Aquascape was the perfect end of summer family get away. Four couples all with their own private space along with great common areas to enjoy each other. The managing company was very prompt when we requested pool maintenance and all the comforts of home made our stay fabulous! Thank you.

Christmas in July

We had a great time for our annual Christmas in July! We had a couple of issues with the fridge and garage door but we were all impressed at how quickly response time was! Awesome house very clean and management and owners were amazingly helpful thru the whole process ! Definitely in our list to stay at again !

Santa Rosa Relaxation

Our stay at Aquascape was very nice and relaxing. The home had everything we needed with the exception of hair dryers and pool/beach towels which are a must when flying in. Location was great with restaurants about .6 miles in both directions but a golf cart made this easy to access. (not supplied) Great biking/walking paths and the private pool was very nice. Just a 2 minute walk to the sugar white sandy beach. We thought check in was too late and check out too early but we managed. Very close to a convenience store was an added bonus as was the 3 bikes/chairs etc not advertised in listing.

Great House

The community only beach access in the area are all over crowed. The company losses their beach lease so the renters have very little beach space, we check them out but they are all over crowed.

Great house in great location

Overall a great VRBO experience. The house just as pictured and we loved how close it was to the beach access. The heated pool was very nice on cloudy or rainy days. Few minor issues that the Owners were prompt to respond too. Would likely rent this house again!

Family Fun Vacation

The house was great for our large family. Great short, easy walk to beach The house should have been cleaned better before we arrived. I had to call and gave the cleaning crew come back. Our baby had black feet and knees after a few minutes of crawling on floors. They came back and did a much better job Great house

Aquascape- March 2020

My family and I stayed at Aquascape as for five days in March. The home is beautifully decorated and the owner was amazing to work with. The home has a pool which my kids loved. The beach is incredibly close and we rented additional chairs with no issues. We'll be back!

Great beach rental, but currently on the market

We enjoyed our stay at Aquascape. The location is fantastic - Santa Rosa feels much less commercialized than areas like Destin, beach access is convenient, and grocery stores are a short drive. There is a Tom Thumb just a couple doors down that was handy for quick purchases, yet hidden from view of the house. The house itself is also very nice. It was clean, beds fairly comfortable, and plenty of kitchen equipment/utensils on site. The pool was also a great amenity as there were red flags at the beach for a good portion of our stay. There was frequent communication leading up to and during the stay. Our only complaint is that we did not know this house was for sale. The company contacted us frequently asking to show the home to potential buyers with short notice. Since we had infants and toddlers, it was not easy to schedule around unpredictable nap schedules. We agreed on a time and then the agent cancelled. We agreed on another time and nobody showed up. Ultimately nobody came at all, but it was definitely a burdensome annoyance. Overall, we definitely recommend the location but the owners need to schedule showings between guests.

Beautiful home with a perfect location

This home was perfect for our family vacation! Clean, well-stocked, and a great location...only a few minutes to walk to the beach. Loved having the pool to ourselves! We would stay there again!

Beautiful place but encountered a few problems.

The first day we got there the downstairs toilet overflowed for no apparent reason getting rugs, pillows and anything else on the floor wet. We had to move our daughter and her son upstairs and double up. The property did respond that night but it took several tries and several days to fix it right. I felt we should have been compensated for the loss of bedroom and bathroom for two days. The house was in a great location with nice views but the bed upstairs was so uncomfortable that my husband slept on the floor. The bathroom had very limited counter space for toiletries and I had to keep makeup etc. elsewhere.

Wonderful!

This was our second Stay at Aquascape, and it did not disappoint! The new renovations look beautiful and our families really enjoyed the expanded backyard! As always, the house was well stocked with all needed items and a wonderful home away from home! Thanks you for a lovely vacation!

Very nice.

Great Time 2 Years in a Row

We enjoyed our family time so much last year we returned this year. We love the area as we are a young family and the community is relaxed with just enough activities to keep them entertained. The house is a very short walk to the beach. The owners and property manager do a great job of keeping it ready for guests.

Nice home but needs some replacements

Aquascape is a nice home, but the livingroom rug really need to be shampooed or replaced, and the carpet in the back bedroom off the kitchen has had it. Badly stained, which gives a feeling of uncleanliness. Bed in upstairs front bedroom needs some serious support. Didn't like that I had to pay $57 to have the pool vacuumed since the weather was so windy and there was a fair amount of debris. Overall, we had a good time.

Perfect house, perfect location!

We had the best experience at Aquascape! The house is wonderful and only a few short steps from the beach. We visited in October and it was quiet and we basically had the beach to ourselves. The property managers were wonderful and very responsive during our stay. This house is wonderful no matter what your needs might be but it was especially perfect for our family. I wouldn't have changed a thing and we will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful home with all amenities you need for a WONDERFUL vacation!!

Our family of 11 spent a week in this home the first week of May (2016) and everything was perfect for our group. There was plenty of room for everyone and there were several options of spending quite time too. The pool was perfect and clean. The home is furnished as if it were MY home and not the normal "beachy cheap" furnishings. The outdoor areas were so nice and so many of them! The five ladies in my group held a Bible study every morning on the front balcony and it was so pleasant and the breeze from the ocean was just perfect. The home is convenient to anything you would need (including a hospital, which unfortunately we needed), grocery stores, the awesome 30A shops and restaurants and just 20 minutes from the Destin outlets. You have your own private beach area as well which was so, so convenient for us. We saw so much ocean life too, including 10 dolphins with babies!! I would recommend this home to anyone staying in the Santa Rosa Beach area. The owners are so nice and within a text message or phone call if anything is needed. We will certainly rent again!!
