We had an amazing stay! We’ve made many trips to 30A, but this one takes the cake. The home was beautiful and in a perfect location close to the beach. Communication with the property manager was incredible—proactive and helpful before, during, and after our trip (and we didn’t even have any issues!).The kitchen was fully stocked with tools, gadgets, and appliances, and there was more than enough beach gear provided. Even the little details were thought of—they had Charmin toilet tissue! The small touches really mattered, and they nailed it.I highly recommend this property. Our family will most likely be back! Thank you for creating such a wonderful experience.

Family vacation

When we stepped into the house, it was beautiful my husband and I brought my children and grandchildren for a family vacation. The house was perfect for the family. She had everything you need. We would definitely book this house again next year.

Great time in Seagrove

The location was perfect, and the house was exceptionally well equipped. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. The on site golf cart was a great addition.I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our vacation in this beautiful home!

Beautiful home! We had everything we needed for our vacation! Communication with the home owners was fabulous! The house itself is comfortable and spacious! We enjoyed the golf cart to head to Seaside or our beach access. There is a beach access about 5 blocks away.which we loved. I will definitely stay here again! There is also a closer beach access within walking distance but due to construction at that access we chose the farther one.

Spring Break 2025 at Sandalwood

This was our first trip to 30A! We came with our family of 4 boys ranging in ages from 5-14, along with the Grandparents. Every single part of the stay at Sandalwood was perfect. Not one complaint. This was our first vacation as a family where none of us wanted to leave! Don’t even think twice, book this home!

Perfect house rental

We enjoyed our stay. This home was in perfect condition. Very clean, comfortable and had many extras, like games and beach gear. The home decor is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. There are many little touches this home has that made our stay feel like home. The owner was extremely helpful. We will definitely rent here again.

30A Gem

My sisters and I booked Carlene and Mark's place for a 60th birthday trip. The house was spacious, and clean, and provided all amenities including beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, a golf cart, a wide assortment of dishes and glassware, and lots of the same comforts as a regular home. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and convenient. If you have a group, I would highly recommend.

Perfect Getaway!

We had a girls weekend, celebrating a bride-to-be and had the best time! The house was lovely with plenty of space. The location was ideal and it was so easy for us to get to the beach and the pool. Tje neighbors were also really kind and helpful. The check out process was the easiest I’ve ever had. Would definitely stay again!

Great House!

Sandalwood was fantastic! The house is beautiful and had everything we needed (beach towels, chairs, umbrellas). The beach is just a quick golf cart ride or about a 5 min walk. Carlene the owner was very responsive! we would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful 30A beach home

We had a great experience staying at this 30A beach home. The house was gorgeous, clean, and perfect for our family. The convenience that the golf cart provided, along with a close beach access made this week with 2 small children a breeze. The closest beach access is across the road and diagonal from the street where this house is located. Less than a 5 minute walk or a 1 min cart ride. This property is a very close drive (within a 5 minute care or golf cart ride) to many fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, and bars. Needless to say if you are considering staying here, dont hesitate. Thank you again!

This property was even better than the listing! Immaculately clean, most comfortable beds and linens, well appointed, quaint neighborhood, short walk to the beach, well-designed, and fabulous communication. One of the best rental properties we’ve ever stayed in, we hope to be back!

Seagrove Beach Perfect Location

This house was perfect for our group to enjoy the beach, which was only a few minutes walk, or the heated pool right across the street, or the nearby ice cream shop, restaurants, general stores & more. We also enjoyed that this house was a block off the Highway 30A so we easily got to neighboring beach towns, too. And our hosts were super responsive, within minutes every time we had a question or needed a recommendation. We had a flat tire on one of our bikes and it was fixed within 10 minutes, which was fantastic! Superior house in a superior location with superior service!! We can't wait to get back to 30A and we definitely have this house on our short list!!

Our Best VRBO to Date

Such attention to detail with the owners of this home. Owners are so generous and easy to communicate with. Everything was so well stocked and thought out. Beach chairs, sand toys, wagon, beach towels were so appreciated! Beautiful kitchen with all utensils and cookware you'd ever need. Easy three minute walk to a beautiful beach. The little neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. Walkable shops/restaurants in each direction. Publix is five minutes away for groceries. We will stay here again if we return to 30a! Thank you for everything!

Beautiful place to vacation!

We stayed here with our 3 adult children, their spouses and 4 grandchildren. The bikes were a hit, and the beach was an easy walk. The house is conveniently located to nearby restaurants, grocery, donuts and ice cream. Kitchen was well stocked with good cookware and cooking utensils. Plenty of towels and linens. Beds were very comfortable. Furniture was comfortable and house was beautifully decorated. The ice machine was really nice. Lots of beach toys, a wagon and chairs to use. The pool was very close to the house. The owners were great to work with-answered any questions promptly. Just all around a great place to stay!
