach items included such as extra beach chairs, wagon, boards and such.

Seaside magic!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we’ve stayed in Savannah Sands. The house is comfortable for 6 people. Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom. The upstairs living area has comfortable seating for lounging and dining. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is perfect! Although it’s on the road side of the sand path, the beachside lot is unoccupied so the house has a wonderful beach view. In addition, the unoccupied lot is owned by the same family that owns the house and has an enchanting lighted path to a seating area on top of the dune, perfect for sunset or sunrise or really anytime. The rooftop terrace is also great for relaxing and taking in the view, both of the Gulf and the town. The house is far enough from Central Square to provide some seclusion from crowds, but close enough to be an easy walk to dining and shopping. Also, the house is next door to Savanah Pavilion for easy beach access. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect in Most Every Way

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our vacation at Savannah Sands. This was a high school graduation trip for my son and four of his friends, all 18 years old. The location of Savannah Sands was ideal for the purpose of this trip, being less than a block from the main square at Sea Side. The rooftop patio was ideal for them to hang out on and "meet friends" walking and/or cruising up and down 30A. The walk to the beach was probably the most convenient we've ever had. Easy access to pool. Back porch provided an easy transition from beach to house. Bedrooms were very nice, as were the kitchen and living area on the second floor. A few minor inconveniences such as the washer and dryer being on second floor away from all bedrooms and the refrigerator being stuck in the corner making it difficult to get in and out of. But again, these were minor inconveniences that were completely outweighed by all of the positives from our stay at this rental. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Wonderful Experience!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this house for many reasons. The location to the beach and restaurants/shops were steps away. The views from the very top were great and just loved hanging out on the porch from the kitchen many mornings. Loved all the hooks everywhere and the screened porch on main level. The house was decorated beautifully in a fun and whimsical way. Well stocked with kitchen needs and plenty of bath towels. Appreciated having a designated pantry area and an updated kitchen. There was always traffic in front of our house (4th of July week), but it didn’t bother us since we mainly used the back entrance for coming and going. Appreciated the frequent trash pickups and we never had to worry about putting them out. All the beds slept great for us and liked having a bath tub with smaller children. We did bring sound machines for the bedrooms which helped with some of the late night traffic/people, but still not that bad IMO. We really adored this house and location. The only downside would be the size of the living room area. All 5 of us couldn’t sit together to watch a movie. We made it work, but that would be our only complaint. Thank you for making this such a great experience. Our first time at Seaside did not disappoint and hope to be back next summer.
