Great little property; wonderful location near beach and walkable to restaurants and shops. Lovely outdoor area. I submitted some feedback on how to make the house more hospitable (full-length mirror, dressers or cubbies for clothing storage, plastic shower curtain liner to keep water off floor) but the place is well set up and clean. Freshly laundered and bagged linens were a nice bonus. Laundry machines have a learning curve but we ultimately figured them out. Kitchen is well stocked with supplies for your stay. Check the patio cabinets before shopping for any "toys" - they included a cooler, four beach chairs, golf clubs for the putting green, water shooters and copious beach toys (we added two more sets when we left). Our 4 and 5 year olds loved the sandy yard to play in and used the putting green a lot. We loved the hot tub (though that was the one area that was not super clean). The bikes were great - complete the online waiver in advance to get the lock code. There is a place about a block away to rent kids' bikes or golf carts if you want. Note that there are no wagons, beach towels, or beach blankets at the house, so bring your own. They leave a nice starter pack of mini dish soap, salt and pepper, etc. but you will need more detergent, hand soap, dishclothes, toilet paper, paper towel and napkins for your week. They have a few board games, a foosball table, and lots of channels on the TV. We bought our own adapter to get local stations for NBC, etc. Enjoy your stay!
