Clean, nice, new house in relatively new, quiet "Lakeside" subdivision in Blue Mountain Beach. Nice neighborhood pool w umbrellas and chairs right around the corner. My wife and I were with our three adult daughters and two sons-in-law, and it was a good sized house for the 7 of us. Ample room for hanging out together in the den or the screened-in porch upstairs. It is a bit of a trek to the beach- maybe a quarter-mile? - but not too bad, and there are several beach access points to choose from, including the "main" Blue Mountain Beach access point that has a bathroom and a some parking areas if you want to drive (though the parking areas filled up by mid-morning). Several small beach chairs and a small umbrella were there in the carport for us to take with us to the beach (we brought our own more substantial umbrella with us). There are beach setup services available also but we did not use. There is a Publix for groceries and lots of good restaurants very close. House comes with 4 bikes which we enjoyed using daily. One obviously needed attention when we got there - La Dolce Vita responded quickly and the guy they sent tuned up all 4 bikes while he was there. Only minor complaints were there was no salt and pepper and only one small skillet. All in all a great experience and would definitely recommend it - very nice!
