Amazing Property

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very pretty and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the air temp was perfect. We loved playing corn hole on the porch. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Grandparents 1st Beach vacation our 1year grand son

As the grandparents that drove, we had lots of W’s things. Easy trip. House is beautiful. It was set up nicely to have W on the first floor with monitors. WiFi worked great. Soon into our stay we had an issue with front door lock-it has a code. Ended up they gave us a key, key guy came to work on it Thursday afternoon. There was also an issue with utilizing the pool. They got that phob by Friday….our last day. Without these glitches, I would have scored Excellent

ANOTHER GREAT STAY!

This was our second time staying at this lovely property and everything was just as great as the first time! Home is well equipped for 2 small families (2 master bedrooms and kids bunk room with 2 bunk beds), and plenty of space to spread out. Great well-stocked kitchen and dining areas, washer/dryer, beach gear, etc.. wrap around balcony for yoga/hanging out. Pretty much anything you would need for a beach vacation! Very short walk to lake and beach areas and the home is very well maintained and cleaned. EXCELLENT STAY!

we all said that this was the best place we have stayed in Santa Rosa Beach. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The other perfect part that it was only a block away from the beach and yet nice and quiet in the evening

Beautiful home and super close to the beach!

This is our second year staying here and it was just as lovely as the first year! Everything is very clean and still feels new. Cozy and spacious bedrooms with all the amenities! I love that there were extra blankets and hangers, those little details make all the difference. It’s beautifully decorated as well! When we come back to 30A we will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, clean home

We were pleasantly surprised by how close we were to the lake and the ocean. We felt like we were in the perfect spot. The house is beautiful, clean and relaxing. Beds were all comfy. We were happy with our stay!

Wonderful Home

We had an amazing stay! Very comfortable and spacious home for our family of 6. Monica was amazing and very accommodating. The pool was close to the home and grateful for the included beach chairs. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Santa Rosa beach house!

Lovely home with attention to detail for a family. We loved the porch in the rear of the home for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The location was convenient to shopping in Watercolor and great restaurants. Seagrove beach & Eastern Lake was an ideal location for familys. The only negative, while it was a short walk to the beach it was not very pedestrian friendly especially having young children. A minor detail of a perfect family vacation!!!

Family Spring Break

We took our young family (all under age 8) on spring break to this property. The property was very clean and close to the beach. We also enjoyed how responsive the property owner and property owner representatives were in booking, leading up to the stay, and while we were at the property. We will definitely be back to visit this property!

Our March Get Away

We were fortunate to rent this charming home for 3 weeks in March. What a lovely, well kept home. It made you feel like you were home! The bedrooms were so very nice and the bathrooms were spacious and very well designed. Lots of porch space and well equipped kitchen. Loved being in this part of Seagrove beach! We will be back👏👏

Peaceful Getaway

The house was perfect for our little family, lots of bonding time and relaxing time for everyone! We have been to the area multiple times and keep coming back for more. We can’t seem to get enough of 30A and the house just made it that much better.

A spectacular stay in Seaside

My husband and my daughter's family (husband and a 3 and 5 year old) stayed at 30-A Blue during the last week of October and had the absolute best time. The house is amazing and had everything we needed. I am a stickler for only renting very clean VRBO's and 30A Blue was extraordinarily clean and new. I felt like I was staying at a homey and comfortable model home. The beach access is a short walk or drive away. Because we had two little kids, we found it easier to load everything in the back of the car and drop it off at the beach access while the rest of our group walked. What I especially loved about the house besides the cleanliness was that there was space for everyone and it was laid out really well and efficiently. What I especially loved about where 30A Blue is located is that it's in a quieter and less congested area of Seaside. And everything you could ever want is less than a 10-minute drive away. We brought beach toys and towels but the house had chairs and an umbrella. And one more thing, while we were there, I contacted Monika with a question and she was extremely kind and responsive. Thanks for a fabulous stay. We will definitely book again with you in the future!

Nice holiday getaway

This property was as advertised and had newer finishes and furniture. The pool was a short walk away and not crowded (we were the only people there almost everyday but could have been the time of year). It was not advertised but there was actually 2 beach access points which was nice as the water levels near eastern lake vary. Overall it was a great stay in a good and private part of 30A.

Wonderful Family Vacay at 30A Blue

We had a wonderful stay at 30A blue. A very convenient location right in the middle of everything but yet very private and relaxing family vacation. Our doodle enjoyed her stay as well. I would highly recommend

Fun times at 30a Blue

My husband and I have been vacationing in the 30a area for years. This year was the first time we got a house and invited some family to join us. Our pets always join. They are part of our family too! The house was in perfect location to everything we like to do. The beach was a short walk. Restaurants were a short drive. I liked that the main rooms each had a king bed. Bonus points for beach chairs and umbrellas available as well. I wish there was at least 1 full length mirror. But that’s only a small thing. I would definitely book again!!!

Great week at 30A Blue

We really enjoyed our week at 30A Blue. The property is as described and the renovations are beautiful. Kitchen is beautiful. The property worked great for 2 couples and their teen kids. It was a plus to have beach chairs included as well. We would definitely return! Monika is a great host and very responsive.
