We had a wonderful vacation with our whole family at Aerial View. The location was perfect- a few minutes to walk to the beach, and 5 minutes or less to the town center and shops and restaurants at Seaside. Our family loved the pool as well- a necessity during the summer. The living spaces were very comfortable and gave us plenty of room to spread out and play games, cards, watch tv, etc., when we needed a break from the sun. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable, and it was an added bonus that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We loved the deck on the third floor for early morning coffee and sunset cocktails. What a perfect venue for a family vacation!

Great house!!

My family of 9 stayed here for a week at the beginning of August 2024. 6 adults ranging from 47 - 87 and three teens ages 14-21. We loved this house. It allowed us to all spread out and have our own space and felt very spacious and comfortable. It was clean upon arrival and we were frequently contacted by the property management company leading up too and during our stay for any assistance we might need. It was a short walk to the beach and the town which was fabulous. The elevator was amazing, the pool was a nice break from the beach and the kitchen was a great size for so many people. Minimal notes: the family room TV is mounted way too high and was difficult to see (we watched a lot of Olympics), no dresser in the 3rd floor master, there was not a lot of useful instructions on operating the TV, the sauna, maps of town, recommendations for delivery food or restaurants, that sort of thing but those are minor gripes. They do not have a Keurig so bring cone sized filters to make coffee. The washing machine is huge so that is a definite plus. Just a great house. We'd stay again.

Family vacation

We had our annual family vacation in seaside. The house was lovely. Very spread out. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved really quickly. Super close to town but not too close to be loud. Nice pool- def need to heat it as it is in the shade after about noon. Really had a nice stay.

The property was very accommodating for us, our kids and grandkids! Plenty of space! The location was ideal, short walk to beach and Seaside center area. So many options so close. Bike rental was definitely a plus! We will be back!

Spring Break 2024

Fantastic property just a short walk to the beach and to Seaside square. Loved having pool and a hot tub. There are also 2 large ice makers in the house, so we never needed to get extra ice, even with a full house. Definitely would stay again.

Great house and perfect location in Seaside

Great house and perfect location, highly recommend!! The pictures don't do the house justice - it's light and airy with super high ceilings, spacious rooms and bathrooms (always appreciate heated bathroom floors), lots of areas to gather, clean and comfortable, on a quiet cul de sac, just 2 minutes walk to the beach or to downtown Seaside. The beach area is really great, grab a coffee at Black Bear (great food too) and go for a long morning walk, rent chairs and an umbrella for the day, soft white sand and clear surf. Rent bikes to go along the bike trails to explore Watercolor, Arlys and Rosemary Beach. Have drinks and appetizers at the outdoor seaside bar at Fish Out of Water or eat at the The Wine Bar outdoor cafe, variety of food trucks and other restaurants, all within walking distance. The sun conveniently sets right in line with the third floor balcony of the house, so enjoy drinks and charcuterie while you watch the show. Heated pool was perfect for sunny days in the low 70s. Hosts were great to work, quick to respond to questions before the trip and checked in during our stay to make sure we had everything that we needed. Easy check in and check out. Don't miss the farmers market on Sundays in Arlys to stock up for your week. It's a charming area and a wonderful house, we will definitely return.

Beautiful

The house is beautiful! Pictures do not do it justice. It is very large but nicely finished with a modern and relaxing aesthetic. Great value! We had 10 adults and one infant, but we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy time together and separate. It has super comfy beds. Great location, just a quick walk to seaside and beach. Note; you have to go around block to get to beach because the street is a dead end, but it still only takes 5 min. The umbrella service we got was excellent and a third of the price of the seaside houses. The pool was also awesome, swam in it every day! Sorry this is a long review; I just highly recommended this place. And the rental company was very responsive and kind!

Family vacation at Aerial View

The house is beautiful and just as described. The kitchen has high end appliances and a large table. The butlers pantry is a perfect place to store snacks and drinks. It is equipped with an ice maker. All the bedrooms have king size beds and beautiful bathrooms. My family really enjoyed the pool. the house has 3 floors, and the elevator really came in handy. The second and third floor both have sitting rooms, and the third floor also has a wine cooler and another ice maker. The third floor also has a wonderful balcony. This was a perfect place for my family to vacation.

Best beach trip

The house is beautiful! We loved having an elevator and the top deck view of the ocean was the perfect spot for appetizers and wine before dinner. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pool was perfect after a long day at the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Disappointing

This house is located in Seagrove which means all of the roads are dirt and unpaved which is in contrast to the neighboring communities of seaside and watercolor. The house is adequately furnished but not to the level that you would expect for the amount that you pay per night. It is very basic with few personal touches that would make it memorable or entice you to return. There is a hot tub but no controls or instructions to utilize it but the small pool is nice and fun for the kids. Bedroom Windows have very inexpensive window coverings which let all of the light fully in the rooms in the early morning hours. We had to buy black garbage bags and cover the windows so that we could sleep past 6am in August. The location is good with respect to the beach and town center - very easily walkable. Very easy walk or bike ride as well to the seaside or watercolor tennis facilities. Bed coverings consist of a sheet and one very thin blanket, Toiletries are cheap and very limited - bring your own. For the money, you can do much better in the area - we have rented homes in many places but we wouldn’t rent this home again.
