The house was great ! Had all the amenities and was very clean! The host was very easy to communicate with.The beach was beautiful and loved being in gated community. Great near by restaurants and being able to walk to them and ice cream.We definitely want to come back !!

This house was perfect for us! So close to the beach but also with a pool was just what we needed!! The loft area for the 2 of the kiddos was perfect while the master was big enough to also have a pack n play set up. The house was so clean and came with a massive amount of games and activities for kids and adults. Contact with the homeowners was easy and they were very fast to respond. Not only was this house fantastic, so was the location! My in laws could not stop raving about it!

We just stayed here and everything was excellent! Cleanliness was great this house literally has everything you in. It was well stocked with every towels(pool and bathrooms) has alot of beach stuff you can use and the umbrella and chairs already set up once we walked to the beach. Which the beach is right around the corner and with having 7 month old twins the pool was a plus. We will stay here again. We highly recommend it.

Perfect Place for a Family Vacation

This was the perfect place for our family vacation!! The home was very accommodating for all guests ages 3-74. There were plenty of beach and pool toys for the kids, card and board games for the adults, and a beautiful balcony porch with couches and a swing for my parents to sit on when they didn’t want to walk to the beach. We had a few rainy days on our trip, but we never ran out of things to do at the house while waiting for the weather to clear up. The location just steps from the private beach access with a private pool was absolutely perfect. The home also had everything you could think of in case you forgot something at home. The hosts were so kind and welcoming, and they helped make our vacation perfect! We really loved everything about the house, and we hope to rebook this house in the future!!

Fabulous house with everything you need and more! We had 6 adults and 4 childrenand were very comfortable. Grandkids loved the bunk room and the pool.The location is in a gated community and the walk to the beach is very easy. We were so grateful to have the umbrellas and chairs set up for us everyday on the beach. Restaurants and shops are all within walking distance, especially the ice cream shop which we visited everyday!We hope to be back again to stay at this lovely home. Thank you Gigi!

We had a great stay at home. Beach service provided by owners with all the amenities and toys you could ask for. We literally only needed to show up with our luggage. Steve and Gigi took care of the rest. Hope to be able to make a return trip next year!!

This house had everything you need for the beach…toys, chairs, towels, beach wagon and private beach with 6 umbrellas and 4 beach chairs! Plenty of room for our big family and super clean! Nice pool and great walking distance to restaurants! We will definitely be back!

Excellent Family Getaway

Our extended family stayed at Bright Sunshiny Day and loved it. This is our 3rd stay here and we'll be back again next year. Our family loves the:- Gated Community- Close walk to the private beach- Layout of the house- Private Pool- Walkability to restaurants We recommend highly!

Wonderful Family Trip

Perfect Beach community

Steve and Gigi are the perfect hosts. The house is located in a beautiful gated neighborhood just steps from a private beach. The daily beach chair setup service made going to the beach so easy and enjoyable! We spent every day at the beach and having a pool was a plus. Loved having coffee in the morning on the deck with a view of the ocean. A perfect family beach vacation! Highly recommend this property and hope to visit again!

Amazing Stay

Great stay in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach

This is a great place to stay if you want to be VERY close to the beach and right in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach. The owners have thought of everything you might need while staying here. It's easily the most well-stocked beach house we've ever stayed in. The fact they had skewers for shrimp was icing on the cake. We all found the beds quite comfortable. If you like sleeping with white noise, there are sound/noise machines in each room. The pool is nice. If you're going in the slightly cooler months, it's worth requesting the option to heat the pool. Even though the pool borders the sidewalk where people are walking to and from the restaurants, the owners have done a great job to make the property feel secluded and private. The private beach is excellent and a short walk from the house. Take advantage of the free chairs and umbrella service with the house. The home comes stocked with additional chairs and beach toys. One of the best inclusions is beach towels! There is no need to take up valuable space in your car with beach towels when they're provided for you. And finally, there's a great deck where you can enjoy ocean views and people-watching across the street. The deck has a propane grill and a "fire table" for cooler nights in the fall. Inside, you'll find board games and toys for the kids, and all of the televisions are equipped with Roku, so you can log into your apps to enjoy your shows and movies while out of town. Overall a fantastic stay!

Amazing accommodations!

Steve and Gigi's home is the perfect spot for a family vacation! We traveled with two five adults and two children and the space worked great for us. The location of the house is within walking distance to several stores and restaurants as well as the boardwalk down to the beach. The home is stocked with everything you need to cook meals and is very kid friendly (books, nerf guns, toys, baby gates, etc.) You also can't beat the chair service down at the beach -- they set up and break down for you every day! We will definitely try to make it back to this home in the future!

Third year at this property

A location where you can get to the private beach easily. Near restaurants, ice cream, shops. Less traffic than the Destin high rise condo area. In a gated neighborhood. We have 10 in our family, my wife and I have 2 children and their spouses and 4 grandchildren. This is our third year and we have booked it again for next year. No complaints, it checks all the boxes.

Always love our stay here!!

This is our 2nd time staying at this location. The property was exactly as described in the listing. The owner (GiGi) provided everything we could possibly need for our stay. Beach access is steps from the front door. The beach there is gorgeous. The location is great!! Theres an ice cream shoppe within walking distance along with restaurants and other shopping.

Beautiful Home and Beach Location

Our family had the most enjoyable week at Bright Sunshiny Day! The home was perfect for our family. It was in a private gated community with three very nice bedrooms for the adults and a large third floor area with several beds and a game room for all of the kids. The home had a well-stocked kitchen along with a huge variety of beach and pool toys. We especially enjoyed the large deck and the pool to hang out together to begin and end each day. The private white sand beach was just steps away!!! We so appreciated the convenience of having beach attendants who set up our umbrellas and chairs for our family each and every day just as promised. We just needed our beach towels, sunscreen, and cold drinks. Another huge bonus was all the amazing restaurants and shopping that were within easy walking distance. We throughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you Gigi and Steve for sharing your lovely home with our family.
