Our group included two adults and two 17 year old boys. The condo looks exactly like the pictures, love that the bedrooms are downstairs separate from upstairs living area. Great location right across the street from beach access and walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Santa Rosa Beach has fewer shops and restaurants compared to Seaside, which can be great if you're looking for a "less busy" vibe. Most of the restaurants closed around 9pm. Our teen boys preferred the Seaside vibe (lots more teenagers there) so we rented them bikes and they rode down there most nights. It's about a 25 minute bike ride.
Unfortunately, the beach was double red flags most of our trip. That definitely impacted our experience, but had nothing at all to do with the condo. We were glad there was a pool we could use on those days. The one day we could go to the beach, there are tons of reserved chairs and umbrellas and the beach access leads to a private area of the beach, so you have to walk a little ways to the public part. We would stay here again.
